Very good place to stay. Excellent apartment in quiet area in vicinity of the marina, the beach and the old town. We experiences a very good communication with a service minded host.

The accommodations were exactly what we needed for our stay in Lagos. We found the location very convenient as it was close to the grocery store, beach and town. We didn’t have a car and were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. Joao was very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. We were 4 adults, 2 in 40s and 2 in 70s and a toddler. The apartment suited all of our needs. Although on the third floor there was a lift and the apartment was toddler safe. The baby equipment was excellent, a really thick good quality mattress in the cot and spotlessly clean. The pool area was safe and enclosed. It was approximately 10 minutes walk to the marina and another 5 to 10 minutes into the old town. If you don't want to walk then Uber taxis would meet you anywhere around the town for less than 4 euro. I would definitely recommend and risks happily stay again.

This property is a very nice condo with all the amenities. The host Joao, was very helpful and responds very quickly to any questions. The condo is in a perfect location being only steps from the marina which has many fine restaurants. It is only a few minutes walk to the town Center with many more restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property for couples or families as it is a good size with a lovely balcony. It is very clean and well cared for. Thank you a lovely stay in Lagos.

We stayed at this apartment for 10 nights August 2022 and overall this is a great, spacious, well appointed apartment within easy stroll to Lagos and all amenities perfect for families (we took our 3 & 6yo boys). Apartment complex and pool: all well kept and clean, and we had issues about any noise. It was easy enough to get a lounger by the pool at any time as you can't reserve them for the whole day. Pool was a bit cool, more so in the morning but always warmed up and was respite from the warm sunshine. There is a good supermarket about 5mins walk away and it's only 5-10mins walk to the marina and another 5mins to the old town. Apartment: Really spacious and clean, came with all amenities, and a new coffee machine even turned up during our stay which was great. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have blackout shutters, the other with very good blackout blinds, which meant children had no issues getting to sleep with the sunny evenings. The main balcony looks outwards across a very quiet road towards Lagos suburbs, as opposed to the pool which is no bad thing, as gets lots of sunshine in the morning and isn't overlooked by anyone so plenty of privacy. Overall high quality apartment and would have no hesitation in recommending.

We had a fantastic stay here during our trip to Lagos. The place is excellent, especially for families. João ensured we had a baby towel, baby tub, crib etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and we were within walking distance to many restaurants, the beach, and marina.

I was with two other friends on a golf trip for one week. The apartment was fantastic , spacious, clean and all the appliances you need. The owner Joao couldn’t have been accommodating and kept in touch before during and after the stay so couldn’t have asked for more. Would recommend for golfers or families and Lagos is a perfect getaway location that is t too commercialised.

just back from a week in Lagos , the apt. was best we have rented , spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had every thing you would need and more . Pool area is well kept and easily accessed. Location is excellent for days on the beach, relaxing at the marina or walking into town. Owner organised early access and was in touch throughout week to check all was okay. When we return to Lagos we will stay here again.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes walking from an amazing long sandy beach and from Lagos city center. Area is quiet and the apartment is quite well managed: clean, spacious, nicely decorated and everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. Additionally, managers are quite responsive and helpful. Definitely a place to return.

Just returned from 2 fabulous weeks in Joao’s beautiful apartment. Family of 4 (kids 10 and 6) and loved the place. Apartment is modern and has everything you could need whilst there, great air con and spacious rooms with a beautiful balcony for relaxing on. 2 bathrooms are ideal when everyone is trying to get ready! Pool was never too busy and always loungers and parasols available regardless what time we decided to head down. Marina is a short 5 minute walk with Lagos town a further 10 minutes. We found marina was good for lunches out but we tended to stroll into town on an evening for the wider choice. Communication from Joao was first class and he was always available via text if we needed anything or had any questions. Highly recommended!

Four years ago we stayed not far away from Lagos. We found Lagos to be a very cosy city. This year we decided to go back. Looking around for a place to stay we found this apartment. The location is just fabulous. The old city, with an abundance of restaurants, can be reached on foot within 20-25 minutes. The marina is just 5-10 minutes away (on foot). Two supermarkets are nearby (Pingo Doce is 10-15 minutes away on foot, or 2 minutes by car, Continente is less than 5 minutes away by car). The Italian restaurant on Rua Conde Lippe is less than 2 minutes away on foot. So, the location is perfect according to us. The apartment itself made it even better. The apartment is spacious and the owner takes really good care of the apartment. Note: We loved the apartment so much that we actually looked at prices of other apartments that are currently for sale. The furniture suited our needs perfectly. The wi-fi is very fast, although you may find the wi-fi to be spotty in the bedroom furthest away from the living room. Switching from 5GHz to 2.4GHz did solve this though. Temperatures in Lagos are typically moderate (in our book) because of the cool sea breeze that is there almost every day. Nevertheless, if you get warm, the swimming pool provides a nice way to cool down. In this year with COVID, the swimming pool could easily accommodate the guests from the various apartments sharing access to the swimming pool. In a "normal" year, we an imagine that the swimming pool can get pretty crowded at certain times of day. We only had one critical comment: the noise insulation in the apartment could be better. This did not bother us though.

We stayed in the apartment for 12 days in October with our 8 months old baby. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equiped. Really good comnunication with the owner, João. He is friendly, helpful and a really good host. Overall, we had a lovely stay in the apartment and in Lagos.

João’s apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with a 1 and almost 4 year old. It was clean and well equipped for the whole family as well as being close to the marina, town and beach yet quiet in the evenings. João was a wonderful host, in contact before the stay and throughout the week to check everything was ok. He even went the extra mile to get some essentials in for us for our arrival as we wouldn’t get to Lagos until around 8pm. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend João and his apartment for a family holiday.

Found the owner very helpful. Apartment as promised, well maintained and easy to find, good access to swimming pooll. Close to marina, local beach and old town (easy walking distance).
