Nothing every thing was bad
Nothing every thing was bad the beds are dirty and floors were dirty there is bugs everywhere the smell was horrible no professional treatment for guests

No Towels, then give very small one after requested.
No single tea bag ,sugar and water inside room
Book 2 room, 1 Room size very small than expected.
Reception lady shouting to staffs and not good behavior.

- can not sleep because of noise of the street. I can hear all the traffic Like im on the street
- the glasses not transparent ( can not see )gives feeling you are in bathroom

no coffe morning even buying by my money, room was noisy because of cars, no towels in room I had to call to bring me. even Piont of sale was not working had to pay cash.

Low noise from surrounding, we where in 5th floor.

1-There where much noise from the airport Rd. In front of location.
2-No channels for children like MBC3 programmed, according to main disk it's not allowed by ministry of information!!!.
3-I asked main reception twice for ironing machine, not available.
4-toilet need maintenance for floor drainage and step door.
