Perfetto per i dirigenti che partecipano alle convention all'Orange County Convention Center (a solo 1 miglio di distanza!) o famiglie che desiderano avere un campo base per tutti i parchi a tema vicini: Disney World, Universal Studios e SeaWorld.
Amerai il mio posto a causa della posizione. Il mio posto è buono per coppie, avventurieri solisti, viaggiatori d'affari, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi.

The property was clean and convenient. We were very close to all of the theme parks as well as the airport. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Overall, the place was good for the weekend. The location great. The disinfectant used to clean the place was a little overwhelming but it was clean. Would definitely stay again.

They could not have been more accommodating. From check in to check out they made sure our stay was a perfect home away from home.

The property is great a real home away from, and hosts Joe and Debora are simply amazing.
They really make it easy to feel right at home, and have really thought about their guests comfort and is reflected in the array of amenities available for use. They communicate consistently and have done a great job making their making all the amenties accessible. This centrally located property makes park hopping as well as shopping at the outlets easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there on all return visits! Thank you both so much for all you did to make this vacation special and memorable.

A great place for a family to stay while at OCCC for volleyball. The 3 bedrooms and 5 beds were great and location close to OCCC was convenient. Pool at the resort and Publix close by were also benefits.

You couldn't ask for a more beautiful condo in a more lovely spot in Orlando. Over the years I've used several VRBO units, and this seems to be the best yet. If you need this section of town, check this one out!

I will say overall we were very pleased with our stay at this property. The owners were very communicative from the beginning and throughout our stay. We loved the proximity the property has to stores, restaurants and the Universal studios, we were visiting. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were nicely sized. Our kids loved the PS4 gaming experience to complete the night as well. I enjoyed the balcony to start and end the days as well. Trash was picked up daily and there was ample well lit parking. Decent towels were provided and the property was cleaned before we arrived.
A few improvements that I would like to suggest are adding condiments and the basic seasonings like salt and pepper to the pantry. Also the Teflon pots were very old and scratched up and should be replaced. Finally the fans in all the rooms haven't been dusted in quite a while and have a lot of dust caked up on them so an easy fix for the cleaning crew next go round.

The condo was spacious and clean. We had all the towels and linens that we needed. The blankets on the king and queen were very soft. We did have a problem with the toilets, and the owner quickly rectified this. We would stay here again.

The view when you first come in the front door will capture your heart.
From the sectional sofa (with 3 reclining sections) to the outdoor fire pit (where we had coffee every morning) to the heated pool, this house is sure to be the place for your next stay.
The sunrise over the cove was spectacular and the perfect way to start your day.
The glass doors open all the way for wonderful indoor/outdoor living.

The condo was a great location about 10 to 15 minutes from Universal. There was a Publix, Walgreens and restaurants nearby. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

My dad, sister and I stayed in this property for a long weekend in Orlando to celebrate my Dad's birthday and explore the area. The hosts were so helpful and communicative, it made the whole process really smooth. The place is spacious with great lighting and a short drive to the theme parks. Would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely the best Vrbo stay we’ve ever had! Joe and Deborah are absolutely amazing and were communicating with me almost every day up until and during our stay. Very quick to respond to my questions. We had no issues, everything was set up and ready and fully equipped. We only got to stay one night for a girls night/bachelorette party but it was well worth it and we will be back there! Do not hesitate to book this property! It is absolutely gorgeous.

2nd time we've stayed at this property; property manager so responsive and hospitable! Convenient location; close to theme parks, great restaurants, gas station, drug store and grocery store all within the same block. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, light, airy upscale decor. Feels like home away from home. Totally recommend!

This condo was exactly like the photos, and had the most comfortable beds and linens I've ever experienced. My whole family slept better than we normally do when traveling. The property is great, and the pool and game room were fun. It was an easy walk to the convention center, where our event took place over several days. We took rideshares to the Disney parks, which ranged from $20-$30 and were much easier than fighting through the parking lot. Joe and Debora were wonderful hosts!

Fantastic, convenient location to the Convention Center, Universal, nearby grocery store, shops and restaurants. Huge pool on property was a hit with the whole family too. The condo itself had plenty of space for 6 of us and offered everything we needed for our stay. Great frequent communication with hosts as well. Would definitely return to this property on future family trips.

The condo was very worn down. The furniture has seen better days. (Ex. Primary bed had white duct tape on the corners, the leather on the two living room chairs was worn off, patches done on the wall needed to be painted, several light covers were either missing or cracked. We also walked into a large bag of used linens that were left by the cleaning people and FULL load of wet linens in the washing machine that I had to wash in order to use the laundry machines. The main TV didn't work for two days. Jill-one of the managers, came to look at the TV and was AMAZING to work with!! She was so kind and went out of her way to make sure everything got fixed! We appreciated her help so much!

Since day 1 there was wonderful communication with the owner. Quick responses for any questions or concerns - even them asking us if we had any. I would bring my family back to this unit any time and have also already shred the unit info with friends.

Wonderful property! Clean, spacious and perfect for our friends and family get away. Joe was incredible, checking in with us via text/email periodically to see if we needed anything, etc. He certainly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this property!

Very pleased
The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious and I felt like I could relax. We spent some time at the resort pool - it was very nice as well. I will come back!

Spacious, comfortable & exceeds expectations!
Joe & Debora provide everything you need for a relaxing visit, exceeding all of our expectations! My family, including two teenagers, had plenty of space in the three-bedroom unit. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing breakfasts (including a very nice coffee maker!) and lunches, and we found great food nearby (Beth’s Burgers, and Slidders for pizza and pasta). We were also close to the convention center, where we spent most of our week. We already know where we want to stay next year!!

Clean quiet property that our family enjoyed staying for a week. Location to attractions was so nice. The space was wonderful for 5 adults. Loved having a TV in every room. Enjoyed morning coffee on shaded balcony.

Best place ever
This property had everything we wanted - full size appliances, great location, close to Walgreens and grocery store (needed lots of water), and even food places when we got tired of Disney.
Drive to Disney World, airport, Universal was fast and easy. Felt the property manager was engaged and cared about our stay and comfort.

The condo we rented was awesome looked just like the pictures & would definitely rent again. All stores are within 7 min from the property & a Walgreens that is opened till 12:00 am 2 min from condo for any last min items..

Beautiful Resort
The condo was very nice and clean. The location was very pleasant and we enjoyed staying there. Communication with property manager was excellent. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay.
