Nice place in a great location.

Thank you so much for the hospitality and peaceful place to relax for a week at the beach. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony and watching the sunset every night. It was truly perfect and we enjoyed every second !

Everything about staying here was awesome! From the ocean view on the balcony to all of the extra things that are provided in the room. Only downfall for me being a family of 5 with teenage girls was trying to find space to our clothes and stuff for a week long stay. The owners are great and respond quickly with any questions and the bed was super comfortable. We will go back here and stay again in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this condo that was right on the beach, accessible parking and across from John’s Pass. We watched the sunrise, sunset, and the bridge go up to make way for tall boats. The condo was accurately described and matched the pictures. The only downside was that there are no beach towels (we had to buy towels). Otherwise, we’d enjoy another stay!

Very nice condo with everything we needed for a wonderful beach stay. Even brach gear such as chairs, umbrella, and wave boards. Loved waking up to the sunsets over johns pass. Just stunning.

This is my second time staying at this condo. It is clean and in a great location. Everything you need is there for you. It is easy to contact the landlords with any questions or problems. The beach is right outside of your door! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises every morning. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We loved our stay. Great location! The condo was just as pictured, clean, and a great amount of space for a family. It was stocked with all the things needed to cook in the kitchen and came with chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon to bring down to the beach. Quick and easy access to the beautiful beach and a nice pool to enjoy.
Highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again if coming back to Madeira Beach.

This condo was very relaxing and clean. Everything you needed was available to you at ease. Communication with the property manager was efficient and they were very accommodating. This was my second time staying at this particular condo and will be back. Thank you!

We were there for my husband to receive treatment at the Aphasia Center. The location of the condo was 10 minutes from there, right across the street from shops and restaurants in John's Pass and near almost anything you would need. You could stay a week and never move your car. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything you would want. The beach and the pool are great and the property is well-maintained.

We loved the area. Very active socially, bars, entertainment and eateries. However the majority of the time I had to wear a mask as the Red Tide affected my health as it did many others we met. Coughing was a familiar sound in the area. Such a shame as I was expecting to be fishing daily. The only fish we saw were those washed up dead on the beach.
Perhaps we should have done a little more research into the presence of the Red Tide before booking. However, a bit difficult to predict it’s presence when you have to book a holiday so far in advance. We understood that it was present between Aug and Dec but as the temperature was above normal for the time of year the ‘Tide’ took hold apparently.
However, our condo host was very helpful during our stay and the Red Tide aside, we would definitely return.

If you are looking for a stay vacation, this is the place to be! Everything is in walking distance. John’s Pass with food and shops is directly across the street while the condo is right on the beach. Side porch view is perfect for some beautiful sunrises

Outstanding condo with great views of Madeira Beach, John's Pass, the Intracoastal and St. Petersburg. Condo is on the beach and across the street from John's Pass that includes many small shops and restaurants along the board walk. Everything in the condo is well thought out and included gear for the beach (chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc.), fishing poles, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the time in the condo, but especially enjoyed our time on the beach and exploring the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. What a great vacation!

This unit was on 5th floor,on side, with a partial gulf view. It was clean & comfortable. Building is old, need key for elevator (security purposes). Great location, right across street from John's Pass, which has many shops & restaurants. Unit had a beach cart, 2 beach chairs & beach umbrellas for your use- very thoughtful of owners to do this. Kitchen was small but fully equipped. Walk to beach very short. All in all, nice place to stay for a week!

Condo was exactly like the description on VRBO. Had a bit of trouble getting the key pad to work and as soon as I contacted Ron it was fixed immediately. Everything you need for the beach is right there and the pool was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation spot
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Love the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I appreciate all of the extras that were available to us (beach chairs, wagon, towels etc.). The condo was beautiful and clean. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the construction. I may have missed something when I booked but we were not aware of the extent of the construction happening on the building and I think it took away from the experience a bit.

Found the apt fully equipped but in need of updating. They are:
Front door doesn’t seal properly.
Dryer lint trap inadequate.
The glassware needs replacing. Un-appetizing.
Bedroom drapes only filter light.
Plastic mounding on living room carpet torn.
Couch uncomfortable as previous renters claim.

A great stay
The only thing wrong with our stay is that it wasn’t long enough. #507 was well equipped with everything you might need. The place was clean and well kept. We would choose it again.

Beautiful Oasis
First time staying here and it exceeded our expectations! Everything is so fresh and clean and beachy! This condo comes with all the amenities you need, including beach chairs, coolers, and much more. Having our morning coffee on the huge patio with an ocean view was amazing. We didn’t even rent a car as the location is perfect to walk across the street to John’s Pass or dining, shopping and tons of boat and water activities! We rented bikes to ride on the beach, which is just steps away from the condo. Other condos we have stayed in the area, the beach is a much further distance, but both the pool and beach are literally steps away from the condo elevator!
We would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

This condo is perfect! Can’t ask for more when you’re right on the beach and across the street from John’s Pass. There is always something to do for people of all ages!! We love that there is a full kitchen and washer/dryer in this unit (especially traveling with kids!) We can’t wait to go back!!

We had a great time at this property! It's location is perfect-within very short walking distance to the beach and John's Pass. The condo community was very quiet. The condo itself had everything we needed-and more! Would definitely stay here agin.

Family Vacation
Everything we needed was at this condo. There are beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys, a beach wagon, and a cooler. The location was perfect and the location was amazing. We where able to cook at the condo, which really helped out and we also did laundry while there. Less stress when we got home. We will definitely go again.

Great Location
Great Condo. Great location. If you happen to be a VFW member there is a very welcoming VFW across the street that has food and events every night. Johns Pass is across the street, a great place to shop, eat, walk & get an ice cream. The pool at the condo was nice and the beach was great. Halfway between Clearwater and St. Pete. Other renters were also very nice. If you are looking for a nice, lowered pace location, this is great. The owner was great. Had a couple minor issues that the owner took care of immediately. I don't want to recommend this place too much because we defiantly want to go back and don't want to find it booked...lol.

The only issue we had was I called to switch the 2 single beds to a king size bed and paid the 25 dollars to do this. When we arrived it wasnt done so we had to do it ourselves. I did call the property manager and left a message but I didnt get a call back that I noticed. Otherwise we had a great time!

Great condo!
The property has a great location. Restaurants,Shops,Bars,Beach, are just a walk away. Pool area is very nice. Condo has extras which include beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, and many others.

Perfect beach front condo.
The unit was well taken care of and had all sorts of extra beach accessories. We have stayed in Madiera Beach for 8 years In a row and this was one of our favorite condos.

Wonderful location on the beach and yet walking distance to all attractions at John's Pass
Condo is comfortable, well appointed, and clean and secure. Great views of intercoastal and gulf. Owners are easy to work with and responsive to any issues. We enjoyed our stay.
