Very nice hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was easy to walk into town.

The hotel is next to a building site, of course over time this will change.

The hotel is not in the most attractive part of Izmir, and not in a place you can easily stroll around to find nice bars and restaurants. The breakfast options also seemed very limited (I decided to eat elsewhere).

We were surprised to see how Spacious and clean rooms were with closet, dresser, mirror and kettle. ok bathroom. Location average not walking distance to konak square was a long walk.

Oh my gosh. The pillows were horrendous. We felt like crying and checking out but it was 1.00. Went to reception to complain and he showed us all pillows in store room and all were same. God knows what were they filled with. Wonder how could people sleep. Somehow managed to sleep n woke up with neck and back aching. Mattress was not comfy either. Sheets were rough . Breakfast below average. Boiled eggs n lots of cheese to cater for local taste. No english breakfast..only found choclate spread and jam which v could eat so had tat on bread. Staff couldnt speak english and very not very friendly.

The stuff, especially Mr. Mesuth were were helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean, quiet and modern.

The location is situated near to a train station. Streets are dirty and crowded.

We stayed at this hotel during our group tour to Izmir. Everything was great. Hotel manager Mr. Mesut always took care of us and met all our necessary needs.

The breakfast was simple but delightful The hotel in general is clean and comfy the rooms' cleanliness is very good It was nice to provide us with 2 bottles of water everyday and sufficient soap and shampoo the location, though in a poor and inconvenient neighborhood, is good as it is close to the metro/ train station. you can also reach konak square (the old city) by walking

the neighborhood is poor and inconvenient for kids as there are bars and cabarets it would be nice if the breakfast varied a bit , it was exactly the same everyday, and for someone who's staying for a longer period, it could get boring the cleaning staff should be more careful as one time they threw up something that was not garbage

Everything was very clean and comfortable, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and it was very quiet. Definitely a great deal, especially for the price.

The wifi was somewhat unreliable. When it worked, it was fine, but the speeds would sometimes drop to the point of being unusable. But this was the only thing I can say wasn't great about staying here.

hotel room was average. parking issue in the day time. staff was not helpful. No one was available for luggage shifting even they don’t have trolley.
