Very easy to locate. They were fast to let me in. Some places can be very slow to respond so it was nice to have such fast communication.

Workers were responsive to all our needs. Apartment was well furnished and very clean.

Clean, requests were dealt with in a timely manner. Mariam is very helpful.
All was okay. The gas cooker however needs to be attended to as not all outlets are working properly.

The apartment is spacious and well lit. Close to supermarket. Mariam was there to receive us and provided what we requested for.
The apartment had a strong smell as apparently it had just been fumigated. Too many cockroaches even in the bedroom. The cooker was not properly functioning. There are no AC remotes.

2 bedroom flat, close to the beach (a 10 min walk), super close to lovely supermarket and a couple of eating options (cafe in the supermarket and a restaurant next door with a small playground). Easy to get bolt/uber from this location. The actual flat was a little run down but considering the price it was value for money. We couldn't figure out the shower and were missing a couple of things but staff were helpful and sorted us out. We were there 4 nights and Hans sent a cleaner after 2 nights to clean the flat (they did a great job) which was much appreciated. He also let us check out late as my flight wasn't until 4:30pm. Overall, a good place to stay if you prefer your own space and a bit of freedom. Great location. Pool was also a plus.
As mentioned some of the facilities were a bit run down and we were missing a couple of things the first day (towels) however these were provided when mentioned. Overall though, it was a very good experience.

- It's a huge apartment 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- The building has it's parking lot.
- A large grocery store it around a corner.
- AC were very noisy: we had to choose sleep with AC or sleep in peace.
- Based on google maps I've expected that it the busy area worth to walk around. It's not: you can find a couple of beaches and several restaurant nearby but not much.

The place was very comfortable and the staff especially Malakai was extremely helpful, to my every needs.
The electricity. I didn't like that I had to call Malakai to recharge the electricity all the time. I enjoy AC and I know it runs high, better to just put the units and if they finish, then I would recharge it.

Nice Appartement, close to the beach. Hans was very accommodating and let us stay longer at the check out day because our flight was late. Would definitely come here again

Best location. Very helpful staff and owner. We had ever to attend at IST just in front of the apartment and it was so convenient. Recommended for team trip!

The apartment is at a very central location. Everything you need is near you and transportation is easy to find.

Staff, especially Mariam made our stay amazing.
In the Shower: defekt shower and no place to put soap&shampoo&showergel.
In the kitchen: fire place is dirty and not enough or defekt and broken material.
In the bedroom: old mattress and noisy bedslats
In the livingroom: furniture was partially torn & broken.

Thank you Mariam, Malik and all the stuff. You guys were so helpful, the room was clean and specious. Nice location everything was close by. I’ll definitely recommend this location to anyone who travel to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.

The view of the ocean was spectacular!! There were some free weights in the gym i could use but the multigym was old and decrepid. There is little else for me to write positive.
I had to move twice. The two rooms i stayed in were very poorly maintained. Both had leaking floors and sealant clearly showing there was poor maintenance. Mother and son were only interested in money, quibbling over small amounts of money and showed little concern for peoples feelings and standards of care and hygiene. The potential dangers include eg electric wires in shower and the oldest rusting washing machine i had ever seen in my life!! Needless, to say it did not work properly. I gave this hotel a positive review last time, however this time its a definite thumbs down. I cant see myself ever returning unless the standards of care are raised
