Questo è davvero uno splendido appartamento con due camere da letto (entrambe con bagno privato) situato sul lungomare di Città del Capo. È possibile cenare all'interno o all'esterno sul balcone che si affaccia sul canale. La cucina con superficie in granito ha tutti i comfort inclusi lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie e ferro / tavola da stiro ecc.

C'è sia un ascensore che le scale e un parcheggio custodito per due auto. L'appartamento è dotato di TV con Sky (DSTV), WiFi, lettore DVD e CD. Utilizziamo la biancheria da letto più raffinata e ogni bagno di qualità è dotato sia di vasca che di ampia doccia.

We were so happy to stay here, the kitchen was well appointed, the apartment was clean, the check in was smooth. The complex is nothing short of spectacular, a serene oasis in the heart of an amazing city!

All was as advertised with one important exception, my second parking bay had a car illegally parked in it, as per a sticker placed on its windshield, security was aware of it but could do nothing about it. If a vacation apartment is listed and paid for with two parking bays then it should have two available.
Everything else was excellent and the apartment could not be better placed with regard to location
The daily maid service was as good as it could be and beyond the parking bay issue, I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment and when next in Capetown book it again

The property was even better than described. Perfect location for shopping and restaurants. Accommodation for power shedding worked well so still had internet. Place was very clean and had nice glassware and dishes. Would recommend and plan on using the next time we visit Cape Town.

The location of this apartment is very nice for exploring the V&A Waterfront and was an easy 10-15 minute Uber ride to other areas of the city we wanted to explore. The apartment had two well appointed bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms which worked well for two friends traveling together. South Africa is currently experiencing daily power outages so it was very appreciated that the apartment was outfitted with a small generator to power the wifi and some lighting. (A quick note about the wifi -- I didn't have any trouble with it, but my travel partner found the connection finicky in the bedroom he was using). It may be helpful for travelers to be aware that the check-in process involved a couple of steps and was a bit longer than I'm accustomed to (first check-in is at the main office and then there's a second check-in at a different security office to have photos taken & provided keys. There was a larger group ahead of us for the check-in steps so in total it took about 30 minutes which felt like a lot after 20+ hours of flying time and dragging luggage from one office to the next). Although we didn't use the kitchen facilities, it appeared well appointed. There is a washer & dryer that we made use of and was a great convenience since we were traveling for 3 weeks (just make sure to plan around the power outage schedule). Communication with the host was easy & timely. Overall, it was a very lovely apartment, the listing photos and description are accurate, and the value was very good. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Cape Town.

Safe and very accessible location in the heart of Cape Town. Ability to walk to waterfront and experience great food and shopping. Short drives to all major tourist sites and locations. Highly recommend you stay here for your next visit.

Lovely apartment overlooking canal. 5 minute’s walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Bring a torch because South Africa are saving electricity by having up to 3 daily power cuts lasting 2 hours. Power cuts were mainly at night.

Lovely apartment in great location
Lovely apartment with all required amenities, great location & security. Communication with the owner was brilliant. Any issues that did crop up were quickly dealt with by the management team who are easy to reach by the phone in the apartment, (low water pressure one day for the block not just the apt for example). Can arrange for daily cleaning with them too and any required maintenance. Fantastic balcony with loungers and large table and chairs, parking spaces are on the same level as the apartment which is a bonus. The maid / cleaning service could be better which we mentioned to the owner who will resolve with management, day to day cleaning was great but apartment could do with a once over deep clean to dust wooden blinds, steam carpet, wash balcony etc. All in all a perfect apartment for price and location, will definitely book again for future visits to Cape Town!

We arrived around 5 pm and it took quite long for the checkin and the apartment was not ready! Overall the cleanliness was very poor and on some days we didn't get any fresh towels and had to ask for everything even to take our trash- a reason therefore could be that the maids have to clean to many apartments per day... also on one evening and night we had no water. We thought it could be also nice to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel - but for this price you'll find a nice hotel in Capetown with a better service and pricevalue!

Fabulous, clean, safe apartment in great location
The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need including air conditioning throughout, all kitchen appliances and crockery also tea, coffee sugar provided. Towels, hairdryer and toiletries in the bathrooms. plus a digital safe in one of the bedrooms. Plenty big enough for 2 adult couples with bedrooms and en suites at opposite sides of the living area which created plenty of privacy. Lovely big balcony with canal view to sit out for meals or a glass of wine.
Easy to check in and out using the office on site and very safe entrances and exits to the Marina (3 places) via swipe card with 24 hour security. Car parking provided free. Excellent location 5 minute walk into the waterfront.
We downloaded the Uber app which was reliable and very cheap to use. The owner is easily reachable and helpful with good correspondence from booking to checking in and out. Would highly recommend, we will be back again.
Note: make sure you close windows at night as there are mosquitos, we didnt realise the maid had left ours open to air the room during the second week because the blinds were covering them and we got lots of bites during the night which we didnt get at any other time. ( our own faults for not checking the windows just thought the air con was working well!!)

Modern apartment, very secure complex, well appointed, owner responds quickly to any issues. Walking distance to all amenities at the waterfront, and Uber is great for anything else. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location and Super Views!
Everything was great! We would highly recommend staying here!
The only complaint we have is that it did not have a braai (bbq), essential condiments like salt and pepper, and no recycling bin.
Other than that, the location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront and all of the shops, grocery stores, and merchants.
The appartment was very clean and the beds were heavenly. We loved the open doors to the large patio and opening the Juliet balconies in the morning to hear the birds and see the canal.
The security was top notch and the pool is convieniently located just around the corner from the unit.
Parking was mere steps from the front door so bringing in luggage was a breeze.
The complex is a 15 minute drive to Clifton beach and an easy 15 minute walk to the Radisson Blu’s amazing breakfast and ocean views.
If you’re staying over the weekend, definitely check out the V&A farmers market for fresh food and great shopping.

Lovely, Spacious Apartment, Perfect Location
Extra spacious, clean, heaps of storage, big terrace with nice outlook, 5 minute walk to All the restaurants, supermarkets and activities of the V&A Waterfront, very tight security throughout.
Only suggestion for improvement would be to keep a few basic staples in the apt like most other places do nowadays, such as salt, pepper, oil, etc , Otherwise a great apt and highly recommended.

Great location, just a few glitches
The apartment is in a great location; it's excellently equipped with very comprehensive security. There is a well equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms looking out onto the water and a lovely shaded balcony. The V & A waterfront malls, shops, banks and restaurants are easy walking distance, the downtown just about a mile away. The glitches should all be easily fixable, the a/c in the bedrooms is great, the living room not so good. One bedroom door does not close properly, the main entrance door lock is balky. It took us a long time to figure out that the washing washing didn't work since the control was off; that's not mentioned anywhere in the directions. The owner (in England) was much more responsive than the management office (300 m away).

Very comfortable place in a delightful location
Modern well-equipped flat, perfect for two couples. An easy walk to V&A shops and mall. Great security, very attractive grounds, superb housekeeping services. Would definitely stay there again.
Only problems (1) had to ask for arrival instructions (but Trish provided them quickly when we did) and (2) we did not find operating instructions for the appliances (not sure we got the best use of laundry facilities).

Great 5 days in Cape Town
The apartment and location were both excellent. Very central and safe. Staff at the front desk were very helpful.
Only blemish on the record was the taxi driver who was organized by the front desk for us to go to the airport - charged us twice what we paid coming in from the airport. Would have thought the front desk would have a more "reliable" group of taxi drivers to recommend.
Overall - a great place in a great city - would definitely recommend.
