Great location, modern.

Excelente limpieza y la modernidad de las instalaciones. Mucha facilidad para coordinar con el propietario, además está todo preparado para que no te haga falta nada.

The room was super cosy. The bed was extra large and super comfortable. I do recommend it!

The toilet is a bit small.

Nos alojamos en una habitación espaciosa y moderna que además era muy cómoda por un precio más que razonable.

El único pequeño punto negativo fue que había un olor bastante fuerte a cigarrillos en el pasillo. Afortunadamente, no había olor en la habitación.

Hay un restaurante asiático que merece la pena conocer en la zona. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con una habitación que olía a tabaco y nos cambiaron rápidamente.

Está un poco descuidado, paredes sucias, los acabados de los rodapiés rotos y en general es un sitio de batalla. Con todo el respeto no volvería por 50€ la noche.

Tranquilidad de la zona y bien ubicado con respecto a las playas y calas de la zona. La habitación es muy comoda y dispone de todo lo necesario. La casa en general esta perfectamente limpia y decorada. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario (menaje, nevera, horno...etc) y la terraza es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del desayuno.

La habitación podría ser un poco más grande, aunque es totalmente funcional. Los acabados del plato de ducha (como las juntas de silicona) dejaban algo que desear....

Todo nuevo, muy limpio y muy accesible

The property is tucked away in the old town of Benitachell, so a car is recommended. On arrival, the self-check-in was fine. The property itself was impeccable, both the common parts and the room.

Not negatives for the host, more just observations for others, self-check-in might be difficult for some people, and driving to and parking at that location might not work for everyone, but if you're familiar with the location, it's fine and recommended.

Breakfast is not included with this booking. The property was central to the town however parking had to be made in the public parking around the corner.

Not clean , dirty room, ants in bed , barely slept

Clean and modern room for a good price. The host was helpful and reactive to our needs, such as providing a blanket for the bed. The kitchen was a bonus, and there is a nice outdoor terrace you can sit, in the afternoon it gets the sun, good when it's colder not so much in summer.

No coffee cups in kitchen, could be a little noisy depending on the other residents, but the actual location is in a quiet area with very little traffic.

Everything worked well. Access was easy. The room was modern, with air con, private bath. The bed was comfortable. Altogether much better than what I expected.

Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious rooms. Bar and supermarket opposite, relatively easy parking. Easy check in process all done via messages. PIN to enter main door. Separate communal well equipped kitchen.

Nicely reformed with quality in mind. The entrance code and key worked well. The price was a winner.

Larger refrigerator please.

Lovely clean property. You let yourself in, but it's well organised. Personally I like to be welcomed into someone's home.

Nice house with a shared kitchen and nice balcony.

I had to contact the property for check in and they only spoke Spanish, which fortunately I could understand enough, otherwise it would be difficult to communicate. Also, the room was very cold and did not ventilate much.

The property was a stunning modern house, very stylish. It benefitted from a shared kitchen on the top floor with a terrace that overlooked the town and countryside towards the coast. The room was warm and clean.

Remote check in is a problem for me as I do not have internet access on my phone. Fortunately there was a cafe opposite with free Wi-Fi. However when we had problems with the air con a man came to sort it out straight away. Parking was on the street, so depended on finding a space. But there was a car park around the corner.
