This is the second time we booked one of Rick's properties and it definitely won't be the last. Phenomenal location (walk to Squigly's and the boardwalk), huge deck and unobstructed ocean views. Already priming my husband for next year. We'll be back!!!!

Finished up our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint in the slightest.
The location was prime. Walked to all the restaurants and easily to the boardwalk with two young kids via the beach. The garage is wonky, but not horrible, the garage storage for beach items was a welcomed and celebrated surprise.
The condo itself was top notch. New appliances and all the kitchen needs already provided. Loved how there was plenty of paper towels and toilet paper.
Would 100% come back to stay here. The owner was easily accessible and helpful, seemed to have thought of everything. Thank you for the memories!

The house is new, very well equipped, perfect location (right at the beach and easy walk to restaurants, boardwalk, and shops). And the view of the sea is breathtaking! The kids (6 and 13) enjoyed every minute, whether at the beach or the swimming pool. Extra bonus for the books available In the house 😉 We definitely recommend this place.

Property was very clean, tastefully decorated and had amazing views. It was an easy walk to whatever you might need. The beach was also very clean and never over crowded. The last night we enjoyed the fireworks from our balcony a lovely end to our vacation. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay! The condo was clean and comfortable and the view is amazing. We even watched dolphins swim by as we were eating breakfast on the balcony. Within walking distance to great places to eat and nightlife attractions. Host was accommodating and responsive.

This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Also, incredibly convenient to the Carolina Beach boardwalk area as well as Fort Fisher and the Aquarium. But, by far, the best part was the ocean view that we woke up to each morning. We highly recommend this property.

To begin with, the owner Rick stayed in touch with us at even the smallest question. He went above and beyond to answer any message and even called me personally to guide me through something I did stupid (so my wife says, lol). The place was emaculate. My wife mentioned the moment we stepped into the place how clean it was. The location was amazing. We were able to walk out of the home and be standing on the beach within one minute. We are from Richmond. VA but this place made my wife fall in love with Wilmington and Carolina Beach. She wants to retire here. On an odd note, they have this off the chain bread toaster. It's a "SMART" toaster. Loved it so much I went out and bought one when I got back home. This was a fantastic place to have a few days completely stressfree. Thank you Rick for your hospitality!

The condo was beautiful with a great location. The weather was also great which enabled us to use the large oceanfront balcony alot. There's everything you need in the kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, it was a great fit for us. Communications with owner was always prompt. We would definitely visit again.

A great stay. The condo exceeded expectations. It was clean and every convenience was provided. We appreciated the high-quality fixtures and linens. The view was incredible - truly oceanfront. A quick getaway with a couple of my teenaged kids. We appreciated the ease of getting to the beach, and the ability to return to the cozy and quiet luxury of our accommodations. Rick (the owner) and I shared a few conversations and he was quickly available and accommodating. Could not recommend more for anyone looking for high-end digs with incredible ocean views and convenience.

This was our second time staying at this condo and we just love it! It's clean, spacious, has fantastic views and is close to everything. You can also easily enjoy the Thursday night fireworks from the balcony.
The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, even coffee filters, so it is very easy to cook rather than eat out each night. The linens and towels are great (the towels were super plush!) - I really like that these are included.
We haven't had any problems during our stays here, but have randomly texted the owner asking questions and he is very responsive.

This is our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Our first time was closer to the off season but this time was 4th of July week. We were so pleasantly surprised at the quietness of the condo during such a busy weekend. When the doors are closed we could not even hear the fireworks right on the beach!
The beds are very comfortable, the view is great and the air conditioning nice and cold! The condo is well appointed and has everything you need to cook all your meals. The location is great as its easily walkable to all the restaurants, shops and boardwalk. Rick gives access to his storage closet on the ground level so you can drop off your beach chairs not having to store them in your car or haul them upstairs. We had communicated with Rick a couple of times during our stays and he has always been quick to respond and very helpful. One extra perk is the master bedroom looks out onto the ocean where other condos we have stayed, the master is placed in the back with a view of the road.

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. You cannot beat the views and love that the main bedroom overlooked the water. The beds are comfortable and great decor. Unit is stocked with everything you need. Great location as well! We will be back for sure!
