Our kids (8,6,4) really enjoyed this property. The pool was perfect size (may be a bit small for larger groups), there were a ton of games in the basement and activities in the main house as well. Bedrooms were larger than we expected, plenty of space to spread out. Check in was easy with a code on the door, did not have any need to contact the PM throughout our stay. House and grounds were very clean upon check-in, even with hurricane passing by a few days earlier. Great location in Tybee, can walk to a number of beaches and restaurants or rent a golf cart.
Only complaint is the alarm on the pool gate, which I wish could be silenced. The gate latch was too high for our kids to reach (it is almost 6' high) and the gate closes automatically, so the alarm had no purpose for us. It's not supposed to go off if the gate is closed within 7 seconds, but often went off anyways.
Overall, great stay and we would rent again.

We had a girls trip for a long weekend and this home was absolutely perfect! Such great quality of finishes, spacious rooms, loads of games and amenities to enjoy! The location was great for walking around Tybee and also for enjoying the scenic views of the marsh. Easy walk to the grocery store and beach, too! We loved enjoying coffee on daybed swing on the screened in porch. The owners definitely take great pride in their home and were very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend and would absolutely return! Thank you!!

What a great place! The location is amazing, the breezes off the marsh keep the temps down and some of the best beaches and entertainment/restaurants are all within walking distance. If you don’t feel like getting out, enjoy a private pool in a very private space and plenty of games to keep everyone busy.

This property was spectacular for our family vacation. Lots to do for both kids and adults! There were a couple of issues while staying at the property but Leslie was extremely quick to respond and correct them all. We would definitely come back and stay again!

This place is beautiful and a really comfortable size for a bigger group (we had 6 adults and 1 baby). Really nice amenities from the pool to bikes to a lower level rec area. Also thought the location was great. Convenient to everything on the island but a bit of a quieter end of things. My entire group was eager to come back before we even left.

This was the perfect beach house for our family! Beautiful home and location on Tybee Island. The house was roomy and beautifully decorated. It also had some extra touches that were a plus for our family as we were vacationing with 3 toddlers. Booster seats, small tables, lots of games/DVDs and the screened in porch was a favorite spot. Lot of room and outdoor area underneath the house and the pool area was such a bonus with the little ones. Hosts were great, quick to respond to any issues and went over and beyond to make our stay great. Would definitely rent again!

We had an AWESOME week and the house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations in every way.
The house was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and good size bathrooms. We were a family of 8 adults and our grandson (2 yrs) and we spent alot of time at the pool area hanging out and in the downstairs game area which provided hours of family competitions!
Communication with the host was impressive, immediate responses and assisted with one issue we had with the internet being down on the island. Can't thank them enough for the fanstastic time we had creating everlasting memories with our family. We would HIGHLY recommend this home to friends and family. Hope to get back there again.

We had the family there for a week. Beautiful home, clean, decorated beautifully, plenty of amenities. All of the rooms are a good size. Master bedroom, bath and closet are huge! Very comfortable.
All of the outdoor spaces were great and very kid friendly. Pool gate is alarmed so no worries regarding kiddos. Underneath area has lots of activities for all ages and again very safe.
Great location. Can walk to beach and some restaurants. Walk around the block and see unbelievable sunsets! Will definitely go back!

"Time to Coast" is a fantastic beach house for a family vacation. The marsh frontage makes the porch a very nice extension providing nice, peaceful views. The house is well equipped with "extras" (e.g. movies, games, appliances, beach equipment) that really help it feel like home. The owners went out of their way to make our stay great, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation on Tybee Island!

We had four adults and five kids during our stay. The bottom level with all of the games were such a huge hit. The pool was nice as well. We were able to walk to the beach easily and there was almost every beach item provided you would need. The adults loved the screened in porch to hang out. Very convenient location to walk to restaurants and shops. There were even bikes with a bike path just steps away. It fit what we wanted/needed splendidly.

This home is definitely one of the best on Tybee! It is spacious and breezy and clean and so comfortable. Our favorite things were the huge porch, comfy living room furniture and of course the pool. The host could not have been more accommodating, and we appreciated that. Coming from Charleston, Tybee was definitely a quirkier vibe, but it suited our young family just fine. We rode the golf cart everywhere and spent lots of time on the back beaches. One note (not a knock to this property): If you're coming in April, I would check to see if Orange Crush is scheduled during that time. It definitely impacted our stay with traffic, noise, sirens, restaurants/stores closed, etc.

This property was wonderful! The peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful screened in porch with large outdoor table and porch swing!!! The inside was spacious and updated with a family fun lower level and safe access to the private pool. Bikes and beach chairs were available so no need to buy any! Check in and out was easy and Leslie was easy to reach and responded quickly to all questions prior to our trip. There were no issues that needed to be addressed during our stay since the property was well maintained prior to our arrival. I would love to book this property again when I return with my family to Tybee Island❤️

We visited from Virginia, and enjoyed a relaxing week at this home, and were lucky to have several warm and sunny days to enjoy the heated pool.

There were 4 of us who chose this house for many reasons. It seemed perfect when found after looking at many properties. I had the final say and boy, am I glad we picked this house. It had everything we needed and more for a great time.
We spent our time bike riding all over Tybee Beach and found so many cool spots to hang out at. At night we were able to chill in this beautiful house, cook all together and play tournaments on the foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole and then dive in this beautiful heated pool and enjoy a few cocktails. It was everything we needed for a quick getaway.
Thank you to Leslie and Clinton for allowing us to stay at their great house. We will definitely be back to try and top this 2023 getaway. It won't be easy tho!

Fabulous rental in Tybee - perfect location, amenities, heated pool and more! Traveled with 2 kids - everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very modern home with a great screened in patio and fun activities on the pool level. Rented a golf cart at Tybee Golf Carts. Weather was very cool but the kids still swam as the pool was very warm. We will definitely be back and will try and get this same rental.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and it overlooks a marsh in a quiet neighborhood while very close to the beach. It is such a great place to stay and swim, fun to take walks, ride bicycles, go to the beach, and have a good meal in neighborhood restaurants. We thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is going to be a long review because this is a house we hope to rent for future visits to Tybee.
I grew up in Savannah (left in 1967), and we have been visiting Tybee for 2 - 4 weeks, sometimes twice a year, for over 30 years. We have rented numerous houses and when we find one we really like we try to stick with it. Time to Coast is such a house. After walking by this house many times on previous Tybee visits, we were able to rent it this year, and went ahead and rented it for April 2023 at the same time.
What we liked/enjoyed most about this house:
1. The heated pool. Fabulous. Loved the privacy.
2. The porch bed swing. This is the laziest we have ever been on a Tybee Time visit and the reason is the bed swing. We spent many hours out there napping and watching the activity on the marsh.
3. Comfortable beds. This is important to us.
4. Comfortable indoor furniture and enough furniture so we could have a few local visitors (high school friends) to visit.
5. Decor, upbeat and fun.
6. TV’s in every room. We enjoy TV and after the hostess told us how to access DirecTV, we were set to go. ROKU was great.
7. Grill, clean and worked well.
8. Good Wi-Fi and lots of places to recharge phones.
9. We had a little trouble opening the padlocks and with the dishwasher. The Hostess was quick to respond, which we appreciated.
What could be improved:
1. This house needs a deep cleaning. Generally the bathrooms, kitchen and floors were clean, but there are areas that haven’t been cleaned for a long time. We are sensitive to dust and there are surfaces (HVAC vents, bed frames, higher places), and some walls that were very dusty. We just had the feeling that the house was not too clean. Perhaps a power wash of the porch and paint job inside and out.
2. The stove door needs a cleaning. The glass is black with grease buildup.
3. The fans on the porch are black with mold/mildew.
4. The dining room table is sticky, so placemats are needed. Also, a cutting board would have been nice. Otherwise the kitchen was stocked adequately.

We rented this house to stay at during our beach wedding. The property & house was so beautiful with awesome & relaxing views of the marsh. The amenities were great. It was so comfortable & cozy, yet spacious. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Leslie was an excellent host & very helpful. Definitely one of the best properties we’ve ever rented. I highly recommend!

This home was everything we wanted and more!!! Perfect for a bachelorette weekend. Close to the beach and a quick drive into Savannah. Bikes, pool, game room, a wholeee closet full of games, laundry + everything else you could think of this home has. Will definitely be staying here again!!!

We could not have enjoyed staying at this property more! Our group visited Tybee for a bachelorette trip and LOVED how spacious and clean the house was, the screened in porch, the pool, and the ample beach equipment and games provided. Leslie was a great host and responded to all my questions right away. We will absolutely be coming back for another stay! Would recommend this house to anyone.
