The property was great for our family reunion. We slept 12 comfortably. Only issue we had had to due with our age. Many of us are elderly, and there were only two bedrooms on the main floor. 3 nice BR upstairs and a hallway bed. Two BR down and 1 and 1/2 up so we were never crowded. There was some wear and tear showing but overall the facility was great for our group. We especially liked the large living room which allowed us all to sit around a visit. Kitchen was well stocked. Mosquitoes were not bad. Area was pleasant and had some activities.

We loved the house and location. We had 12 adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. First house I ever stayed at that supplied enough toilet paper. I had brought some with us and never had to get it out!!! Was decorated really cute, the hot tub was amazing, there were games there to play, indoor and out. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here and we will book with them again!!

"Highly recommend" well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information.

Our group of 13 was extremely disappointed in the VRBO rental on this trip. We stay in VRBOs almost exclusively when we are out of town so we have a good understanding of what we should expect for the price. If there had only been 1 or 2 issues we would have just racked it up to it being the holiday season (New Year’s weekend). However, it was obvious that several of these items were not recent problems & I strongly encourage the owners to visit the property more often so they can experience what we did.
First off, there were several items thorughout the house that were either broken or in need of repair: curtain rod & light in living room; 2 burners on stove did not work; lighting in dining room & outside too dim; holes in deck; broken jets in hot tub; mildew smell in hot tub; several mattresses need to be replaced or flipped & turned; some ceiling fans did not work properly; also several walls should be repainted-very dirty.
Secondly, kitchen & bath items need to be reviewed: only 1/2 roll of paper towels; only 2 trash bags (msgd mgmt & they suggested to roll the trash outside trash can up instead of bringing us more); no "complimentary tolietries"; not enough clean towels; no spatula for kitchen or grill; no regular sized skillet. Finally, should be more upfront with pics of the work lot across the street-eye sore.

This cabin exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing don’t do this cabin justice. It has way more space than it shows on the pictures. The cabin was decorated beautifully when we arrived. Beautiful Christmas trees and wreaths. The fire pit and hot tub was our favorite part of our stay. There are plenty of board games and others your group can use as well. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The cabin is also located in a great area. Not too far away from others but also far enough to have your own privacy. If we’re ever in Broken Bow again we would definitely book!

Nice cabin, with bedrooms for all six of us. Living room and dining room accommodated our group comfortably and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was easy access and close to the main highway.

Property is quiet and pretty secluded yet with in walking distance to the main highway, urgent care, coffee shop and mini golf. That's pretty amazing.

My husband booked this cabin for my birthday and it was great. First the pictures does not do the property justice this place is spacious there is plenty of room outside for activities. The cabin its self is very roomy we had plenty space for our guest. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub is was my favorite part very big it was clean the entire place was very clean and ready for us when we got there. We had a great time spending time with our family and friends. No complaints at all we were all very satisfied with our stay.

the cabin was very nice and cozy. The settling was awesome. It was very clean and equipped with all the amenities. It was close to several things to do.
The only thing was the dryer door was broke and wouldn’t shut.

Our stay was good and we had plenty of space. Management was quick to respond and willing to help when needed. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed and/or upgraded. Management is aware of these things and have said they will address them. This property will be ideal once the fixes are taken care of.

We had a great stay. It's a large property on a wooded large lot. It is more in town than it appears in the pictures but that was not a problem for us. The living room is larger than it appears in the pictures. There are two steps that lead from the living room to the kitchen dining area and 2 downstairs bedrooms. This was a small issue for my mom who is in her 70s and has trouble on steps. The 4 remaining bedrooms are upstairs along with a daybed and trundle. We had plenty of room in our group of 11 (5 kids, 6 adults). There was enough separate space and enough together space so we weren't on top of each other. The kids loved the tree fort outside. There is also a closet full of games, both indoor and outdoor. We had a great time.

I thought that the property was clean and accommodated everyone comfortably. The only complaint that any of us had was that looking at the property on VRBO it appears as though the house is isolated and in the woods. However, it actually sits right across the road from an RV trailer park and close to the main road through town. Maybe I should have done more research. At the end of the day the House worked great for the Surprise Birthday Party for my wife with all the family there together.

Great space for a large family getaway
My husband and I with our two children and 6 grandchildren enjoyed space to be together and separate. We had a fire outdoors around the fire pit each night, played games and hiked in the nearby State Park. It was the perfect way to start the new year together.

Our stay
I wrote in evolve . But the home was spacious. The location was central . If you are looking for a view this place not it. But that did not bother us . It was clean . The only thing is we didn’t have enough towels . Each bedroom did not have a tv . And the upstairs tub was clogged. The owners remedy everything very quickly . As was apologetic. If you got kids that need tv , take tablets and have a hot spot . All minor things , we loved the beauty of the house and would def stay again and recommend.

Family time
My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The air conditioner went out upstairs and the property manager was right on it when I called. The air was fixed within and hour. There are a couple of things that need work like the hot tube and the lighting in that area but other than that this is a good property to stay at.

Great house very spacious. Clean and comfortable. I loved how well the air conditioner worked . The house is in a great spot for all attractions. We were within minutes of everything! Nothing over 10min travel. The view is not great. But if you plan to explore the town that really didn’t matter to us. I did have to call the owners for extra towels , tv extension cord and to unplug the drain in upstairs bathroom. They were very nice and apologetic. They remedied the issues very quickly. I would recommend or rent again . Thank you

So spacious!
We had a xc group from school and there was so much space for the girls! It’s close to town so they could walk to different shops and things but also just a short drive to the beautiful river and hiking. Great place!

Fifty fine birthday
The pictures did nothing for this property. Once we arrived I had to call the property manager only because I couldn’t find the street the sign was missing. But once we got inside this place was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. We had a great time and my birthday was wonderful. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful property with tons of room and beds.
My 2 sisters, my brother and his family and me and my family all stayed here for a reunion. We hadn't all been together in 12 years so we wanted a large roomy place for us all. We weren't disappointed. Jeff and Alicia (the owners) were so kind and helpful. We had tons of seating inside and out. Nice finishes inside the property and the firepit was a bonus. We had brought 4 hour firelogs and enjoyed the firepit at night. Didn't get to the hot tub but we did see that it was drained after each visit and even had hot tub sanitizer there too. The showers were great and very roomy. We stay in a lot of VRBO's all over the country and I will say that this was definitely one of the cleanest ones we've ever stayed in. This will be a favorite in the future like one we rent in Florida. Oh, it's close to lots of shopping and almost across the street from the entrance to Beavers Bend. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful cabin with plenty of room for a large group. Right in the middle of town so there is easy access to everything. Highly recommend staying here.

Decent stay
Overall the stay was nice, house was clean and beds were comfortable. We had 13 people with us and the first night at dinner noticed there were only seating for 7 and silverware for 6. The property manager did bring a new set of silverware but there was nothing to be done about the seating. We ended up bringing in extra chairs from outside. Also there was only enough seating in the living room for 6, no extra chairs for others so most sat on the floor. Was not very happy with the advertisement of being able to accommodate 13 but that was only for sleeping, not for anything else.

Best cabin we’ve stayed in near Broken Bow
Easy access to the lake with our boat, close to all the Breweries & Wineries. Perfect cabin for our early couples get away, we had 6 couples and it was a perfect cabin to fit all of us and every couple was able to have their own room.

Inside neat & clean but location and everything else was disappointing. very disappointing!
Inside neat and clean and in good order. Hot tub water was clean and well kept-NO BUGS! Hot tub cover and porch was dirty and not kept up. Outside of property not maintained very well. Very difficult to locate and dirt road is terrible--lots of bad pot holes. Neighborhood is not scenic at all. Very disappointed in exterior of property and neighborhood.

Very roomy!!
We loved this property. There was enough space to spread out all over. It looks small from the outside but we kept finding more rooms and closets inside.
Plenty of space to socialize and relax.
The clean hot tub was a nice addition.
Access to the lake was very convenient and there were several eating options available.
We had everything we needed to eat and cook at the cabin too.
Courtney was a great host! We will definitely be back again.
