Questa casa di lusso si trova in uno dei migliori lotti nei migliori quartieri di Breckenridge, con un grande cortile, una vasca idromassaggio privata e un sacco di spazio vitale. Sei a soli 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Breckenridge e dalle piste e ci sono eccellenti sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike a pochi passi di distanza. Questa casa a tre livelli è ideale per più famiglie in quanto vi sono due aree di vita.
La zona giorno principale presenta soffitti a volta, grandi finestre che inondano la stanza di luce naturale e un camino a gas mozzafiato. Ci sono giochi da tavolo e una TV LCD con satellite per intrattenere tutti dopo una lunga giornata godendo Breckenridge. La seconda zona giorno al piano di sotto è perfetta per i bambini o per guardare la partita e ha un wet bar, forno a microonde, comodi posti a sedere e una TV LCD. Hosts were proactive in communicating while we were at the property to make sure all was going well. The property had all amenities included with plenty of towels. Kids loved the sleds from the garage. Hot tub was really nice!

Only a short drive to bus stop, main street or ski slope parking areas. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen was adequately supplied with most items. However, lacked serving platters and bowls for a family style dinner as well as a corkscrew. (corkscrew was provided the next day by property manager). General cleanliness was good. However, we experienced several missteps by their cleaning crew. A blanket on one king bed had numerous stains, a blanket in second king bed room closet was stained. The replacement blanket brought by property management had an old band aid attached. Hinge on door to twin bed room was missing all screws to top hinge. While other hinges were loose, not allowing the door to close properly. Only two towels were supplied in the basket by the hot tub. (additional were supplied by property management on our second day). It would have been very helpful if the garage door code would have been provided. Lastly, I found it odd that Vrbo quote did not reveal that property management company would charge an addition 3.5% fee on the remaining balance if not paid in full within 24 hours of booking.

Very relaxed, comfortable, clean stay at the Brooks Hill rental. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of boarding. Kitchen was stocked with all needed utensils and cookware. Close proximity to Breckenridge and other resorts. Some small issues but quickly resolved by Summit Rentals!

Plenty of room. Close to the bus lift. Nice and out-of-the-way. Really enjoyed the stay. The one exception was the hot water in the upstairs bathtub. Shower was fine but the bathtub was no-go.

There were 9 adults who stayed. December 26-31. The first thing that was so frustrating was there is not a garage door opener. So middle of winter you have to get out of your vehicle and use the key pad, I was told that there are not openers anymore because people take them or lose them. Then there are no towels for the hot tub. We had to use bath towels for the hot tub. We were there in the month of December and just know there are NO decorations on the property or in the house. They are willing to provide that for an additional 700-1500 dollars. The house needs a deep cleaning and attention to details. The kitchen has enough dishes/utencils but the pots and pans need to be replaced. There were no platters for serving and we cooked a lot and fell short on serving dishes. The house is 3 stories and very chopped up. So if you are looking for open concept, this isn’t it. On Sunday at 8am (the day we were checking out) the hot tub guy was there servicing the hot tub. We were not notified he was coming? For what we paid for this house, I felt that it fell short. Was not polished and did not have a luxury feeling.

We’ve stayed at this property for the past 4 years in a row. We love the property itself and the ability to walk into town is excellent. Had multiple visits from a moose family which was a huge plus! Already looking forward to coming back next year.

Good stay, but the rooms in the pictures have been redone. There is no bunk beds. A few ither changes that would have been nice to see going into purchasing.

We had the best time in this winter wonderland with our four kids, my brother in law, his wife and two kids and youngest brother in law and his wife. This was a rescheduled trip after our original flight at Christmas was canceled in the Southwest mess. It was so worth the wait. The kids (and dads/uncles) spent hours digging snow tunnels in the backyard, sledding down the snow plow pile and getting snowed on in the hot tub. We saw a moose licking salt off the cars in the driveway and it is something our Ohio kids will never forget. We spent a day on nearby Copper Mountain and I’m still in awe of the beauty and can’t believe our three oldest kids learned how to ski on the Rocky Mountains.The house is so close to town, we could walk to a few trailheads, yet we had a private yard and space for the hot tub and the kids to play. Our heat went out the second night and the management company responded to my texts late at night and had someone out early the next morning. I also requested an early check-in as our flight landed at 7am and the house was ready a little after noon instead of 4pm. This was so helpful as we had six kids including a baby to get settled and groceries to unload already from our Denver based family. Our kids already want to go back and our six year old now wishes we could live in Colorado...to be honest, I kinda do too.

Outside of one literal "slip-up", due to some ill-managed ice build-up on the front porch (which we chipped away with the tools provided) and a "quirky" oven error message (oven will turn off unexpectedly) that resulted in a late dinner on that first night, we settled in nicely and the house was perfect for our needs (3 couples and their children ages 3 - 10).
The house is clean and well appointed. The house provided comfort and space for the folks who didn't ski and the location made it easy to hit up all the local mountains with extremely easy skier drop/off pick up in Breckenridge. When we were all home, there was plenty of space to hang out together OR to grab some privacy!
Thank you for a memorable stay. We'll hope for this property to be available again when we return next time!

House was clean and had most of the essentials. Heated garage and steamer showers were great. The walk to the ice rink for the bus routes isn’t bad at all and if it snows you can just ski down the sidewalk before it gets plowed. Critiques: there were no extra garbage bags and limited extra toilet paper and paper towels so we needed to purchase those shortly after arriving. The only shovels available were for dirt… this made it difficult to shovel snow off sidewalk, around hot tub, and deck. This is probably why there was ice built up on front entrance stairs and sidewalk since they don’t appear to get shoveled regularly. A few snow shovels would be super helpful. Also, a few of the mattresses are very uncomfortable and should be replaced, especially in the bunk room.

Our Thanksgiving holiday week was made extra special at Brooks Hill Lodge- felt like home as soon as we walked in ! The kitchen is so well equipped ! Very nice fir our family. A playful fox showed up one morning ! Snowflakes fell on our last night as we got in to the hot tub . Children learned to ski !

This property is fantastic, the kitchen and bathrooms especially are very nice and well equipped. They are not lying when they say how many people it can hold, it comes with a ton of cups, plates etc so you won't have to constantly do dishes, and lots of very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this for any medium-large group.
My only complaint is that you have to do a lot of the rental process outside of the VRBO platform. I may just be new to this, but I did not love how I had to do my rental agreement, damage deposit, and most of the payment outside of VRBO, it made me feel like I would have less recourse in case anything went wrong. Luckily everything was great, but as this was my first experience with this rental I was a little nervous at first. If you are renting from them and nervous about this, my experience with them was great but I was nervous too.

Amazing House
The house is beautiful, kitchen was large for all 12 of us to eat and play games. The two living spaces, some can be downstairs and some upstairs. The hot tubs was amazing and my group raved about the steam showers. Very conveniently located to peak 9.

Beautiful Location and Great House
From start to finish our stay was pretty amazing (minus a couple cleaning issues). The house is just minutes from the main street and all the fun activities. We were also fortunate enough to have it snow one of the days we booked.
Overall cleanliness was almost perfect. One thing we noticed is it doesn't seem like anyone cleans the pull out beds. We found bandaids, hair clumps and random socks between when we pulled the beds out (one in the main living room and one in the basement).
The other issue was the dishes that were put away were not all clean. We found tongs with dried out salad on them, cups with residual drink seasoning dried inside the sides and lipstick marks on most plastic cups. Some of the silverware were also not clean with food particles still on them. We ended up running a load of dishes just so we knew things were really clean.
The house overall was great. Lots of space and everyone was happy with the stay.

Wonderful Getaway in Breck
This home was perfect - had everything you could need.....and some upgrades as well including a chef's kitchen and steam rooms in two of the bathrooms. Plenty of space and the natural gas grill worked wonderfully. Easy 20 minute walk to main street for dinner and drinks. Thank you!

Great location, all the amenities you’d need
This house exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for a group of 8. Hot tub was hot and ready right when we got there. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Multiple communal spaces to hangout. Showers had steam capabilities which was great. Check in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again if I come to Breckenridge!
