I liked the location. The room was perfect size for my family of four.

Better directions to find location. At arrival having someone there to meet us would be nice. We had to look for a parking attendant to get keys . It was difficult finding condo on site so a map would have been helpful.

Perfect vacation for our family. Pools and hot tub were wonderful & plentiful, loved the boardwalk, loved our unit-had everything we needed. We really loved our side of the building, it had mountain & ocean views and more open air space.

The Cafe/Coffee Shop in the other building was great, and the Duke’s service around the pools was excellent.

Access to xtra supplies (blankets, pillows, etc), and room service during our stay.

It was very easy to get access and the condo was beautiful.

Checkout time was too early and there was no access to facilities once we checked out. We had a late flight but we were not allowed to use the pool nor having access to towels and shower after checkout. We've been to other hotels which at least gave us options after checkout and access to guest showers in this case.

It was a very welcoming and nice place.
