* One can’t beat the location! In the very center of the city but quiet * Well equipped * Perfect cleanliness * Good wi-fi

* Previous guests smoked in the room. It smelled horrible (even pillows!) and I have to fight with it for my 5-day ystay. I’ve bought fragrance sticks and it didn’t help. Would be nice if anyone from the management /staff put any attention to this.

The location is fantastic and the service - excellent. Upon complaining about the absence of a desk in the room via a message, someone knocked on our door 15 minutes later. It was a team of tree people carrying a wonderful double desk which they put together and placed right next to the window within seconds. As a guest I’ve never experienced a need of mine being answered so promptly! The furniture is modern and the whole place feels quite homely. It’s clean too. We stayed for 5 nights and received a visit from the cleaning service mid stay which was great.

After all the room was quite dark. Both windows overlooked the courtyard and the only thing we could see were the people on the balcony of the neighbouring apartment. The shower needs some attention: the shower head mechanism is damaged and you need to hold the shower head in your hand while showering which is annoying.

Very spacious and bright apartment in the center of Yerevan with everything you can wish for; balcony, washing machine, AC, elevator, comfortable bed, and most importantly the extra kind customer service. We did an earlier check-in and they kept our luggage for a late check-out without a problem. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who is visiting Yerevan for a shorter or longer stay ☺️

Price is a bit high nowadays or I just missed something. But it's same for all Yerevan

Great location, right in the heart of the city and within a walking distance to all main attractions, very friendly and supportive host, polite personnel. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely come back again.
