Убирали каждый день.
В отеле есть сауна, хаммам. Правда работают они всего 2.5 часа в день. Но там во время нашего пребывания никого не было из гостей отеля, что большой плюс.
Очень скудный завтрак. Кормят настолько плохо и мало, что хочется плакать… От шведского стола только название…

breakfast was average but acceptable
Family run business ,found the lady owner a bit rude and abrupt, she needs a bit more patience and possibility needs to go and find training in customer relations , she seems to forget that the customer is paying to stay there , i dont think its the right industry for her , maybe a change in career would be better for her .... felt a bit uncomfortable to ask for anything , they should be more friendly ...otherwise all was acceptable.

Good location
Very rude lady who is running the hotel (daughter of the owners) creating very tense atmosphere which is ruining the holiday mood.

Spacious suite, good beds, very well heated. Good local breakfast (fresh juice a plus). Nice location 100m from ski lift for beginners and a 2 min walk from main square. Nice view
We took a suite so that we have 2 separate space (one for kids and one for us) and unlike on the pictures, sliding Doors were present but no curtains. Hence we were in the dark from 8pm when kids went to bed. Not sure if this was a temporary issue.

Great view from balcony, free parking, clean rooms
The hotel is old, outmoded, breakfast very poor,no refrigerator. Plastic wine glasses and cups in the rooom are a real shame for 4s hotel.

The B&B is very close to the centre and shop and markets in general, and has a small but very relaxing and equiped wellness area, which we appreciated very much.
The staff has always been kind to us and careful in the morning to assure us a pleasant breakfast.
Our room was nice and provided with a big balcony were to chill out after our daily trekking.
we missed the presence of a mini-fridge in our room.
The parking area is probably slightly undersized in respect to rooms number and as matter of fact once in our staying we had to park the car away from the structure. Anyhow this happened once in 8 days (not a very big issue).

Wonderful family owned B&B and went to significant effort to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
Heating in our room was not as good as it should be.
