Super place with bikes provided to make getting into Jolly Harbour easier (there's also golf cart rentals).

A great base to explore the Island. Local amenities are close by.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Would love to return if property is available for my next trip.

Harbour Breeze is within easy walking distance of the very quiet North Beach. The entire community felt secure and very clean. We did hire a car to explore other beaches in the island and we were glad of it as the on-site supermarket was a brisk 15 minute walk. If you don’t hire a car would recommend hiring a golf buggy which Gavin offers. The restaurants around the harbour give you plenty of choices and we particularly liked Al Porto (this restaurant is actually closest to the villa) and a visit to Petals cafe is an absolute must. The villa is well equipped for eating in and there is a great fridge with ice maker which was a bonus. There were plenty of towels provided. Bikes, one ladies and one gents were handy to get to the South (Jolly) beach as was a bit too far to walk. It was a completely relaxing and enjoyable holiday on a beautiful island and Gavin is a great host

The villa has one of the better outlooks in Jolly Harbour, looking out over the open marina rather than at other villas, and it has been beautifully renovated. Gavin was very quick to respond to queries and very helpful. Overall highly recommended.

Perfect spot to relax with friends and family..

We have just arrived home after spending three weeks at this lovely house, which is in a perfect position overlooking the waterway and the wonderful sunsets!! The house is in a very quiet, safe area and is a minute’s drive, or ten minutes walk to the supermarket and bars/restaurants. Gavin (the owner ) and Cachema ( the manager) are only a phone call away, and any queries we had were dealt with straight away! We have visited Antigua several times and decided that Jolly Harbour, and in particular, this house was our favourite. So much so, that we are rebooking for next year!!

We selected this property based on the rave reviews. I am reluctant to be the first person who was disappointed. Good points: one of the few houses in Jolly Harbour that isn't overlooked from across the road or across the water and there is open space at one end of the property. The views are nice but they are of the man-made harbour, not the sea. Disappointments: no one there to meet us on our arrival or explain anything to us and the same for our departure. The welcome book was seriously lacking answers to most of the questions we had during our 4-week stay. Shortly after we arrived I put passports etc in the safe and it locked when I was trying to set it up. As a result, we weren't able to eat anyting `for 36 hours until the local manager told us

The villa was perfect. It was clean, updated and stocked with everything we needed and more. The deck was so calm and peaceful. Location to pool was good if you have a car, golf cart or use the bikes. Gavin and Tina and the manager were pleasant to work with and the communication was great. I would highly recommend this villa and stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at the villa. The villa is sparkling clean and has everything you wish for. We especially liked the covered dining area on the huge deck. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast there which we prepared in the lovely kitchen. The Netflix TV on the master bedroom is a nice touch and we watched several great movies. The communication with the owner is top notch. Always responsive and very polite and helpful. Do not hesitate to book there. You will enjoy the beautiful beaches, grocery store and restaurants which are just a few golf cart minutes away.

Great villa , great spot you will need the buggy or a car tranquil 2 weeks .

The hosts Gavin and Tina and also manager Cachema made the whole process of booking and checking in and out totally seamless and stress free, nothing is too much trouble for them. Gavin also put us in contact with Ajahni for airport transfers and car hire, we would definately recommend using him as he is very easy to deal with and a very lovely person. The villa was sparkling clean all over and had everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Harbour Breeze is exactly as advertised. It is spacious, well appointed, clean, conveniently located, and well maintained. The location within Jolly Harbour allows for quick access to the quiet North Beach while still being an easy trek to the busier beach and restaurants. The hosts and property manager make the booking, check in, and check out processes seamless and stress free. They are available to answer any questions that come up and they go the extra mile in providing contacts for taxi service and information regarding covid testing services for return travel. We look forward to staying at Harbour Breeze again.

Our stay at Jolly Harbour was great location was great an all amenities were as Gavin stated .. we rented a golf cart to get around the habour. The beach and supermarket were close but too far to walk.. I would Recommend a rental car if you want to leave the harbour! Gavin was very attentive and all information in the welcome boon was precise ! I will be staying here next time I return to Antigua ! Thanks Gavin!

Can not recommend 402a enough. We had a wonderful stay the villa had everything we could possibly need and more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.bikes, BBQ, netflix. The villa was.spotlessly clean the decking area beautiful. The resort itself was lovely 2 amazing beaches, supermarket and a number of bars and restaurants. Gavin was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much

We had a great time at this nautically-themed villa, which contained everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The villa is located at the end of a row of similar properties in the north side of Jolly Harbour. It has a large shaded shaded patio area, with an equally large dining table, and an extended unshaded area with a pair of sun loungers if you fancy baking in the sun. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a BBQ outside, the air conditioning works well, the beds are comfortable and so is the seating area. Internet is acceptably fast - fast enough to enjoy streaming television on the huge TV. No complaints from us - we would certainly stay again.

We rented this Villa for 9 weeks. The communication before we arrived was excellent. With Covid I had asked about the need to cancel if flights were cancelled to Antigua and was told that a refund would be forth coming if we could not get there. We arrived uneventfully on the direct flight to Antigua from Toronto. We were met by their designated taxi driver who took us to the unit with a stop at the grocery store. The villa is great. It is laid out nicely with lots of utensils. The BBQ was a delight to have. The deck and patio overlooking the water were a delight to have meals and a drink. We had the use of the in house washer and dryer which worked quite well. Initially we had some issues with no hot water ( switch turned off),low water pressure( switch turned off),a sick BBQ and a dead golf cart. The golf cart was never revived so we had to rent one at a higher cost after waiting a week to find out the status of the unit's cart. All issues were ultimately rectified even the unknown closure of the water supply. The unit is a 5 minute walk from the Shell beach and a10 minute golf cart ride to Jolly Beach which is absolutely as nice a beach as anywhere in the world. The grocery store and a host of restaurants are all within a 5 minute golf cart drive. Sadly Antigua went into a severe lockdown after the end of January so only take out was available from the restaurants. The very pleasant deck made this a not too severe punishment for dining I had a disagreement with Gavin the owner regarding the possible forced closure of airline travel into or out of Antigua or Canada. He did not think that this might entitle me to a refund. Luckily this did not happen so it was just an unresolved discussion. Overall we were very happy with the Villa. Jolly Harbour is a great area for walking.There were two bikes available for use which was a much appreciated bonus. There was an island loop just a 1 minute ride from the unit that was very flat with virtually no traffic that was a very safe route to take. Jolly Harbour has a mix of people but we never felt concerned with the Covid crisis as we could easily stay isolated. We hope to return in the future and would definitely consider staying here again hopefully in more normal times

We had a great first experience with VRBO and Gavin and Tina. They were super attentive great hosts with timely answers to every question! Wifi was reliable as we both worked all week! We rode bikes to the beach in the morning, and drove the golf cart to the beach in the afternoons after work! Great accommodations all the way around! We would stay at Harbour Breeze again- it was awesome!

Ok... This place is like a needle in a haystack and I'm glad I found it. I found this home just by doing extensive research for "Inexpensive homes for rent" on Google. I was tired of the ordinary resort/hotel atmosphere so I looked for guest houses. Low and behold, I going Gavin's spot and it was extraordinary! When I arrived in Antigua and settled with the rental car, I tried to find the house but, GPS led me to Timbuktu. I called Gavin and he guided me directly to his home. I mean he literally stayed on the phone with me until I was at his front door. I was a little stressed for being lost but, after walking into the villa, ALL stress was quickly erased. EVERYTHING was on point. I wasn't so sure how to use the hot water switch (I didn't want to bother the owner) so I took semi-cold showers. The place had absolutely everything you need to feel at home. I only had to buy the food and seasoning to cook. Everything else was readily available. He has a golf cart that you can use to get around as well but, that's an additional charge. There were two bicycles, a grill, beach chairs; I mean you name it, it was there. With the Ok from Gavin, my wedding was held on the back dock area. It was a very small and intimate wedding, so the dock was the perfect, serene place for us! Overall, I'd HIGHLY recommend this spot for any occasion. Gavin was so helpful and friendly all while keeping it professional. I would definitely stay here again without question.

We loved the place! The owner and property manager were welcoming and easy to work with. The location is great. it is right on the water in a very peaceful neighborhood. But conveniently located close to beaches, stores, restaurants, and local attractions. All furniture is in good condition and comfortable. The TV and WiFi worked well. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to make and serve great meals. All appliances are clean and in good working order. Our favorite spot was the back deck/dock. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or just relaxing with friends or a good book. I hope we get a chance to visit again. I would definitely recommend this rental.

The villa was well appointed, clean, and modern. Every amenity was provided and all aspects of the villa were in good working order. The location close to a gate and the North Beach was an advantage as the main beach tends to be crowded. We had the North Beach to ourselves most days. Communication from the owner was excellent before and during our stay. Highly recommended vacation villa.

We spent 1 week in Jolly Harbor, and having access to 3 other similar villas through our group of travelers, it was clear that we made a fantastic choice with 402A. Not only was the villa clean and newly renovated, it was completely decked out with more amenities than we knew what to do with including a waffle maker, a PS4 and what I think was a 60" TV, a full BBQ, a set of beach chairs, and the most insulated beach cooler I've ever seen. Gavin and Tina were extremely responsive to all questions we had. I would not hesitate to stay at 402A again.

Whenever we had any questions regarding the villa or the island, Gavin responded immediately. Gavin helped us organize a very reasonably priced car rental. We were very impressed by how well the villa was equipped. The kitchen had been renovated and expanded. Lots of counter space for four "chefs"! All the appliances were also new; we really appreciated all the containers for leftovers and our beach trips. The new efficient front loader washing machine was a bonus as we were there for three weeks. We loved being able to use the two bikes for our daily trips around Jolly Harbour. In short, we loved the villa and would return in a heartbeat. Thanks Gavin and Tina!
