We rented for a week in March and had a wonderful experience! Even though it was a drive to most anywhere, it was quiet and very relaxing! The pool was a great asset to have all though there were issues with the heat in the pool. We never met the property manager nor talked with him but all was good with the home! Would stay again!

The house was nice; what we expected. This house is located many miles away from the beaches. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this would be the place.

Good experience. House just far from anything we wanted to do. Not the greatest of neighborhoods. Like to walk and not the best for that. No sidewalks. 3 aggressive dogs just down the street.

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful, well maintained home. I stayed for the month of January and it was so relaxing. The pool was warm enough to enjoy as it’s heated. The outdoor space was great for entertaining family when they came to visit. The wi-if is very good also in this home which was helpful as I had to work during the week. My experience was very positive from booking the reservation and all communication with the owner and after arriving with the house manager who was also a delight to speak with. I would definitely book this home for any future stays I may have.

Was traveling for work. Everything we needed was available. Super clean, pool was great, space awesome. Thank you for letting us stayed at your house for 10 days.

First off Karin is a great host and very easy to communicate with! The house was amazing! Beds were comfortable, very clean, quiet neighborhood and house managers were very quick to take care of a minor issue. We spent alot of time in the heated pool and in the screened area. The pool was perfection!! Would recommend this host and house to anyone!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus vom ersten Tag an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man zum Leben dort braucht, angefangen von Sonnenschirmen und Klappstühlen für den Strand sowie Küchenutensilien etc. Alles wunderbar. Herr Meyer hat uns ein paar sehr gute Tips bzgl. Touren und Essen gegeben die wir auch alle ausprobiert und für gut befunden haben. Die Wege zu den Badestränden oder den typischen Hotspots für Shopping, Delfin Watching etc. Ist halt immer ca. 45-60 Minuten zu fahren aber der Sprit ist billig und uns hat das nicht gestört. Leider hatten wir 14 Tage schlechtes Wetter mit täglichen Regengüssen aber dafür kann ja keiner was. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Property manager on top of problems. Very nice pool. The only issue is the lack of attractions nearby. Had to drive long distance for everything. Lovely hime, well maintained.

We had two small issues when we got there and they were handled immediately by the property manager. Very responsive to our needs.

Family with 3 children age 0-5-8. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all we need. Pool was heated and great. Overall it was just perfect. It is a little bit "like home" Full deposit back. The house manager was good. You need a car. One hour to the beach because of trafic. Thanks for all !

Nachdem wir jetzt mit einigen Unterbrechungen schon zum 3. Mal hier waren, können wir wieder bestätigen, dass alles perfekt war. Sogar 2 Fahrräder sind dazugekommen. Für den Sonnenschirm ist es gut bei Wal Mart einen Grubber in der Campingabteilung für knapp 10$ zu erwerben. Ein kleinen Geheimtipp, den wir erst jetzt herausgefunden haben, ist Lovers Key Reservat. Da man eh 1 Stunde bis zum Strand fahren muss, wie Sanibel oder Ft. Myers Beach, kann man auch dorthin. Einfach ideal dort. Eintritt 8$, allerdings ist das Parken frei. Dort am Strand kostenlos Wifi. Toiletten und Duschen sauber und ausreichend. Man fährt kostenlos mit einer Shuttle Bahn durch die Mangroven zum Srand. Dort die ersten Manatees, Delfine, Stingrays, Horse shoe crabs und Wasserschildkröten hautnah erlebt. Mit Frau Meier hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Viele Grüße. Ebenso war durch den Internet Zugang ein Telefonieren, über Whats, nach Deutschland kostenlos möglich. Tipp für Naturliebhaber ist ein Ausflug zu Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary und für die Shopping Queens bietet sich Miramar an. Bons aufheben. Der Zoll in Frankfurt achtet sehr auf die Höchstgrenze. Was allerdings nicht bedacht wurde, ist das im September noch Regenzeit ist. Jeden Tag ab ca 15.00 kam das Unwetter. Dadurch sehr schwül. Wer die extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht verträgt besser einen Monat später kommen. Wer gesund, nahrhaft und mexikanisch Essen möchte, der sollte ins Chipotle gehen und eine Bowl für 6.50$ essen. Auf der 41.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette maison joliment décorée, très propre, tout fonctionne parfaitement, les photos correspondent à la réalité. L'environnement est très calme, c'est un coin de campagne qui reste proche de tout les commerces de proximité. La maison est bien équipée de tout le nécessaire dont on pourrait avoir besoin, pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine est très agréable et assez spacieuse. Le propriétaire nous a donné une réponse très rapidement, et nous avons eu un très bon contact. Le gardien est très sympathique et nous a bien conseillé sur les sites touristiques à proximité. Tout était parfait.

The whole stay was wonderful! The house is in a great neighborhood, perfect for families. The house is very neatly maintained and appropriately stocked with expected necessities. Any issues I had were promptly addressed with solutions by the owner and property managers. I would stay there again without hesitation! It is definitely worth the money.

Hallo Fr. Timmer-Nienhaus, ein sehr schön und voll ausgestattetes Haus in Lehigh Acres. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war perfekt, ebenso die Betreuung von Roman Mayer Vorort, den wir aus 2 vorherigen Besuchen in Lehigh kannten. Meine Tochter und ich bekamen viele Unterlagen, bzw. waren im Haus, was es alles gibt( Läden, Mall´s usw). Vielen Dank für dieses super Haus, leider ist es für Weihnachten 2016 schon ausgebucht( 12 Monate vorher !!), sonst hätten wir es wieder gebucht ! Absolut empfehlenswert ! Great location...close enough to everything and at the same time,far enough from the noise, No luxury...but everything you need is there...you will feel at home and that is what you want. Great home.

Do we miss this home! The owner of this home was so helpful to our needs. The home was very peaceful and no noise, but my wife said she heard a roster crowing somewhere lol. We enjoyed hearing the woodpeckers in the trees out back. If you have kids you might want to bring some movies to watch, there is no cable tv. just local channels and only one tv. For the price of the rental .. not bad.

This house was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very nice to work with. We will definitely stay at this house again. The pool was so nice! Very well worth the money.
