Property was great, it was super easy to get up to peak 7 and 8 for skiing. We also tried cross country skiing from the nordic center right near the house. The house was perfect for our group, there was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked! The entire booki

The photos do not show how beautiful this house is. It was the perfect size for our family of 8 with plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the hot tub and play area upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked although cooking pans and utensils could be organized a little better. The location is perfect for getting to the gondola or driving to town. Christie, our manager was excellent at quick replies to our questions. We loved it.

This place went way beyond meeting our expectations. We took our boys and their families with kids ranging from 23 months to 17 years old. Plenty of room and lots of amenities. Host was very responsive when we had questions. It was very accommodating for our toddler grandson including toys, books, pack and plays, and baby gates. We did not find anything lacking. Honestly, we could have just hung out at the house and not done anything else and we would have been perfectly happy.

The house was fantastic and had everything my group needed! It was close to the bus route for skiing and getting into town. I would recommend this place for any large group coming to ski. We had 12 adults, and there was plenty of space for us.

Our stay at this home was enjoyed by myself, my son and his child and my daughter, husband and their two children. There was more than enough room for all of us. It was reported to me that all the beds were very comfortable, The kitchen was well-designed and amply supplied with the necessary accoutrements. The fireplace really warmed up the living room, and the hot tub was a big hit everynght.
The owners and manager couldn’t have been easier to deal with, and we found everything to be exactly as described. In short, beautiful home, terrific experience. I highly recommend it.

Traveling days are always exhausting. We arrive at 6PM. Our excitement walking into what is listed as a “LUXURY RENTAL” soon becomes a nightmare as the place wasn’t clean after the previous people who stayed there. We were introduced walking into the place with a huge pile of foul odor towels/bedsheets. Kitchen was filthy. The trash wasn’t taken out. Pubic hair in the sinks as well as pubic hair on the toilet seats. Feces stains still in the toilet bowl (if only this review allowed for pictures). We definitely took pictures/documented very well how filthy the place was to send to the owner. The owner calls us and apologizes saying that the cleaners didn’t make it out. We can barely hear her as she says she is currently at a Mardi Gras parade/that she is going to give us a refund. The cleaners came at 7PM and finished at 9PM. The owner only refunded us half the cleaning fee. Not even a partial nights refund. Meanwhile my family had to stay in the living room so we wouldn’t get in their way and watch the cleaners hustle their tail off to clean the place. Just imagine if you had kids on your trip and they had to stay in a confined place in the living room after a long travel day. If you are reading this, you might think that we are just a disgruntled reviewer who just wanted money back. But in all honesty, it’s not really about the money as our family is financially comfortable. What really matters to us is OUR TIME in which the owner DIDN’T RESPECT.

We had family members converging from three states for a holiday ski weekend and it was perfect. Four bedrooms plus a bed in the loft accommodated everyone and have privacy while the open living, dining, and kitchen provided great game space and room for family movie night. And we loved the hot tub. Stars were beautiful above the trees. Wonderful bonus was a fully appointed kitchen with all the pots and utensils we needed to cook family meals including spices! And one day I literally walked 5 minutes to the Nordic trails while others were on the slopes. Beautiful. Thank you for a great experience!

This was our second time to stay here, and we like that we knew the location and what to expect. The nights in the hut tub under the stars is our fav part. We even saw a giant Moose walk by the property one morning. We love the Nordic trail close by and how quick it is to the town. It's a well stocked house with everything you could need.

House is amazing, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need and more. Hot tub is perfect. The master shower has the main head, a wand head up high and three STRONG body nozzles. You will spend too much time in it if you enjoy a hot steam shower. Beds were comfortable and the bunk room was perfect for our 3 boys.
The house is close to town for shopping and groceries. We didn’t ski so can’t say how it is for that but it is right there by the peak 8 base so probably great as well.
Deep two car heated garage fit a ford expedition and Toyota tundra just fine. Driveway is slightly steep. Our vehicle slid down few feet a couple times while parked on the ice waiting to open the garage door. 4WD helped while entering but we did learn to park lower off the ice and on the dry asphalt while waiting for garage to open. This was really minor and the only negative I really have about this place. Salt and shovels are provided but it wasn’t big enough deal for us to try to remove the ice.
We will look for this place again on our next stay.

Really enjoyed staying in this home with our family. The home is great, the outdoor space is nice and the location is fantastic! Really appreciated the routine cleaning service for the hot tub. Wished we didn't have to leave.

Overall we had an amazing vacation. The house is close enough to town to enjoy all the perks quickly and far enough removed that we enjoyed the peaceful nature. The house was clean and beautiful with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the owners was very quick and easy.

Super location! Quiet neighborhood, had moose and fox in the backyard.
On arrival we were disappointed with the dirty garage floor and dirty windows. Once contacted the manager immediately rectified the issue. BBQ grill needs a new regulator and overhaul ( I disassembled it twice to keep it running). Never really got the TV working ( watched the news on day two that’s the last time we could see live TV) the remote controls were not identical to the manual. Hot tub was great, the pool guy serviced it during our stay.

This was a weekend getaway and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is exactly as described. We were able to relax in comfort and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Overall we really enjoyed stay. The location of the property is great for catching the bus to the ski slope or even being able to walk downtown Breck. The house had minor cleanliness issues such as mold on several of the shower curtains/doors and tub/sinks that didn’t drain well.

This property is one of the nicest and most well stocked of any property we have stayed at. Great access to natural preserves and hiking trails. About a 3 minute drive to Main Street and beautiful tall trees encompassing the property. We make it a habit to bring foil, spices, ziplocks, etc when traveling, but this place had it all. Bryant was easy to get ahold of, let us check in early, and extremely easy to work with. Only regret is that we didn’t see a moose as other visitors said they saw. We will definitely be back to this property in the future!

We loved our fall getaway at the Chapman house. I know it’s ideal for skiing, but we loved the convenience of hiking down the street with several toddlers. And the house was a dream for entertaining the young ones. A moose, no less. We only used the hot tub on our last night - darn because it was so relaxing out under the stars. Thanks for the perfect weather.

This was a wonderful place for a family stay with grandparents and our families. The house is spacious, the kitchen is large and well-equipped and the beds are so comfy. It’s a 2 minute drive to the bottom of peak 8 where you can take the free gondola into Breckenridge. Also fun to take advantage of food and activities on peak 8, or take the scenic chair ride up. Less than a 5 minute drive to town. The hot tub is great, and we had visits from a fox! Beautiful views from the home, and such a peaceful place. Appreciated the high chair and kid amenities too. We loved it all!

Great location and house
My family really enjoyed the Chapman Ski House. The house is roomy and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook in. The location for dropping off the skiers was perfect. Everything we need for the infant in our group was available. We will definitely consider this property for our next visit.
