L’appartamento è molto spazioso e può ospitare fino a 6 persone avendo 3 camere da letto. È dotato di ogni comfort. Il pavimento è un po’ datato quindi scricchiola un po’. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico e per trascorrere la serata nel barrio alto. Gentilissimo l’ospite che ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino al nostro arrivo. Ho apprezzato molto il check in automatico che ci ha permesso di fare tutto autonomamente arrivando nel cuore della notte e partendo la mattina presto.

Trovare una bottiglia di acqua all’arrivo ci avrebbe fatto piacere. Trovandosi in uno dei quartieri della movida, la notte potrebbe esserci rumore fino a tardi.

very noisy from the street until 2 am. parking was a problem and hard to find by car, since the streets were closed with barriers. stairs were a problem for us, since we had a lot of luggage to bring to the 3rd floor.

Excellent location and comfortable living space for 6 people. Good to have AC in all bedrooms.

Some of the group found pillows were uncomfortable and no windows in one of the bedrooms was a slight negative.

Door to apartment unlocked with code ... keys supplied did not lock the door from inside. Wondered how often door code is changed?

A bar is at downstairs of the property, too loud until 2:30 Am every night, can’t fall in sleep. The outdoor environment is dirty and you can see the dog’s poop, the stair is steep and narrow not so friendly for climbing. The host doesn’t offer Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You can feel the floor is not even at the property. 2 bedrooms do not have the windows to outside, my son kept coughing when we came back from outside. Overall it is not good experience. Will not come back to stay.

The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. On arrival it looked a little dodgy as the entrance looked run down and broken stairs. We had a local help us get to the flat. The neighborhood has plenty of places to eat, clubbing and just has transportation access. Received good customer support from the day I booked to checkout .
