Ехали на выставку в Ганновер. В Ганновере не было свободных мест, пришлось ночевать здесь. Цену на время выставки за двухместный номер поставили 219 евро. Как мне кажется, перебор.

Мы бронировали номер с двумя отдельными кроватями, т к останавливались с коллегой. Вместо этого персонал дал номер с двуспальной кроватью, и ничем не смог помочь. Я считаю это неприемлемым. Нужно более внимательно относиться к бронированиям и закрывать тот номер, который просили и заранее оплатили гости.

Kids loved two level room. Good breakfast.

Rooms are very small and contain bare minimum.

Good breakfast, fresh bread and vegetables.

When hotel put label on the bathroom's door, that they ask me to help them to be ECO (but we all know, that the real reason is to save cost) and I hang my towel on the rail instead of leaving it on the floor, because I want to use it again, but room maid change it anyhow - than I feel cheated. If hotel ask me about my decision and I made it, but later hotel do not follow it, that makes me angry.
