This is our second time staying at this property while visiting relatives. It has everything that a person would need for a stay and is exactly like shown in the listing. Communication with the owner Mary was excellent. We had no issues at all and would highly recommend this property.

This is one of the best rental experiences I have had for this class of property. The unit was spacious, well-appointed and located very conveniently. It is truly three bedrooms with an amazing kitchen and full-sized bathroom. A great value for Philadelphia.

The apartment was great! Just enough room for myself and my family. It was very accommodating as well. We were provided with brochures on local things to do. Mary was extremely nice and responsive.

Mary was a perfect host, and the place was exactly as advertised. Really nice neighborhood, with everything we needed in the apartment. About 5 different ways to make coffee in the kitchen (Espresso on the stovetop for me). Easily accessible to pretty much anything in Philly, and quite comfortable when we needed the break.

Mary's place was perfect for us (me, my husband and our 8 year old daughter)! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning (which was essential end of July) worked very well. The location was also extremely convenient as it was ~ 10-15 minutes from all of the friends and family we wanted to see. I was also able to squeeze in a work out at Orangetheory Fitness which turned out to be less than 15 minutes away. Mary was also very helpful with suggestions for places to eat in the area. We met family out at one of them, and we had a great time! Though we drove everywhere, Mary's house is in walking distance to a shopping center with a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. I would highly recommend Mary's place. We will definitely stay there again when we visit!

We had a wonderful stay! Mary was extremely helpful and gracious. The apartment was the perfect size for our little family and it was great for each of our kids to have their own rooms. Not having to pack our booster seats and pack and plays for our little ones was such a relief, too! Everything was clean and in working order. The apartment was the perfect location for easy access to many area attractions, including Sesame Place (which was the point of our trip). We also had a chance to visit an area park which was also well maintained and fun for the little ones. Thank you again, Mary, for a wonderful trip!

The location was perfect for our stay, catching the train was very handy. Mary answered all of our questions about the area, so helpful. We appreciated the eggs in the fridge for breakfast our first morning. The apartment is well equipped, to say the least. If there was anything we needed, it was there. The weather was rainy, so we did not use the gas grill provided, but there is a nice area in the back for outdoor cooking and eating. The bedrooms are large, and the beds very comfy. Thank you Mary!

Our accommodations were great! The apartment was very kid-friendly for our young son. We didn't have to worry about packing many things because Mary had it all available to us. It is also located within 30-45 minutes to Philadelphia so it was convenient to drive into the city for activities. But if you want to stay nearby, there are also some nice parks, restaurants and a grocery store very close by. I highly recommend this property.

My mom and I were in Philadelphia for a week to visit my daughter at Temple. We didn’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Center City nor pay hotel prices for 7 nights. This apartment was perfect and we each had our own bedroom. The only downfalls were extremely poor TV reception and the thinnest TP I’ve ever seen, but I can’t complain...the price was right. I’d definitely stay here again.

Mary and Royal We had a wonderful 10 day stay. The property is beautiful and extremely well kept up. The facilities were excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet despite the street being busy with traffic certain times of the day. Anything we needed, Mary had. She was extremely helpful to us including doing our laundry. I enjoyed the time there. Although on busy street, we could not hear traffic and the property was quiet and peaceful. Proximity for what we came there for was great. Even got to spend some time downtown. It was good.

We enjoyed this clean and cozy home-away-from-home! Arriving in the evening after a long weekend at the 3-Day Walk, we were thankful for the breakfast provisions that our thoughtful host left for us. We had everything we needed for our 3 day stay, good communications with the host, and a comfortable place to come back to after visiting beautiful Philadelphia and Lancaster County. A lovely apartment that feels like home. It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our daughter and her family. There was plenty of room for our granddaughters to spend the night with us .. Complete with toys for them to play with. Thank you , Mary!
