This is an absolute charming unit filled with French style artwork and curios. It has a fabulous 1st floor balcony from which to watch the world go by. We would not consider any other accommodation in Brunswick Head

Conveniently located and easy to find. Stairs may be a problem for those who find these difficult. No problem for me (79). Spacious and light filled. Aesthetically delightful French Provincial decor with every convenience and attention to sumptuous detail. French door opening onto a fabulous verandah, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Netflix great for evenings. A note explaining that the oven was electric not gas would have been helpful. Given that dogs are permitted a note locating the existence and directions to the 'dog beach' would have been appreciated. Loved the selection of literature on the bookshelves. Overall a delightful, restorative, time out experience. Thank you.

The most charming quirky and comfortable place for our week in BH. Gorgeous veranda with two comfy daybeds and a big table to have breakfast in the morning sun. Every convenience inside with more comfy chairs, couches and great bed. In the heart of town and a short walk to everything we highly recommend Toni’s place.

Had a wonderful stay. The accomodation was beautifully furnished. Loved the balcony and roof top terrace. Location is amazing. And very grateful we could bring our dog. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we are in Brunswick

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this most beautiful apartment for a week over Easter. Every thing about the experience, apartment, furnishings and location was amazing. We had no need to contact the host as everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else.

Toni made us feel extremely welcome. The apartment provides high end linen, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and a beautiful French atmosphere. The location is perfect and Brunswick Heads offer a relaxed dining experience with high quality food and great beach. We highly recommend Lello's the Italian Restaurant across the road. Such a fun time and we will return with our little dog.

Absolutely loved this place! After the first hour we had discussed making Brunswick heads and this apartment our regular holiday destination. Will be returning as soon as we can. The Italian across the road is also a must!

This is our second visit and deliberately chose the location to rest and relax. The aprtment interior has lovely spaces created for reading, morning coffee, and resting. I should also mention the kitchen is very well appointed for your cooking needs - we cooked a couple of meals during our stay. The location is in town and walking distance to beach and local eateries - you can park the car and walk everywhere around Brunswick Heads. We had the best weather during our stay, and anything we needed Tonu was very helpful and repsonsive with info. Would recommend staying here.

Due to the last minute cancellation of Bluesfest we have delayed our stay at Toni’s property. We are hoping to get there in the near future. Toni has been very easy to communicate with.

Toni’s apartment is bright, large and spacious with a huge sun-filled balcony in the heart of Brunswick Heads. Off street parking, easy check in and walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.

We put some cooking spray on the front door lock barrel for the next guest but don’t take anything expensive. Renter doesn’t communicate on stay. The CD player didn’t work. BBQ igniter in area upstairs was broken. Didn’t answer the phone the whole time we were there. Wouldn’t usually leave a bad review as I’m not a petty person but as soon as we left she started harassing us telling us to turn around and bring back a pillow she thinks we stole when we were an hour away?????? For the record we do not have and never have had her pillow. (Kinda funny but it was an annual holiday we haven’t taken for two years) and I think most of the ”decrotives” she has there are things people left behind. Then she resorted to personally degrading insults and I stopped communication. We left the place spotless and watered her plants as requested as per her instructions. Kept the aircon to a minimal and followed all The house rules. The view is terrible from the balcony . The “what to do” tourist information is outdated and for the money we payed we could have stayed somewhere else with facilities, had the room cleaned daily and been treated with respect. There is no dryer and the electricity and wifi are both dodgy. My husband would like to add he has twenty years property management experience and is entrusted with a $50 million property with 200 private apartments. We would have enjoyed a holiday. Also, there are no steak knives, take your own. Never using stayz again

We loved staying in Toni's beautiful apartment, in the heart of Brunswick Heads. The apartment is clean, stylishly decorated and well-equipped for an extended stay, with a full kitchen, shared washing facilities and plenty of books and magazines. Fantastic natural light and fresh breezes flow through from the spacious verandah, and the beach is only a few minutes away (with an off-leash area for dogs just south of the surf club). We have just spent 8 nights in Toni’s beautiful apartment. It’s an amazing space, clean, and comfortable. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck enjoying cheese and wine. Property is distressed colonial style decorated in tip shop chic. Great location but generally below par for price point. Poor quality older bed in double size only. No change of linen offered over 6 days and just one towel per person. Kitchen white goods overdue for up grade. Generally enjoyed stay but wouldn’t repeat

This apartment invites you to relax in considered spaces inside and out. Everything you need is at your fingertips and so beautifully presented. Toni's place is beautifully styled. A well located property for a nice stay in Brunswick Heads. Get yourself across the road to Yami for delicious Middle Eastern Vegetarian food and great coffee.

Toni's apartment is right in the centre of town so you can leave your car and walk everywhere. It has a very comfy bed, huge bathroom and a lovely open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen. The balcony is lovely but it was a bit wild and windy the weekend we stayed so we weren't able to take full advantage of it.

Highly recommend this accommodation it was perfect in every way. Everything was at your fingertips it was comfortable it was relaxing it was just perfect. The rooftop was spectacular and the whole place was decorated in such a lovely way. There is not one thing that is not wonderful. Thank you Toni.

Wow ... what a great place and great owner! From first entering this lovely property, to the moment I left, the entire experience could be described as wonderful. I cannot thank Toni enough for allowing me to stay and making sure 'all was ok' during my few days of much needed R&R. I had a lovely stay and will certainly be back if I am staying in this area.

This is an imaginatively put together, airy, spacious and atmospheric apartment in which one just has to relax. Take your book to the couch in the living room or the day beds on the shuttered verandah and zone out or be stimulated by the collection of art works and artefacts so thoughtfully placed around the apartment. The verandah overlooks one of Brunswick Head's main streets and is fabulous for people watching. Great proximity to cafes, the pub and restaurants, the river and the beach are only a short walk away. Comfort has not been neglected in the bedroom and bathroom and the kitchen is significantly better equipped than similar rentals. It was an absolute joy to stay here.

Had the most fantastic stay at By the Sea II. Extremely comfortable, well fitted out large one bedroom apartment with fantastic large verandah where you can watch the comings and goings of the passing trade on the Main Street, relax, read the paper, have a candlelit dinner etc. A little noisy first thing in the morning but that didn't worry us as we were up early walking. Everything is within walking distance which is great. Can highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

One of the loveliest properties we have stayed in through the Stayz website. From the moment we stepped inside we were transported to another place and time, one a little slower and more elegant than the every-day. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a lovely blend of old, new, quirky and personal touches creating a romantic and peaceful sanctuary. Generous proportions in the living area, bedroom and bathroom are accentuated by high ceilings and wide timber lime-washed floorboards. The long verandah overlooking the street is a perfect place to sit and read the paper in the morning sun or take a nap in the cool afternoon breeze after a few hours on the beach. Although we stayed in summer and the days were 30 degrees plus, the ceiling fans and open French doors were sufficient to keep us comfortable during the day and while we were sleeping in the comfortable bed at night. We had no need for air conditioning and no interest in turning on the TV. The roof-top garden looks out over the river and is an extra little private retreat to enjoy the sunset and a glass of wine while listening to the birds and town settling down for the evening. The perfect apartment for a couple, combined with the relaxed pace and friendly locals of Brunswick Heads - we want to live there! Thanks Toni for a fabulous stay, we'll be back.

We recently stayed in this apartment and absolutely loved it. We returned to Brunswick Heads because we fell in love with the area but now after staying in this apartment, we are more in love than before and can't wait to return to these rooms! They are bright, light, airy, so stylish, just a joy to live in. This special place made our holiday. When we showed our photos to well travelled family, their comment was "I haven't seen accommodation of this quality and style outside Europe". Spot on.
