Al terzo piano con ascensore di un palazzo ben tenuto nel centro di Stresa c'è l' appartamento BELLA completamente ristrutturato a nuovo. Dal grande ingresso si accede al soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo divano che diventa letto e tv sat, da li si accede al terrazzo fronte lago con vista sul centro e sulle isole Borromeo attrezzato con tavolo sedie sdraio e ombrellone. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Le camere da letto sono tre, una con letto matrimoniale e balcone privato vista lago, una con due letti singoli avvicinati da cui si accede al terrazzo principale e una con due letti singoli. I bagni sono due, uno con doccia e uno con vasca. Sotto il palazzo a disposizione degli ospiti un posto auto riservato in garage. In due minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione ferroviaria e in 5/8 minuti si raggiunge il centro della città con tutti i suoi locali e attrazioni. Per gli animali è previsto un costo di Euro 20 a settimana.

Upon entry and exit of the Property, it smelled like it had a horrible sewer problem. The host, when she arrived to let us in, demanded cash as a deposit. We had to pay for sheets and towel usage and a cleaning fee in addition to what we had already paid for the property. We came from the US, it’s not like you can bring your own towels and sheets. Who charges you for sheets? The girl that met us couldn’t have cared less. She did everything on her timeline (who cares that we traveled 18 hours to get there?). Stresa is gorgeous and lovely. Stay somewhere else. I got yelled at for putting my trash in the wrong place (because the cleaning fee didn’t include taking out our trash or explaining how it worked). Basically this was the one terrible part of an otherwise wonderful trip.

This is a gorgeous, beautifully decorated apartment with a spectacular view. The woman who greeted us was very kind and helpful. However, she told us the washing machine was broken and wouldn’t be fixed, and that there was no way to turn on the air conditioning that was clearly in every room. When we contacted the rental manager to see whether we could be refunded part of the cost (it was quite hot without the a/c, and I spent the last day of our vacation and 20E at a laundromat), we were disappointed to find them unsympathetic. Also, we had to buy toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags and other basics because they were not provided. Overall, I would still recommend it, because it’s such a lovely spot, but felt it was missing key amenities.

No trash bags provided even though extensive recycling required. Should be labled recycle bins with bags provided in apartment. Discovered that clothes washer is also a dryer. Never seen that before. Just across the street from the train station. Very convenient location in a wonderful small town. Had a great experience overall.

We had a wonderful time staying in the apartment. It was plenty spacious for 5 adults. Rossana and Michelle were delightful and very helpful checking us in and providing suggestions.
