We enjoyed our family vacation. Easy check in and out. Clean, large property. We had just as much fun at the home in the pool as we did at Disney. Highly recommended to those unsure.

The home is beautiful and was spacious enough for our family of 7. The home offered a lot for all of us. We liked the master bathroom and bedroom set up. The older kids enjoyed the pool table/game room. Our teen girls enjoyed having their own bathroom spaces (4 full bathrooms in the home). Our 4 year old loved the Elsa room. And of course all of the kids enjoyed having the swimming pool/hot tub. The home was well kept and we would recommend to anyone. Minor issues would be there were a lot of small black bugs/ants all over the driveway, sidewalk, pool patio area, and of course in the pool. The pool skimmer was available and easy to keep up with getting the little bugs out. The net frame around the patio had sections of screen torn. The grill (turned all the way up) did not have a very large flame which slowed down cooking speed. More spices in the pantry would be a helpful touch. Again, minor issues and would recommend to anyone. Wal-Mart is very close and handy for pick up orders!

Had a group of family and friends stay together for a week and really enjoyed the home and features. Having a grill available was nice since we did grill out some meals while hanging by the pool. The rooms were spacious.

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and as presented in the pictures. Nice community and great location. We enjoyed it very much and was great to have the pool and grill.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It is conveniently located, clean, spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. The private pool, hot tub, and grill really made our stay, at no additional daily cost. We highly recommend this property to families/friends staying in the Orlando/Disney area!

Our group had a great stay. We’ve been coming to this resort for over five years, but this was our first time getting a house vs a townhouse. Thankfully we packed pool/beach towels because there weren’t any there. We also purchased some kitchen supplies and pool accessories - hopefully it stays there for others to use. The house was as described in the listing. The game room was a hit with all of our kids! Communication was a breeze. Thanks for letting us stay in your home! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our week!

Nicely decorated. Pool and Hot Tub great for relaxing after day at the Parks. Lots of daily supplies available for a couple of days. Did have an issue with the key entry. The carpet or floors needs cleaning. The no shoes in house policy still had dirty barefeet. Faucet handle in bathroom broke as they are obviously old and hard to turn on/off. Even with my purchase of damage coverage, I was disappointed that my coverage was used to replace the faucet. My damage coverage should be used for items I may have dropped and broke or wall damage caused by us, but not on something that had more than normal wear and tear. The faucet replacement should have been covered by the homeowners policy, regardless if I bought a separate damage policy or not.

This home was a great setup for 4 couples; everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook/grill dinner on the nights we chose to stay in. Location was perfect for us to enjoy everything we wanted: Golf, Universal Studios; restaurants; grocery’s, outlet malls. . . and the Pool, patio, hot tub were just what we needed after some of those long days. The gated community was easy to enter/exit, very walkable with pickleball and basketball courts available for use.
Terry & Rose were wonderful hosts answering all my random pre-arrival questions as well as responding to a few clarification/use questions after arrival. THANK YOU!!
Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Beautiful home with a great heated pool and spa and fun rec room. Easily accommodated our family with each having their own bedroom. The hosts were great and communication with them was very easy. We had zero problems with anything! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Disney area.

We chose this property for the ability to comfortably accommodate our family, the heated pool and the proximity to Disney. It checked all the boxes and we were very pleased with the home. There was more than enough room and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and themed bedrooms. Communication with the owners was great and we’d be open to staying here again in the future for our next Disney vacation.

This house is very nice. There was plenty of room for the family, the kitchen was vey well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The whole group slept very well at night. We loved how close it was to all things Disney. One of the group needed to go back to the house during the day and it was a quick trip back and forth, with minimal time missed in the parks. I would recommend this house.

We had a great experience at this property. The home was spacious and comfortable and the location was ideal for the Disney parks. The young people enjoyed the game room. The temperature was too cold for swimming, but we did use the hot tub a couple of times. The manager was kind enough to let us check in a couple of hours early, which was much appreciated.

Another great trip to Florida and another great stay at Windsor Hills and this specific property. This house just works for our group of 8. The ample furniture in the common area allows all 8 of us to hang out and watch the game and catch up on the days events. Conveniently located to all the courses we like to play. Will definitely book again at this property as there is no reason to look for another property unless we were to add another 4 to the group to make 12.

We loved the house. It was clean and welcoming. The kids kept busy with the game room in the garage and the pool. The hosts were awesome, receptive, and easy to work with.
If you have a big family there is nothing like all being together to talk, laugh, and just spend time reconnecting. You have plenty of room to do this. The property was close to everything we needed too. We had an awesome time! I cannot say enough good things about the property.

Nice location, easy access to main arteries. Shops and restaurants all close. Nice curb appeal, and the first floor in particular is very spacious and beautiful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are plentiful and the utilities all work great (water pressure, air, heat in pool/tub, internet speed). Lots of options for congregating your group for a meal or for lounging both downstairs and in the pool/patio area. Game room is nice as well. Highly recommended!

My family and I loved the house. The pictures does not do any justice for property. The house is stunning. We didn't get the opportunity to really enjoy all the amenities that the house had to offer because of our short stay. The property is located in the center of everything such as Walmart, Target, restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this property if you're visiting Orlando. You won't be disappointed.

The community is beautiful, and very peaceful. However, I wish we had stayed in a different house unside this community for the price. Maintenance around the house is way overdue. Shower doors falling apart, doorknobs not working, beds were not comfortable, jacuzzy was full of mold, glass on dinner table was broken in a corner. When we called the Management Company, no one answered. We had to always leave a message and they would come two days after. I would love to come back to this community, but not to this house.

It’s always so hard for me to decide on a rental property and the reviews and ratings for this property were the best I could find for our family. The home was very clean and up to date. We loved it and home owners were quick with responses. We traveled with all ages in our group and everyone was pleased with the stay. The home is equipped with everything you need!

This house was so great. Lots of bedrooms and the kids/teens loved the game room which had foosball, air hocky and a pool table. The private pool and hot tub were great for soaking after a long day at the parks. The walls in the house were nice and thick, we hardly heard any noise from the other bedrooms. The house and the community were clean and quiet. The owners were responsive and sent so much information before our stay. Everything was easy and it made our vacation just perfect!

We unfortunately only got to stay a few nights here, wish it were more. What a beautiful house. Had everything we needed and more! Even a Christmas tree which was such a nice surprise to see! Rooms were divided up perfectly! Pool was amazing! Community was safe and super quiet and clean! Very impressive. Parks are close did MK and Epcot and both under 12 min with traffic at Christmas! Too cold to try the resort water park but will definitely come back!! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts, messages answered almost immediately every time!!! ❤️

Everything went very smoothly. Some information about locking of door and there being a grill to use was incorrect. The beds are a little hard for our taste. The management was spot on when I called with questions. This was a great property would rent again.

Property was everything we were hoping for sand expecting!
This was a easy process and made our week enjoyable in a extremely hot time of year. The house accommodated my large family comfortably. The pool, kitchen, living space all were great. The house was clean with exception the rugs could use a cleaning which is only a minor complaint. It could also use more towels as we had to go buy some to accommodate our crowd of 11. That said, I did not notify the property management.

AMAZING place!
We had a wonderful vacation staying here! We were mainly here for Disney and Universal, both were short trips and easy to get to! The down days we spent in the pool and hot tub and at the water slides at the clubhouse! Could not have been a more perfect house and location! Well kept, beautiful and very clean!!

Absolutely perfect, beautiful home
We had a family vacation, 8 adults and 4 children from 17 months to 13 years old, for a week vacation, with two days at DisneyWorld. It’s so close to DisneyWorld, shopping, and dining out, it’s a perfect location. We drove two rental vehicles to DisneyWorld. It was so easy to get to. The facilities in this resort are very nice, the pool, splash park and slides are wonderful. The pool and spa at the home are beautiful. We used them daily. The game room is fun. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms and bedrooms accommodated us all quite comfortably. The owners of this property are very kind, very accommodating, and had great communication. We would definitely stay here again, no one wanted to leave. I highly recommend this VRBO listing.

Lovely stay
Lovely stay at this property in April. Communication with the owner was always great, really responsive! Check in at the resort was quick and easy, everywhere was clean and tidy! We all loved the homes pool area, great to relax after a busy day at the parks which are such a short distance away. we also visited the on-site pool facilities, my daughter loved the on-site slides.
