The apartment is very spacey. It is located in a really nice part of Karlovy Vary. The kitchen is really nice and well equipped. The bathroom has floor heating.

The kitchen is in quite a big room, but the way it was built is makes it crowded nonetheless. Internet is fast enough (16Mbit), but it often does not work at all. The mattresses are good and hard, but rather worn out already. The house is usually quiet, but last two days heavy renovation works (drilling, hammering, …) in another apartment started at 6:30AM! Its decorated nicely, but rather generic without much taste. It’s rather clean, but still quite dusty.

Absolute great location near center but away from noise. However this comes with the minus of remote parking for which you pay 700 Kč more for 1 week.

Lack of cleaning. Spiderweb in bathroom, bedrooms, dead flies on the floors, no soap available in the bathroom and lack of roll paper.
