Situato in un quartiere tranquillo, in posizione centrale, a 7 minuti dalla spiaggia, la nostra casa è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e divertirsi tra le gite in spiaggia e le altre attrazioni locali.
Completamente rinnovato nel maggio 2018, la nostra casa con 2 camere da letto è pulita e arredata con gusto per farti un'idea dell'oceano dal momento in cui varchi la porta. La nostra casa è perfetta per tutti i viaggiatori, ma soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini, con giochi da spiaggia, pack + play e seggiolone inclusi!
Abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per pensare a tutto ciò di cui avrai bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno. Abbiamo una cucina completamente attrezzata, con piatti, tazze, posate, pentole e padelle, ecc. Macchina Keurig con caffè e tè K-tazze in dotazione.
I televisori hanno Roku con Netflix gratuito. Anche i canali via cavo sono disponibili gratuitamente tramite Youtube TV sul Roku. C'è una TV in salotto così come la camera da letto principale. Il letto a castello nella camera degli ospiti può ospitare 3 persone, in quanto il letto inferiore è a grandezza naturale e la parte superiore è una doppia.
Completamente recintato nel cortile per darti privacy e tranquillità mentre i bambini sono fuori a giocare. C'è un pozzo del fuoco nel cortile di casa, e ci sono giochi da giardino (lancio di sacco di fagioli e cornhole) disponibili nel garage che siete invitati a utilizzare. C'è anche un boogie board e un refrigeratore per la spiaggia nel garage.
Gli ospiti avranno accesso a tutto lo spazio - entrambe le camere da letto, entrambi i bagni, il soggiorno, la cucina, la sala da pranzo, il garage e i cortili anteriori e posteriori. C'è un materasso ad aria disponibile che potrebbe essere collocato nel soggiorno se si dispone di un gruppo più grande e hanno bisogno di più spazio sul letto.
Viviamo nella zona, e sono solo circa 5 minuti se avete bisogno di qualcosa. Kendall è una mamma casalinga e sarà disponibile se hai bisogno di contattarla. Vogliamo che tu ti senta a tuo agio con il tuo soggiorno e il più benvenuto possibile.

This house and property is EXTREMELY well kept. The owners went above and beyond with friendliness and courtesies. Everything listed is just as it is. I was thoroughly impressed from the beginning of our stay to the end. Will absolutely be staying here for all future trips.

My family stayed here for a family wedding. When we travel i always have to wear slippers around the house because i dont feel comfortable enough to be barefoot. This was the first house where i didnt have to worry about that. The house was very clean and well kept. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Dan (the host) was very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely keep this house on our favorites list for future stays!!

The home that we had the opportunity to stay in this year for vacation to Daytona Beach was amazing to say the least! The home was soo clean, had everything that you could imagine you would need available and the owners even had homemade cookies waiting for us! The best homemade cookies by the way! The communication was excellent and they were so quick to reply! They had a book that had all the information you needed in it with great places to eat, fun things to do, and even beach locations that were not as crowded and offered free parking! There were 6 of us .. my husband and 4 teenagers and they all loved it and was super comfortable! This was the absolute best place that we have stayed in and can not wait to book it again for next year!

From the moment we booked this property communication was excellent! Dan was very flexible with our arrival since we are airline staff and fly stand by. The property was easy to get to and when we arrived we were greeted with cookies and an immaculate home.
Having the owners across the street was of comfort since it assured us if there were any questions, they could address them.
Everything went off without a hitch and the neighborhood was safe, quiet, and friendly.
We went to the beach one day and they had everything we needed for our day out.
Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for making meals. The internet was fast and reliable. Nice big backyard to relax and have a cool beverage in the evening.

We went as a family of 5 with older kids (ages 22, 19& 14) and the house worked perfect! There was a delicious plate of HOMEMADE cookies waiting for us on arrival (kids ate them up quick!) A binder full of super helpful hints & ideas for dining, beaches and beach access, entertainment, etc. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Extras like linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen staples, beach items & toys and even aloe (which came in VERY handy) were provided as well. Hosts response was super quick. Cost was very affordable especially with location and the extras provided. Our first big trip south and first time to Florida and if we come again we know exactly where to stay! Can't say enough good things about this place! Highly, highly recommend!

We have stayed at several VRBO homes and this was by far our best experience. When we walked in the lights were on, a plate of fresh baked cookies, and a awesome hand written welcome card. We can not say enough about how clean this home was. Everything we needed was in this house. Dan and his wife Do Not cut corners. Good quality products. Paper towels are thick, good dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent supplied. House had everything we needed for our week stay. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and peaceful. The outside was as neat as inside. Great location close to everything.

This place was wonderful. It had everything we needed. We could have left everything at home and we will next time we visit. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Dan was sooo nice and attentive. He was just a text away if we had any problems which we didn't. Just an all around wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back. For my kiddoes the bunk beds, toys in the closet and the backyard were what won them over. Location is super close to everything and owners even have a nifty little book that tells you some of their favorite local spots. BOOK NOW you will not be disappointed! Thank you Proctor Family for taking such great care of us.

Walking into the house to a plate of cookies and a thank you note was super cool . The house is clean and you feel like you are at home as soon as you walk into the front door ... I will definitely check and see if the house is open for my next trip ! Thank you again for the hospitality .

We were very excited to see how clean the property was and in a very safe neighborhood which are my two number one requirements. It was very tastefully decorated and we were able to relax around working in the area. Well done Proctors!! We hope to be back next year. :)
