Ski-In Breckenridge Downtown Condo!
Questo recentemente rinnovato, due camere da letto più loft condominio si trova a un isolato della storica Main Street Breckenridge e ha accesso sci-in alla fine della pista 4 O'Clock. Due navette gratuite fermano a meno di 25 metri, il che consente un facile accesso al Picco 8 o 9 senza dover guidare. La posizione all'ultimo piano presenta un layout spazioso con soffitti a volta, una nuova TV a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni e lettore DVD, un camino a gas e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici tra cui una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Questo condominio ha anche una splendida vista della città, il Riverwalk e il Monte Baldy dal ponte privato. Tra gli altri servizi figurano la connessione WiFi gratuita, un deposito sci chiuso, una zona comune con vasche idromassaggio coperte, un parcheggio coperto, un barbecue in comune e un ascensore. Questa unità può ospitare comodamente 10 con il divano letto queen-size.

Weekend Ski Trip
Location was great and condo was as expected. Only issue was the elevator broke down the third day we were there and we were on the fourth floor so it wasn’t much fun moving luggage and garbage down.

Great location....BUT very loud in the summer.
The location of this condo couldn't be better as it's just across from Main Street. But...the condo balcony faces highway 9 so it's very, very loud if you'd like to be on the deck or have the door open to let the cool breeze in during the summer. It's really loud. The bedrooms are along the walkway, so can't open your windows at night unless you want to hear other people walking by. The parking was very hard if you have a suburban or bigger vehicle like a truck or SUV. The property is very dated and the bathrooms are tiny. The upstairs TV doesn't have a remote. Bring your own provisions like salt & pepper, because that was not provided. Most rentals I've stayed in atleast provide that. We had to notify the management company of some things wrong with the condo, so hopefully those will get fixed (toilet, couch stains, etc). But you can't beat the location.

Perfect location and condo!
Nice view, and beautiful area. We left our window open so we could hear the water from the stream running beside the building. Close to everything. Would DEFINITELY recommend staying here!!

Great place
The location was perfect! The ski rental shop was directly across the street and the ski shuttle was in front of the building - with only a 5-10 minute wait. It was only a 5 minute walk to main street with all of the shops and restaurants. The property was clean and spacious. We had seven people in our group and had two people sleep in the loft, but could've added more. Plenty of room. I have no complaints and I would definitely stay again.

Convenient
The place was good. It was conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. Most importantly you can literally ski into the resort from the 4 O’Clock run.
What impressed me the most is that when we showed up to our place, it had not been cleaned properly. Obviously that is not impressive, but the staff bent over backwards to quickly get us into a better location.
I would for sure stay again in the future.

Clean and spacious
Stayed during Oktoberfest with a group of 8 of our adult women's hockey team. The location can't be beat and had tons of sleeping space for the price.
Beds were fine and couch mattress seemed new- who would have thought a group of us would be fighting over who got to sleep on the pull-out?! Haha.
Kitchen overly well equipped- which we loved!!
Only downfall was no fans in the bathrooms- otherwise a great stay!

February 2017 Stay
This was the perfect unit for our family. It has plenty of room to spread out after a long day of skiing. It's close to the shuttle stop to get on the mountain and the Four O'clock trail ends at the condo. It's a block to all the shops and restaurants in town. We did have a problem with a toilet and the fireplace. The toilet was fixed but the fireplace would not turn on, even with the help of the property manager. It was no big deal to us, but may be to others. Fans in the bathrooms would be a major plus. We were there over the weekend and it can be loud on weekend nights. Again, no concern to our family but may be to others. We would definitely come back to this location. Can't beat the price!

Great location and Jeremy the property mgr was great
Awesome location, nice condo with plenty of room, and Jeremy the property mgr was very accommodating and attentive. Only downside were the indoor hot tubs and flakey tv service. All in all good experience and would stay there again

January 2017 Stay
Enjoyed our stay in Sawmill Creek number 403. The location was wonderful as we could easily walk to downtown. Plenty of room for everyone. The noise in general in Sawmill Creek is little bit much just because of people walking around in ski boots, but overall I highly recommend!
