It was clean

The apartment is very tired. Towels should have been replaced years ago. There is No energy in the apartment; certainly not a homey feel;not one bar of soap or shampoo; gas stove with no matches to light it; slip covers on the furniture. It’s just bare bones frugal decor. Never did find a shaded patio with a table as shown in pictures. We have rented apartments in many countries and states and this is first time we were disappointed with the choice we made.

They picked us up from the station so we didn’t have to walk and also dropped us back, above and beyond and so friendly!

Lovely hosts and great apartment, we had a wonderful time!

Loved the location, hidden away from all the madness but just a 5 minute cycle to the centre of town! It was very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. We sat with the two french doors wide open having a late lunch with the breeze coming in and then enjoyed the evening sun with a drink on the balcony watching the sun go down. Bliss!

Wonderful apartment located close to free beach and pine forest. Bikes were great to get to the main town for restaurants. The hosts were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with all conveniences located in a quiet street. Parking available. Hospitable welcome. Recommendation to visit Viareggio and the surrounding area from here.
