House is very roomy and clean. Great stay all around, will stay here again!

From beginning to end this trip was an amazing experience. This home is better than described. So pleased with house, layout, area and so much more. Fran was fabulous.

The property was exceptional. The owner was quick to respond and everything was in great order. The home had every amenity you could ever require, I even noticed a Julep strainer!!! This is the perfect place for a family vacation.

This was the perfect place for our annual golf trip. Very large house full stocked with everything we needed. Would stay here again.

There were 2 families of 5, so we packed the house! Everything was as pictured. We were pleased with the property, boat access and ease, and that our dogs were able to join us. House was clean and had what we needed. The only thing that would have made our stay better was ceiling fans! There were none in the 4 upstairs bedrooms.

Smoke detector from the master bedroom had been removed prior to arrival and left with a note that it needed a new battery. We found onions in the ovens drawer. Found several little green stickers (beggar's lice) on the sheets. Needs a broom. That being said we would stay there again, had a great family vacation.

The house is perfect for 2 families! Very well equipped, clean and easy to use. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the house and area very much. The carpeted area in the house needs to be replaced, or some other type of flooring needs to be installed. I would rent this house again.

Nice home for all of us to stay at

The most basic property we have ever stayed at. The carpet upstairs is gross, old and dirty. No paper towels, no dish towels, no hand bathroom towels. Will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Just got back from a weekend away with friends. We all stayed in the community and it was perfect! The house was immaculate and in the perfect location. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. We will absolutely book there again!

We loved our stay at TradeWinds. The home is spacious and has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Very clean and we rented a boat slip just 25 yards from our villa. We will certainly be back soon!

We loved our stay at TradeWinds and stayed in this beautiful 5 BR villa. Our host was very helpful and we will certainly book here again!

Spent a week at this house (during race week). More than enough room for everyone. The house was clean and they provided all the necessary items in the kitchen. It's a quiet neighborhood with access to the water. It was a bit off the beaten path, but overall close enough to lots of food, supermarkets, etc. There is a small outdoor pool in the neighborhood, but never made it there. Overall nice place.

The property was very clean but very spartan. No pictures on walls, no tissue or paper towels and in one bedroom the light never worked. Beds are low - IKEA variety so challenging to get in and out of. We are Airbnb super hosts in Atlanta so understand what makes a property guest friendly. This could be a great rental property by spending a few dollars on decorating touches and guest amenities (like one roll of paper towels and a box of Kleenex).

Very nice home! We rented the villa for a couple nights for the family to evacuate from Hurricane Matthew. We felt very comfortable upon arriving to the Villa in Homosassa and seeing how nice of a property it was and how spacious it was to accommodate our large family and pets. We were traveling with pets due to evacuating the East coast. The owner was very nice and helpful and was very accommodating to us. The villa was very clean, the rooms were all a good size, the layout of the villa was perfect, and the living areas were very roomy. The only problem we had was the remotes for the fans in the bedrooms were all on the same frequency and we had a hard time using them because one remote would control a fan or light in another room. Otherwise, it was a great stay and a beautiful home and we would love to come back and stay longer another time for an actual vacation get away!

We spend a wonderful week at TradeWinds with fishing and golfing. Very nice new home with cozy decoration. We had a party of 9 but plenty of space for everyone! Certainly come back soon and bring my bike with me to enjoy even more Homosassa. Special thanks for Frans, the owner, who helped us out enormously.
