The friendly staff and cleanness of room

Private pool was amazing, quiet peaceful area
No WiFi and no instructions to which villa was ours so turned up blindly, luckily someone was able to call

It was in a quiet and peaceful area. Place was clean and felt secure.
It was quite a long walk to get to the nearest restaurant or place to eat, and was also a lack of information regarding transport options. It was also unclear which spaces were available for us to use, the lady who met us never explained the situation, whether we just had the room, or if we could use other areas, or if other guests were sharing communal spaces etc. It generally felt under-furnished (no bedside table or even chair in the bedroom for example) and lacked homely decor.

The villa was lovely, welcoming and friendly on site staff, a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning, lovely outdoor setting to relax in by the pool, spacious.
It was difficult to find, signs were small. A local helped with directions. In the process of being sold, the usual bedside table and lamps were no longer there. Apart from a bed and wardrobe the room was bare.

Susana has been absolutely incredible and nothing but supportive and has looked after me so well. Susana is an incredible asset to the team and I suggest she is treated with the respect and integrity she deserves. Susana is so friendly, respectful and welcoming and deserves nothing but the absolute best!!!!!!

Beautiful and spacious with pool access. Quiet place, has good parking and the breakfast set-up is very nice. Housekeeper is helpful and friendly. Overall we had a pleasant stay despite the hiccups.
Firstly there was a mix-up with booking and they hadn't updated the booking made through this app, as a result they made us switch villas for the second night which was inconvenient, though they made up for it by giving an additional room.The door that opens to the pool area does not have screendoor options so flies and mosquitoes get into the villa and there are no insect sprays supplied. The shower that is shared by the budget rooms is broad and uncomfortable to use.

Staff making noise early in the morning. Suggest if people could be given their privacy and staff nit to come in and out of the villa whenever they feel like.

The open space off house the pool and the Suzzana the keeper on sight.
Hi.
There was a downfall in what the pictures had and actually seeing the furnishing in real. There was no bar stool at the breakfast bench. We had to ask for stool and a dinning table with chairs.
