Fantastic location within easy reach of two metro stations. There are restaurants and shops on the doorstep, perfect for a quick breakfast before sightseeing, or dinner at the end of a busy day. The property is roomy, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Edgar is a great communicator and always on hand to deal with any queries and goes above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay. It’s is perfect for a family, or two couples, with two double rooms (one is smaller than the other), each with an en suite. We travelled with our teenage daughter and had a wonderful time.

The safety deposit box didn’t work but we didn’t need it and Edgar reassured that this would be repaired after our stay. The property is accessed via a narrow, spiral staircase which wasn’t difficult for us but could be tricky for guests with mobility issues.

Excellent location, comfortable pied à terre, superb shower. Big enough for family of four. Helpful and easily contactable host. Loved being in the heart of the Marais with great metro links, but could also walk home from Notre Dame in 20 minutes. Super recommendation for a boulangerie for breakfast! Would definitely stay here if coming to Paris again with family.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable as well.

If more than 4 guests, the one sleeping in the living room will have the noise from the main road.
