On our trip to Florida we had horrible weather, but this room made up for that, because if it’s Location and how it was set up. Loved it.

We love Siesta Key. The beaches and the sunsets are spectacular. We appreciate having the convenience of the trolley to get around. This was our first time staying at Palm Bay Club and hopefully, it won’t be our last. From registration (Cindy was so friendly & helpful) to staff members available to help us with our luggage it was a wonderful stay. The Unit itself was just beautiful. Decorated tastefully, very well supplied with everything we needed, and it was very CLEAN! The view from the condo was perfect and we enjoyed having coffee on the open lanai in the morning & watching the sunset watching the sunset from our front row seat.

This condo is in a wonderful location. The property management and employees were very friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo for anyone visiting the Siesta Key area.

Our vacation was wonderful. Spectacular view, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The only thing that was missing was an umbrella. We rented one from the on-site rental company when we could but they didn’t show up on one day and they close at 11. Would definitely stay again. The unit is exactly as pictured. Beautiful!!

We enjoyed being able to walk right to the beach as well as the bayside pool and hot tub. We didn't use some of the other amenities because the beach was so nice and convenient. Only "complaint" we had some noisy teens in the room beside us and were at times a bit loud on the beach that we could hear, but hey, I guess thats what teens do. It didn't ruin our stay, just took a little away from our sleep after midnight. Overall we loved our time here at Palm Bay!

Can’t beat a room in the tower with those views and access. Good location close to the bridge across to Sarasota and close enough to the Village for a long walk or three minute drive. Property great. Location even better. Did have to pay $50 for a later check out of 1 hour. No beach towel trade in. So if not doing laundry (it’s vacation) you are stuck with same beach towels for your stay. Overall - a great place.

Perfect is every way. The open lanai is nice, no screens in the way of the view. We're coming back again next year and hope the unit we rented is just as nice.

The esthetic of the place was impeccable. No matter where you were indoors- there was a view! The open balcony was the icing on the cake. We will definitely look to booking this place again in the future, if/when we ever make it back to Siesta Key!

The view of the ocean is perfect, and this unit is one of the few in the tower that has an open-air patio. Condo is very clean, as are the rest of the resort facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy access to anywhere you need to go on the island. Kitchen has all the basic pots/pans/utensils. We did notice the veggie peeler and cutting knives were very dull and due to be replaced.

This is the first time I have stayed in the Towers building of Palm Bay Club and I will not stay anywhere else from now on! This unit was updated & immaculate. The refrigerator was extremely nice & roomy, the shower had amazing water pressure and stayed hot very long (which is surprisingly hard to find!), and the VIEW on the balcony was spectacular. We had daily "happy hours" drinking wine on the balcony and it was so relaxing! The bedroom TV was very large and the room was so spacious. I loved having the view from the bedroom too! And the blinds closing the way they did in every room were so nice and easy. HIGHLY recommend this unit- can't wait to come back!

Very smooth process

We were a bit disappointed upon arrival that the floor we were staying on was under construction. Starting from around 9 am each day the hammering would begin. I think it would’ve been nice to have been informed prior to the stay, and for the price of the unit to be adjusted based on the state of the condo building. But we understood, and wouldn’t have left a poor review simply because of this. However, on our first morning around 9:30, we got a knock at the door and were informed by a painter that he needed to enter the unit to put a final coat on the door, and we’d have to leave our door open for two hours following him finishing. We weren’t given the option for even getting ready before they came into the unit. The painter assured us that security would be on the floor so we wouldn’t have to worry about our door being open, but we never saw security, and that was only part of the problem. The front desk directed us to the property manager but we called and never heard back. We wanted to be assured we wouldn’t be subject to more maintenance within our room for the duration of our stay, but weren’t even given that peace of mind. I think if you stay here and have a problem, it isn't likely to be solved based on the communication we experienced. If you get lucky and have no problems, the unit itself was nice. I just haven’t experienced treatment like this with a rental property before.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. It was clean and the staff was helpful and communication was great. I wish we could stay more often!

Excellent place to stay. Great location amazing views and well maintained. Only negative for me was the first day a window cleaner suddenly appeared from above. We are on the 4th floor I did not expect someone looking in my window. Second day had to listen to a nail gun and power saw outside the condo door for an hour. Apparently they had renovations going on.
