Todo! Hermoso piso bien ubicado, muy bien amoblado, moderno, ambientes muy amplio y cómodos. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero con secarropas.. Y Fabio muy amable, incluso nos permitió ingresar antes de la hora prevista. Gran experiencia!

Location, very central, close to the metro. Very bright & spacious Modern apartment

The apartment was very roomy. Once we got familiar with all the keys/locks and elevator getting in and out of apartment was good. Fabio explained all the logistics, gave us some restaurant choices which were excellent and a helpful map. Beds were very comfy. Coffee in the morning was nice to have . The washer & dryer worked great.

We were not there long enough to truly enjoy the apartment.

Very central & good size for a small group. Modern & clean.

Only downside was it said it had a hot tub but this is a spa bath. View from back patio is also disappointing but offset by the location.

Fabio was really nice. We arrived on new year's eve and Fabio had raisins for Portugal's new years eve tradition, fruit basket, sparkling wine... the place is really nice and in a good location. I'm sorry to rate it poorly but there were a few problems...

The mattresses gave 3 of us lower back pain. 2 days later, I'm still trying to recover from it. The mattresses are really thin and not supportive. The jetted tub in the common bath kept leaking. It was a real pain mopping after every shower. The rug was soaking wet. The sink in the half bath was leaking too. I don't think I'd like to stay here again.

Superb location, vast and bright apartment with all facilities you might ever need. Lots of tiny shops and eating places around. Very friendly and accommodating host.
