Perfect place for a family of 6 to use as a home base while visiting Disney. Well-appointed townhome in a gated community, close to Disney and various amenities. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

We had a great stay at your spacious townhouse! It was more than we needed but a great price. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was just my husband and myself but this place would have been perfect for a family with children. Very close to all the attractions. And, conveniences just down the road…like Walmart and restaurants. We recommend highly! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Everything we needed and more for our stay in Kissimmee. Check in was easy and all instructions easy to follow. Property was a great size for a family of 4 and the little pool perfect for those morning dips before heading out. Windsor hills is ideally placed for all the parks etc. Everything worked as it should and we would definitely recommend!! 5 stars all round

Fantastic townhouse perfect for a family stay when visiting Disney. The house had everything you could want, comfy living, 3 en-suite bedrooms and your own pool. Around 10-15 mins drive from the theme parks. We had such a great start would definitely stay again. Thanks so much what a gem!!

The property had a great location, close to Disney and minutes from a Main Street with shops and restaurants. The kids loved the clubhouse pool and slides as well as the pool at the townhome. The home size was perfect for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week and the place was perfect for our family of 5. From driveway to Disney parking it only took about 15 minutes. The pool was great for kids (9 & 6), it’s deeper than I thought one side is about 5ft. If you are cooking there are no casserole dishes so make sure to bring throw away pans. You may also want to have extra toilet paper before arrival, we only had about 1 full roll between the 3 bathrooms and ran out really quick. Overall a great place to stay.

They were painting the whole time we was there. This made it impossible to park in spot or use pool. It was rude to wake up with men at the window. Scared my daughter a few times. Would have it stayed here if I knew this!!!! Tv had to be reset but this didn’t happen until 3 days after asked for help. Beds are old IKEA frames and the ones in the kids room is broken. Told own about this as well!! Front gate is difficult always a line to get into the place. Okay location and common areas. We spent 11 nights here.

This was a good property super close to all the Disney parks. I would have given this property a 5 star rating but there were some things that can be improved. When we arrived check-in took about 25mins because the owner didnt have our name correct so we had to wait for him to call security to get us in. I messaged the owner because the shower head was broken down stairs.....no reply. So we had to take turns taking showers upstairs. I wouldn't let the kids swim in the private pool because it looked filthy, but I was okay with that because the main pool was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and was very affordable. Nice gated, secure neighborhood. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

The house was clean and located close to the clubhouse and pool. The outside area could have been cleaner and there was stuff (from the trees near the pool) floating in the splash pool which the filter apperently couldn’t handle. The pool skimmer was broken. Also the owner does not respond to questions (or takes a very long time to answer) , but you can also contact a property manager during business hours. I would book this house again of the outside area and pool would be better taken care of. This was our 10th time staying at Windsor Hills. Over time, and especially after covid the resort has gotten busier. The pool at the clubhouse can be very crowded at times.

Everything was excellent but when we arrived the cleaning wasn’t done because there were blankets in the ground and one of the beds weren’t done but besides that everything was excellent

We like out townhouse very much, it was super clean. I only had two problems with the rental both are with pools. Our pool at town house was dirty and the jets only worked once in awhile. The main pool was so busy that you could not enjoy it if you wanted too.

Gated community close to Disney with great amenities. Checkin was easy and achieving pass at gate was a short and smooth process. Keypad on the door made things easy also. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Pool in back of condo was small but perfect for morning and evening swims for our four kids. The main pool at the clubhouse was less than a 300 yard walk and included water slide and great pool for little ones. Disney and SeaWorld were easy to get to and happy that traffic wasn’t too bad. Only partially negative would be if you have a problem with thin springy mattress, I am a larger man, but ended up still sleeping well despite the thin mattress. Overall an excellent experience!

We will not be staying st the property again. We love Windsor Hills and book the same house yearly but we wanted to extended our stay longer so choose a smaller home. The inside was very clean but only had one double bed and the rest were single beds. The pool area was disgusting. There is so much mould on the deck and a lot of dirt. I swiped the frist day we got there and the dirt I clean up was horrible. The pool needs to be scrubbed or painted and the pool light doesn't work so it's difficult to swim at night. The screen around the pool needs cleaned and has holes all through it. Do not sit on the patio furniture because it is full of bugs that bite. My husband and I were covered in bug bites but didn't realize it was from the furniture until the end of the week (when I say covered I mean I thought it was a rash all over my legs and back but then realized is was a whole bunch of bites close together - literally hundreds on each of us). I layed my kindle down on the stool and I picked it up and it was covered with small white bugs. The management is only responsive when he needs something. I informed him of all of these issues and he never responded back. I let him know I would be leaving a negative review in case he want to rectify anything and he never responded. He did let us check in early though. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this place would be fine. But do not book if you want to use the pool area. Find another listing!!! I will not be booking through this management company again.

Nice townhouse with great location!

This property was the best!! It was the perfect size for my family of 6. We all enjoyed the personal pool, it was very clean, and it was close enough to Disney that we could come back for lunch and a cool down and go back with plenty of time to enjoy the parks fully! We didn't want to leave! The owner was also very responsive...10 stars.

My wife and I stayed with my 3 kids (13,10, and 5). Everyone loved the unit, the pool/clubhouse, and the location. The unit was fully equiped and we loved having the 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. It gave my family time to spread out and fully relax. The common living area was plenty of space and comfortable when we were together relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked and had more than enough products for our 6 night stay. The pool/clubhouse was very close to the unit (2-3 minute walk). The clubhouse and pool were awesome! We spent a lot of time in the "big" pool and we also loved the private pool at the unit. The location of the property is close to the Disney enterance and easy access to the main highway(s). The property was very close to a Walmart for easy shopping. Most important the kids didnt want to leave and asked when can we come back!

I stay at the condo in July 22 for 10 days to visit WDW. It was very clean, had everything we needed in terms of pans, dishes, laundry, etc., and is nicer than it seems in the photos. The beds and pillows were actually comfortable, which does not always happen in a rental. I chose to stay at Windsor Hills because of it's location. I did not want to stay on Disney property, and I wanted to be able to take a break in the afternoon from the parks. This condo worked perfectly for that. It's a 10-15 minute drive to all of the Disney parks. I do not think you could get much closer without staying on Disney property. It took about 30 minutes door to door (including the parking tram and boat/monorail) to get to Magic Kingdom in the afternoon and less time to get into to the other parks. The neighborhood at the condo is nice and feels safe. The pool gets very crowded so it was nice to have the small pool at the condo. This is definitely a great place to stay as an alternative to staying on Disney property.

Any time we are in Orlando, we always check for properties in Windsor Hills. This was the first time we have stayed in this particular townhouse, and it did not disappoint! There was ample space in the 3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 1 teen (and could comfortably have room for a couple more). Having THREE bathrooms available was invaluable as we prepared to rope drop the parks! Every Disney park was just a 15 minute or less drive. Sometimes it would take 20 minutes to get back from a park to the townhouse due to heavy traffic from others leaving the park. The pool and water slide area is great for all ages. I usually spent my time in the hot tub while my teen splashed around in the community pool. There is also a small private pool that was available only to us. I was pleasantly surprised that my teen enjoyed having something closer that she could jump into at a moments notice. The community pool was a short 3 minute walk (we timed it). Given this units’ availability, we would definitely stay here again!

Would love to stay again

Our stay here was stumper nice for a short girls trip. For the price, the condo was adequate- they provided some soap and laundry detergent, which was not expected, and the washer and dryer and basically brand new. The carpet and furniture is somewhat dated, but we just needed a place to sleep with a pool. The ice maker in the freezer is either not hooked up or not functioning, so we had to go buy ice, which was kind of an inconvenience. The check in and out was very easy. We used the small pool, and aside from someone coming to install a new child fence while we were there we had no issues. Our stay was nice and we would stay again.

Very clean, comfortable property. No complaints what so ever! Perfect if you are visiting Disney Parks. Close to SeaWorld parks as well, but be prepared for 30 min drives due to traffic. Would definitely stay again when visiting Orlando!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

we had a great time at the townhouse, it was very clean and exactly as described. It is also very close to the clubhouse and community pool and we could just walk over. Very close to the disney parks too. Quick communication for all of my questions!

This townhouse was perfect for our family of 6. It is 3 minutes from Walmart, shops and restaurants, and very close to Disney World. We walked to the community pool and water slides, just across the street, which were clean and large. The unit was updated with new floors and was even nicer than the pictures online show. It was very clean too.

This home was perfect for our family! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was so helpful! Clean and well stocked! Location is within walking distance to the water park and less than 15 minutes to Disney! Will definitely stay again!

The Windsor Hills resort had a great salt water pool with the deepest being 4'10" so perfect for us to walk or swim around alongside our kids. There were two waterslides and a water playground for our kids to enjoy. There was a workout facility, arcade, hot tub, and small convenience mart. Our rental also had a private pool that was perfect for our family.

The townhouse was in a great location within the community as it was a short walk to the clubhouse and community pool with splash pad. Back of house does get a lot of road noise as the entrance is behind (you’ll hear it in the pool area, family room and Primary bedroom). Nice to have a parking spot and additional spots close to the townhouse. Townhouse was equipped with lots of extra supplies to help with little ones (pack and play, strollers, high chair, baby gates, etc). Pack some paper plates unless you want to do dishes a little! House needs a deep cleaning. Return air vents had too much visible dirt, and house needs to be cleaned as the baseboards, doors and door jams had a lot of dust and dirt/handprints. They could use some extra towel hooks in the upstairs bathrooms and Primary bathroom was very worn (peeling paint on cabinets, etc). Downstairs bedroom and bathroom is good for someone with limited mobility as it has a walk-in shower (bathtubs in both of the bathrooms upstairs) Front gate security staff is not helpful and rather rude at check in when we had an issue with my name not being on the rental (only my husband’s was and they were not helpful). If you have questions, go to the Welcome Center.
