Moderna spaziosa villa sul mare di fronte alla spiaggia di surf sorvegliata e al parco wifi incluso. La Villa dispone di tutti i nuovi arredi di qualità, letti, salotti biancheria ecc Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e camminare in accappatoio. La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli o può essere trasformata in un letto king size. Il secondo bagno è dotato di doccia e vasca con servizi igienici separati. ventilatori a soffitto nelle camere da letto e aria condizionata del ciclo inverso nella zona giorno aperta pianificato. C'è una lavanderia separata con asciugatrice o vi è una linea di lavaggio esterno. Il cortile rivolto a nord ha un giardino di erbe e barbecue a gas, ambiente esterno e doccia esterna ombreggiata con vele per fornire la vacanza finale sulla spiaggia. Clean, neat residence. Well appointed kitchen. Great location for the beach and cafes. You can put your car keys down and walk to everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

We loved our stay in Sawtell. The location is amazing - across ten road from the beach, 2 minute walk to all the shops and cafes. Just perfect for a beach holiday!
The house is bigger than it appears online and had everything we needed. It was so nice to find quality items (like toilet paper) and such a well appointed kitchen. It was incredibly clean and Wendy was a wonderful, responsive host.

Location was excellent, near to shops and near to beach, and Coffs just down the road.
Property had a brand new interior with every comfort. Kitchen was immaculate. Comfy beds and very quiet, so no problems sleeping. We loved loved the shower in the courtyard too.

Perfect for a family beach stay. Newly renovated property is very clean and tidy. Located just a few doors up from the RSL, a few hundreds metres to the patrolled beach and one street over from the main street dining and shops. Generously stocked kitchen with with all the utensils and amenities needed. Host supplied washing powder for the laundry and other amenities. Communication was easy. Can't wait to visit again. Very comfortable stay for our family with small children.

We loved our stay here. It was close to all the delicious cafes and across the road from the beach. The villa was beautifully renovated and newly furnished. We loved that the bedrooms had blinds as well as blockout curtains so they were lovely and dark in the mornings- especially for the kids! They have thought of everything - like double basins in the ensuite, Tupperware & platters in the kitchen, sauces& coffee, a full laundry, a smart tv so we could watch all our streaming services. Great courtyard and our own driveway. Beds were comfy and communication with host was great. We would come back!

Great Sawtell Location
Property was clean, well located, a few doors down from RSL, 1 minute to beach and esplanade. Property was well equipped, Wendy was prompt with any communication and check in was easy and efficient, I was also able to access property a little earlier. Would recommend.

Everything was close by. Paroled beach just a short walk away. Excellent coffee shops just a short walk. I would recommend this property to any of my friends that was looking for a nice place to go. The property itself had everything that you wanted. Just walk in and make yourself at home Linda

Loved staying here. Lovely and spacious and very clean.
Great for 2 couples and 2 bathrooms and living area spacious. The host communicated very well.
