Amazing location in special Klima, right on the sea. Unusual quirky fishermans houses and perfect view. The houses / apartments are all different and each one with its own character. Very quiet place (only one restaurant but it's very good and open all day).

nothing - was exactly as hoped

This authentic apartment in Milos was absolutely amazing! The hosts were beyond accommodating meeting us upon our arrival, arranging transfers and booking us a car for our stay. The views of the colorful sea town were breathtaking especially during the unforgettable sunsets! The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was so peaceful that we could even see stars and the Milky Way. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend booking it!

There was nothing we didn’t like from our lovely stay. The only thing to be aware of is the town is small so you will need a car to get around if you plan to do excursions and exploring on the island.

The host greeted us upon arrival to let us into the property even at our very late arrival time. The experience of waking on the water and the view on the apartment was spectacular. It was a one of a kind , truly unique experience.

The only issue we had was the firm mattress and the running toilet, we did have a very hard time sleeping the first night. The second night we were able to close the valve and played and app to help sleep and it was much better.

The location is special just metres from the water. However Klima gets hundreds of tourists every sunset and they all camp in front of your front door terrace so you wont feel that special despite having paid the earth.

It is way way way overpriced, costing more than a caldera room in santorini, which to me its definitely crazy as viewise it does not compare . The accomodation is just a restored boathouse very basic, quite uncomfortable and there has been no effort to make it beautiful or employ luxury finishes which could explain the euro450 price of the night stay. The plumbing is dodgy, there is no breakfast, no cleaning ....no hospitality whatsoever. Getting to Klima is difficult, a bad road. So at night you end up staying for dinner at the end of the row of boathouses in a taverna which is alway fully booked until the day tourists leave after sunset. In addition, the walkway in front of the boathouses is very slippery and in 2 days we saw 3 tourists fall in front of our accomodation, one requiring an ambulance. Not so scenic after all... completely overhyped, overcrowded and underresourced as much of this island :(

The setup is just dreamy! You go to sleep and wale up with the waves sound and its just so calming. You are literally by the sea... open the doors and the sea its your private swiming pool.

You need your own transport to go anywhere. There is only one restaurant (expensive!) at a walking distance. We rented a 4x4 which worked well to go an explore the island' beaches. There is no public transport near and the taxis are also expensive. The bathroom needs a shower handle holder.

Everything!!! The location is one of a kind.

Beautiful little place to stay. It was very peaceful and was actually lovely being on the upper level as it meant people weren't working right passed us as we had an drink on our balcony at sunset.

The handling by Milos Accommodation was fantastic. Helpful messages before we arrived, easy to find office where we had a friendly introduction to Milos and then they escorted us to the apartment. Klima is fantastic and this apartment was just amazing. It's on the first floor which for us turned out to be better because you are above all of the passing tourists walking by for their sunset shots. Expect to get wet feet (and be careful it's slippery on the concrete) and just know that the access is more like a ladder than stairs. We loved it.

The house is as described few meters from the sea, great spot for the sunset. The morning is nice because no one around and you can have a quick jump in the water before starting your day. The staff is nice and the communication was great, they helped us finding a car and they suggested few restaurants

the sunset is beautiful tough you feel in a circus with people taking pictures and videos of you sitting outside the place, but it’s not their owners fault. Klima is gorgeous so plenty of tourists.

The accommodation itself and location exceeded my expectations. The location was beautiful, and the accommodation completely charming. It was very clean and the host was very helpful and informative too. Sleeping and waking up pretty much on top of the sea was an amazing experience. And the sunset.... just wow.

There was nothing I didn't like, I have no complaints, only that I wish my stay was longer! The only tip I would have is as there is just 1 restaurant in walking distance, it is advisable to book a table (if you want a sunset slot) a week in advance during peak times. However, the restaurant accommodated us easily at 9.30pm.

Very nice boat house with amazing views in a nice little village. Best place on the island to watch the sunset. The space is small but has all comfort. I was lucky because there were not many tourists because of the COVID pandemic. The locals are very friendly. I had a perfect stay and will definitely return one day.

Amazing traditional house, right by the sea. The place has all the facilities you need, very well decorated. The host was amazing.

Loved the location, staying on the water was magical, loved the simplicity, great sunsets The pictures don’t do the boathouse justice - it’s much nicer than it looks and has a great feel, we’d definitely stay again Klima is beautiful and whilst it’s a ‘destination’ especially at sunset it was quiet whilst we were there but there were people around so having an upper boathouse with a balcony meant we had more privacy than if we’d been on the ground floor with people walking past The taverna is just minutes away and the food is good, lovely morning hike up to the ancient theatre and catacombs WiFi and air-con are both good

We would have liked some wine glasses and a breadknife Access is up a ladder - not a problem for us but you just need to be aware
