This property is a hidden gem, however, you wouldn't think this would be the case, when you first drive down the street. You pull up and are immediately transported to an oasis! The open concept made it easy to cook, entertain, and watch the baby. The backyard was amazing with the hot tub flowing into the pool, plenty of seating areas on the patio, and a beautiful view of nature! We loved the closeness to the beaches or downtown Sarasota. The most impressive part was the property manager, Ven! He was so attentive and responsive to questions or concerns. The water dispenser on the fridge was broken and he had someone out to fix it immediately! He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine!! I would definitely recommend this property to future travelers and I look forward to booking again myself!

From the start, our process for booking was straightforward and easy to navigate. Our family, a group of nine, felt Covid-19 safe as the property was very clean. The house had everything you could possible need and then some. Travel to and from venues was VERY close and easy to get to. An excellent property to return to on our next trip to Sarasota! Thank you Ven for your assistance during the stay. A property owner who is keen on making your stay as wonderful as possible.

The home is beautifully situated with lovely views of wildlife and water. Close to all conveniences and the beach. The jacuzzi was a very nice bonus. Ven is the best! He truly goes out of his way to insure that you enjoy your stay. Thank you!

Great Location. 10 Minutes to Siesta Key beach and Turtle Beach. Grocery shopping was a breeze as Publix was only a one minute drive around the corner. Quiet neighborhood, charming house with pool, and plenty of space to lounge around and relax. Kitchen had everything to put together a meal. Loved our stay! Thank you!!!

This property was a last minute resort when we couldn’t stay at our normal beachfront property. This house is conveniently located to shopping and the public beach. Pool and hot tub was fantastic. House was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and linens. Definitely would stay here again

This home was very clean and the living space was very open. The pool/lanai area was spacious and laid out nicely. Neven could not have been nicer and more accommodating. She responded to emails/texts right away. The only negative I would say about the house is the lights in the bedrooms were very dim. Other than that, the house was very nice.

This villa was exactly as described and easily catered for all our vacation needs. The outside environment was perfect for relaxing regardless of the weather, offering stunning views across the lake.
Located close to all amenities and the beach yet still quiet and private.
Nev was easy to deal with and promptly dealt with all my questions including ammending my booking very late on, nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at this 3 bedroom Mediterranean Villa. Nev is very quick in responding and very helpful. The property has everything you need and more - they provided amenities like fresh linens & towels, soap, sunblock, a couple of bottled water and more! Wow! It's more than staying at a 5-star hotel! A/C was very good in the summer. Pool was an wonderful place to relax especially after a long day of sightseeing. The location is the best and close to everything - Siesta Key beach, St. Armand's Circle, Downtown Sarasota, The Ringling. Will definitely recommend. Thanks, Nev and the Hacienda Team, for taking care of everything!

This house it was exactly like it is in the add , size, decoration, location .
We enjoyed so much this house , great place to rest , I can't ask for more, my whole family loved this place, the pool was great , the a/c works so good and it was clean.
The owner is super nice and flexible , don't waste your time looking for other rentals, this is the place .

From the moment we walked in it was comfortable! Very spacious, more then the pictures can show. Pool area was excellent. All the amenities of home. Owner was very accommodating . Thank you Neven for a great place to stay!

Some friends and I stayed for five days in Sarasota to visit the wedding of a friend. We came all the way from Germany and we couldn't find a better place to be.
The bedrooms, the kitchen (we never had a refrigerator with an ice cube maker before!), the bathroom, the pool... everything was very clean, stylish decorated and looked even better than on the pictures. What we liked in particulare were the little welcome-gifts from the owner like sunscreen, toothbrush or medicine.
The environment is very quite although the villa is located next to a bigger street. You find a supermarket just around the corner. To the beach, marina or downtown it's only a 20 minutes drive.
After some difficulties with the lease (it took some time and some mails to get everything the right way) we enjoyed a wonderful stay, laying lazy at the pool (after a wonderful wedding), having a barbecue or cook with friends.
Thank you Neven for a great time! If we ever visit Sarasota agein, we surely will stay in your place!

I would like to start off by saying thank you Neven. We had a blast. I recommend this property 100% to future guests! We stayed three nights in this wonderful home. Upon walking in the door, we were amazed as the photos do not do this home justice. It is very nice, neat and tidy! The back patio is stunning with the lounge chairs, pool and jacuzzi. We used the grill for steaks and chicken and it gets very hot, it's a nice grill. Our stay was excellent and there are a lot of nice things to do in Sarasota and the surrounding areas. The only minor issue we had was that the previous tenants emptied the entire tank of propane for the jacuzzi and there was none left for us, because they checked out on a Saturday and Suburban Propane only delivers on weekdays. I contacted the property manager and he handled the situation promptly. I cannot say anything more about the property and the management to that runs it. Thank you Neven and your team!

My family stayed a week at this house located conveniently near everything we came to enjoy- but quiet and secluded at the same time. The house has a nice open layout with a warm, cozy, and classy atmosphere. The owner is a pleasure to work with. We had an all around excellent time.

When we first pulled up the grass had not been mowed in atleast a couple weeks. The inside was nice and spacious. The kitchen needs new pots and pans but the appliances were stainless steel. We decided to ckeck out the pool and it was green. We contacted the owner and she said that she would contact here maintance person and have him out first thing in the morning(he arrived around 4pm)so she paid the taxes on the last three nights of my daughters stay. After that no complaints. Close to the beaches, shopping, and publix.

Great vacation rental with all the amenities, including a heated swimming pool and spa. The kids (and we) loved it and plan on getting back there soon. Secluded street and lake access are perfect location for families with kids or romantic getaway. Convenient strip mall with supermarket in the neighborhood. Very short drive to the wonderful Siesta Key beach.
