Vorremmo darvi il benvenuto per rilassarvi con noi e godervi i tramonti dal nostro patio con vista sulla piscina nella nostra bella casa con piscina riscaldata con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni che può ospitare 6 persone. La casa si trova a nord di napoli a pochi minuti di auto dalla spiaggia di Vanderbilt e alcune delle migliori spiagge degli Stati Uniti anche a 8 miglia dalla spiaggia a piedi nudi un'altra grande spiaggia e la casa è vicino a tutte le aree commerciali e ottimi ristoranti quando è il momento di cenare fuori. La casa è arredata con gusto con tutti i nuovi mobili di alta qualità. La camera da letto principale con cabina armadio ha il proprio bagno e camera da letto matrimoniale. La seconda camera è dotata di una camera da letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha 2 letti singoli. Tutti i letti sono dotati di protezioni per materassi Allergy Bug Bed. La casa dispone di internet ad alta velocità gratuito con WI-FI gratuito ... ha anche 3 grandi TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e TV via cavo Xfinty nella camera familiare e una camera matrimoniale e una camera matrimoniale. Comodi divani per rilassarsi e distendersi dopo una lunga giornata dalla spiaggia. C'è anche una zona soggiorno con un altro set di divani per intrattenere gli ospiti e un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 6 persone. Spacious home with full kitchen and other basic supplies. Owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Pool was very nice, and rooms were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and location was very good right off of the main road. Noise level was minimal even though close to Imokolee.

The home was clean and located in a convenient location. The pool was perfect to dip in after a day at the beach. They had floats and beach chairs and everything we needed for vacation. Would definitely come again!

This is our second time at this property. Anton the owner is great, quickly answers any questions and was very helpful. The home is clean and has everything you need. We pay a little extra for the pool heat and find it well worth it. The pool is always nice and warm. The house is located close to the beach and shopping, great location on a quiet block.we would definitely book there again.

The house was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The pool was beautiful, and we were glad we chose the option to have it heated for our February trip. We really enjoyed it. The neighborhood was very nice and a short drive to the State Park.

As a retired couple, we were looking for a rental home with a pool in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Communications with Agron were excellent. The house was spacious and the pool was ideal. We paid to have it heated and are glad we did. We used it every day. I also enjoyed watching the birds from the patio. We walked to a nearby bridge over a canal and saw a river otter, turtles, wood stork, osprey, green heron, egret, little egret, muscovy ducks, ibis, little blue heron… more concentrated wildlife than we saw when we visited Corkscrew Swamp Preserve! Also saw an alligator sunbathing by the Imokelee Rd. canal. Our favorite restaurant was Em On Thai Cafe. If we are fortunate enough to return, we will book with Agron again without hesitation. Thanks, Agron!

Spent last week in Naples at this property and we loved it! Such a comfortable home, very quiet neighborhood. The bedding was the best! Slept wonderful! Great access to shops, restaurants and beach. We drove to Vanderbilt Beach everyday (parked in garage, it's $10), but also enjoyed hanging out at the lovely pool. We used the beach chairs at the house and towels, which was nice to have! Pretty well equipped kitchen to cook in, responsive owner/agent. Would stay again

Simply amazing...very clean...this house has everything you need...kitchen well stocked..pool is great...outdoor grill is a big plus .. very safe neighborhood...close to Publix...Walmart and ABC liquors....was here for work so really didn't get to enjoy like a family would.. communication was spot on.

This property has all the amenities to make for a great stay. Pool floats, beach chairs, bikes. The layout of the home is perfect for families or couples traveling together. The outdoor space is private, with a lovely pool. The homeowner is very responsive and timely with responses to questions. Thank you! To make this home a 5 star stay, we would suggest a refresh on pillows, shower curtains, throw pillows and couch blankets. The beds were super comfy! The home was clean when we arrived, however, better attention to detail would garner a 5 star review. We enjoyed our stay, loved the location, the neighborhood was quiet. Thanks for a great week!

This property was perfect, and I would rent this place again. I had a fantastic vacation experience, and think it was one of the best ever. It was like living at a resort - but in a home. So simple and perfect for what I wanted to do in Naples - relax and enjoy my time.
Location - close to everything you'd ever want to do in Naples
Comfort - I used the Lanai and Pool every day. The neighborhood is very quiet (which surprised me since it was close to the main road). The backyard is also very private and surrounded by tropical hedges and palms - you can't see the neighbors.
Amenities - the house was stocked with many essentials for during your stay. The propane grill was an especially nice touch.
The owner was very nice and the process to check-in and maintain the property was very straightforward and simple. You can tell that the owner was focused on you getting the most out of your stay there.
I was working remotely - the internet speed is 250 Mbps, which is very fast. I had no issues getting my work done.

Checking in and out was easy. The house could have been cleaned better before we checked in there was Pistachios shells under the couch, a Gatorade bottle under one of the beds,tile floor was not clean. The kitchen sink faucet was broken. The property owner wants shoes off in the house and at every spot where carpet met tile you stepped on the carpet tacks and it hurts.... the ac in the property kept change and going up to 80 degrees. Took us till the end of the week to get the house cool. The pool was nice and clean. The house could use a little TLC and a better cleaning crew... other than that the house has everything you could need to go to the beach chairs beach umbrella, bikes ,fishing poles, beach chairs.... would go back again..... was a very nice and relaxing week.....

An amazing property perfect in every way
This property is truly amazing. Perfectly supplied, perfectly decorated and perfectly located in Naples. Anton immediately answers all concerns, whether phone or text. The house is gorgeous, as described.
Everything you need is furnished and the house is right out of Florida Home & Garden. I can't recommend a better home to visit Naples. Truly one of the best rentals ever!

Nice location but not fully satisifed
The property was in a great location - quiet, well kept neighborhood. The check in process was easy and quick and the property was clean. However, the pool was supposedly heated but it seemed very cold and there was no pool thermometer therefore we were unable to confirm that the pool temp was 82 degrees. The king bed was "noisy" in that the base on which it sat made noise when one moved in the bed. The request to remove linens from the bed and empty garbage cans seemed excessive as a cleaning fee of $150 was charged. One would think the cleaning crew would remove bedding and empty garbage.

Perfect!
We stayed here for one week, and we loved it! The house is very clean. The pool area is so amazing and also very clean. The communication with the owners was quick and professional. Great beaches are within a 20- minute drive. There are tons of restaurants and shops in the area. Do NOT hesitate to rent this house.

What a great home in paradise
This home is better than advertised. Clean , modern and very comfortable.
Our best times were spent at the pool sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The location is so very perfect and convenient.

February 2022 in sunny Naples
We had a great visit to this property. The pool was awesome and used daily. Really liked the fact that it was screened in, no bugs or critters to contend with. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels, umbrellas and chairs for the beach. We did have the pool heated since it was February and it was the perfect temperature. The house is spacious and laid out well to entertain guests and family. Loads of fine restaurants close by and Seed to Table is a must visit a mile away. We drove straight down Imokolee to the entrance of Delnor Wiggins state park to visit the beach and if you go early enough you can get parking which is hard to come by in February.
Anton was EXTREMLY responsive to any questions we had. The house is well stocked with everything you would need, we would definitely rent again.

Exceptional
This property was amazing. Very close to everything, but very quiet. Remember to ask for a heated pool, during off season. We didn't and were a little disappointed... our mistake in thinking it would be fine because it is Florida. Overall, a great place to stay.

This property was well maintained and in a wonderful neighborhood. The pool and lanai was very relaxing. It was in a wonderful location and the owner provided everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that I had! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. I hope to return.

2 weeks stay in November with 6 adults. We had a great time, the house had everything and the pool was the best, we were in there all the time!! As for the hosts, they were quick to answer our questions and it was appreciated. We would love to go back. Thank you Anton and Agron.

Great Stay
The house was clean and fresh, and well equipped to meet all of our needs. It is located in a pleasant neighborhood that is convenient for shopping, eating out, and beach days. Both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to any of our questions and the owner took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our visit. The pool was just what we needed and we were in it every morning! I am very happy to have found this place and we will be back!

Home was very nice and clean, beds were extremely comfortable, house had everything you would need, bikes, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, very short drive to Wiggins pass, one of my favorite beaches, absolutely no complaints, would stay here again.

Great Stay, Beautiful house
We just stayed for 22 days and found the house to be very clean including the pool and landscaping. House is in an excellent location, just 1 mile from Seed to Table (A MUST to SEE) 10 minutes from Vanderbilt beach and plenty of markets and local needs within a 3 mile radius. Anton and Val respond quickly to any question that may come up they made sure we were happy with the house. Cant wait to get back again !!!

Relaxing and enjoyable
We stayed her for a well needed family vacation. We loved that they had all amenities for us, the kids just wanted to stay and swim in pool. We rode bikes around neighborhood, and like the quietness of the area. The host was easy to get ahold of for checkin process, and we will definitely be interested in staying again next Naples trip!
