The unit is in a quiet and scenic community. We had an 8, 13 , 14 yr old with us for a baseball tournament, the condo had enough room for all of us. Very clean and easy to manage thru the weekend. Publix close by, as well as pretty much anything you need for a week.
Last year, for the same tournament, we stayed closer to the beach and the area was not nearly as safe. I could of left my windows down in the car overnight and probably would of been ok, you cant say that for any of the same priced units outside of this community within Palm Island baseball park.

The location is very nice and convenient, within PGA National. Check in and check out was easy, and the property management team was very helpful during the stay. The condo unit was nice and spacious to fit a family of 4 and my mother-in-law easily.

We came in for the Cognizant Classic. Property was located very close to where the tournament took place. We had a wonderful stay! Property has been recently remodeled and was very clean. The screened in patio overlooking the golf course made for a nice and peaceful location. It also has a great little pool area which is located too far away. Thank you for the excellent vacation!

The golf villa has a lovely view of the golf course, both from the living room and the screened-in porch. The interior has been recently remodeled, and the rooms are simple, comfortable and clean. Getting in and out of the PGA National development was easy. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few minutes' drive. Most nearby streets have sidewalks, which made for peaceful morning and evening walks. Perfect size for two or three people; although there are three bedrooms, the small size of the third bedroom and the limited living space (one sectional sofa and a dining table) could make the villa feel small for four adults or a family of five or more.

This property was newly renovated and very clean. Quiet property and very spacious. East access to get in and questions were always answered by the host quickly! Id recommend to anyone!

My husband & I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. It was clean and comfortable and we were really happy with the accommodations. We spent a lot of time out on the lanai overlooking the golf course. It's a bottom unit of a two-story condo complex and it was pretty quiet luckily. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with appliances and cookware, but just know there is nothing besides salt and pepper in the cabinets, which is fine, it's just good to know what to pack ahead of time if you plan on cooking a lot. It was a stone's throw from the community pool which was nice. The beds were all comfortable. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby, I'm not sure we even made a dent in what was around. We had one very minor issue with a shower drain but the manager is very accessible and was right on it. Communication was never a problem - very pleasant and prompt. Not much else to say - the condo is spacious and was more than enough room for the two of us....I will say it's a 3 bedroom unit so while it was great for the two of us, if you had 6 adults in there, I'm not sure where you would all sit b/c there is only 1 couch. Could maybe use another piece of furniture in the living space and a little better lighting. It is not the same as the white couch depicted in the picture - it's a smaller, grey sectional. The other thing worth mentioning is it doesn't have beach chairs or umbrella. I made the incorrect assumption that all Florida rentals had beach chairs! Not a demerit, I just wish I had known that cause I would have brought my own. But it was overall a 5 star experience! Highly recommend.

The unit manager is very quick with her response when you ask something.
Overall, it is good location if you have a car. We had a conflict with the owner for checking out 3 days earlier since I gave birth earlier then planned, but could not get our money back. Because of this experience after staying nearly 2,5 months at the unit, we will not come back to stay again.

Great place, very quiet and roomy, definitely recommend!
This is one of our favorite places of all the private rentals where we have stayed. The location is good. The area is very safe and quiet and with essentially two master bedrooms, everyone was very comfortable. I have already recommended it to friends and family.

We loved the property. It was clean, bright, modern and comfortable.
The kitchen appliances and TVs were modern, the beds were very comfortable, the porch was a nice spot to relax and watch the golfers and birds. The villas neighborhood was quiet and dog friendly.

Loved white decor
We enjoyed our stay. One thing the condo needs is a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. There were four women in the group and could not see our full length. Condo was well equipped for our needs. Our electricity went off one afternoon and was off for 5 hours. But Florida Power & Light took care.

Great stay on property near the PGA Resort
House was fantastic. The owner had renovated it to a modern touch and to a very high quality. We were on the green and about half a mile from the Resort Hotel. Highly recommended, especially if you're attending an event at the Resort, because you're close and because it beats staying in a hotel room.

Enjoyable stay -- but--
We stayed at this condo for two weeks commencing at the end of November. The condo itself is an end unit of a row of condos in a quiet community adjacent to the PGA National golf course. What struck us the most upon our arrival was how bright the unit is and how well it is maintained, furnished and equipped, except for a BBQ. Everything is very modern, with comfortable furniture and beds. There is a large screened-in lanai that overlooks a pond and the golf course which is most scenic. It is only a three minute walk to the community pool and there is ample parking just outside the condo door. There are many great restaurants in the area and lots of shopping. All in all, our two-week stay was most comfortable and relaxing.
However, the good memories of our stay have been tarnished because of the efforts expended to obtain the return of our “refundable damage deposit”. After waiting for over three weeks for the refund, I called the Property Manager who informed me that I must contact HomeAway. I spoke with three Homeaway Customer Service Representatives and HomeAway apparently contacted the owner. I had left three phone messages with the owner to advise him of the difficulties, with no response. Later that same day I received a HomeAway website email stating that my refund had been processed. The refund was credited to my card later that day, almost a month after our departure. I would also advise any future travellers to carefully review the dates of their reservation to ensure accuracy because the dates stated on our confirmation were inaccurate.

This 1st floor condo of the Championship Golf course in PGA National was exceptional. As stated everything is brand new and works perfectly. The apartment was extremely clean!

Family trip in October
Totally impressed with this apartment. My wife children and I felt like we had more than enough space and the Pga Resort area was amazing. The value of this 2 bedroom apartment is unbelievable.

The host deserves 5 stars. The checkin was seamless and the apartment is just as beautiful as the pictures. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a professionally maintained property and no hassles.

PGA Condo
We rented this place back in September and the place is really beautiful. This is actually the 3rd property we have rented from this individual and all are professionally run and when you walk inside the apartment the apartments it feels like you are the first person who has ever stayed there.
