The Little Red Casa was everything we hoped for and more! It is in a quiet, peaceful area, and has beautiful views of mountains and fields. We were so grateful for the binder of information and recommendations, and enjoyed exploring both Black Mountain and Asheville. It was wonderful to come 'home' each day to such a clean and well-equipped space! The kitchen had everything we needed, the sitting areas were comfy, and the views from the windows gave the space an open, peaceful feel. Just being there made our trip more restful and enjoyable!

This was my favorite place to stay! It was secluded enough to give you the mountain feel (with beautiful views), yet a quick 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville. The house was perfect and had literally everything you needed and more. I would highly recommend this place!!

What a beautifully tranquil property. Sheep grazing in front of your eyes, with Mamma Bear & cubs on the side. A guitar in hand (if you feel so inspired) bedrooms of a soft and comfy style. Love the artsy vibe - Peace/Love/GB

This is a wonderful place to stay. We rented it for our adult children while we rented the other house on the property. The host, Jennifer, is really great and communicates well. The house has everything you need and more than what you usually get in a rental house. The kitchen is well stocked with wraps and foils and all the tools. The seating is plentiful and comfortable as are the beds. We look forward to renting this house again.

Our stay was perfect! The cabin is small, but feels SO open and welcoming. They have thought of everything. There were books, games, and movies for all ages. The yard and view are just gorgeous. You are only about 10min from a grocery store and 25min from Downtown Asheville. Definitely recommend!!!

The little red casa was just perfect for our family of 3 and pups. Jennifer was an exceptional host providing answers to any questions I had. From where to take our son fishing to where I can find the gorgeous decor from the home. The roads to the casa were paved and we felt so safe coming and going. The kitchen is huge and the beds are comfy. Thank you Jen for having us! I am sure we’ll be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The home was clean and well-stocked. I loved the floor plan and the decor. We made s'mores by the fire pit. My 9 year old enjoyed the tree swing. Everything was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend this property!

The cabin was exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked with the items needed away from home. The view was gorgeous. The ride to the Biltmore and Downtown Asheville was easy. Mattresses were comfortable. We felt very safe. The host was excellent with communication. Thank you !!!

We loved our stay at the Little Red Casa. It’s just far enough away from Asheville to enjoy the quiet and solitude of the mountains, but close enough to grab dinner or meet friends for drinks downtown. It was a beautiful time of year to visit, as the foliage was nearing peak colors. Even as New Yorkers, we were impressed. The cottage itself had everything we needed, namely a coffee grinder, coffee pot, and toaster for breakfast, Wi-Fi, and lots of movies to watch. Our dog loved laying in the sun spot in front of the back door and staring down the sheep in the fields across the way. Tips for EV owners: there’s a fast and free level 2 charger at the public library in Black Mountain (plus cute coffee shops and places to grab a bite to eat), as well as a fast charger just west of downtown outside of Sam’s Club (bonus: grab some Favilla’s New York Pizza from the plaza while you wait). Other chargers we tried were very slow, but at least gave us some mileage between stops. Must-visits from our trip: Blue Ridge Parkway, Mount Mitchell, Posana (gluten-free restaurant with a dog menu), Bear’s Smokehouse Barbecue, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., and of course, the Biltmore. We also attended a wedding at the Omni Grove Park Inn, and the building and grounds were stunning.

Perfect in so many ways: Location Landlord put so much thought in the home to provide all the little to make one feel at home. Landlord responsive to any questions. Will be back.

The little red casa was everything that was advertised. Very quiet, peaceful spot but close to Black Mountain and Asheville and so many other wonderful places to visit. It was very clean and fully equipped including spices so you could cook your own meals but there are great restaurants in the area. Great selection of games and books to keep you entertained. We enjoyed seeing Mamma bear and her three cubs passing through the yard and the variety of birds in the surrounding trees. We met the super friendly lady that owns the farm just below the cottage and enjoyed seeing her sheep, horses, chickens and of course a rooster. The owners were very easy to deal with from check in to check out and even emailed us to make sure we weren’t having any issues. We would definitely book this cottage again and highly recommend it to our friends and family and anyone who wants a clean, relaxing ,comfortable spot after a day of hiking, shopping and exploring.

This was our second stay at the red casa and it was just as wonderful as the first. Beautifully appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable, in a lovely country setting. Close to Warren Wilson College, and within easy driving distance of Black Mountain and Asheville. We hope to return again!

We enjoyed this tucked away little cabin- very cozy and clean! Definitely want to come back when we can stay longer! Had everything we need and really enjoyed the peace and quiet! Jennifer was awesome with communication for anything we needed!

The house was well stocked with basics, clean and thoughtfully prepared for travelers. Loved the porch and backyard swing too!

My husband and I spent 6 nights at Jennifer’s property. We loved everything about it; the look, the location, the cleanliness, the amenities. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The outside space was great for us and our dogs. Our 8 year old has so much fun on the swing. We were close enough to Asheville to enjoy restaurants and activities but far enough away to enjoy the countryside. We can't wait for our next stay here!

Great cabin! Everything was exactly as listed. Jen is awesome, very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The property is beautiful with plenty of yard for my dogs. The fire pit is great. Location was perfect! The grocery store is very close and it's only a short drive to Black Mountain & downtown Asheville. I will definitely stay there again! Thank you Jen.

The Little Red Casa was the perfect spot for our first vacation with our 2 dogs in tow. We were able to get to just about everything we wanted to do in Asheville and the surrounding areas within about 30 minutes, very relaxing just hanging out in the evenings, plenty of room for the dogs to roam, and beautiful mountain views too!
