So clean and well equipped and a short ride from airport. The room was stocked with hotel basics + washer & dryer, detergent, chargers, pots & pans, spices, etc. It was an easy stay for 5 days! There is also a private patio with a lovely lemon tree and a grill. George checked on us and responded to any question or request promptly. We used Lyft to go into the city each day and it costs $20-30 to get in and $30-50 to get out. Public transit doesn't run to the location. We could have paid for a ride to the bus station and then gone from there, but it was a hassle and we would have had to coordinate the bus schedule for each thing. Also, do to COVID restrictions the bus and trolleys were not running as normal.

While our stay was for only a couple day we found this property to be perfect for our needs. Well stocked with amenities and very clean. It was nice to have a locked gate and the back patio was quaint and very private. Bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place central to pretty much everything that you would want to do! We explored from as far south as Carmel and as far north as Napa Valley. We were at the property for 7 nights and it was perfect! George was very responsive to any need that we had and very timely! I highly recommend this place! Cheers!

We had an amazing experience at this property! It looks exactly like the photos, was very clean, offered tons of privacy and was super comfortable! It was convenient to all the areas we needed to get to and accessible for transportation. We will definitely remember our stay here!

We stayed in this property as a family of four which includes a 3 year old toddler and a three-month-old newborn. We felt completely safe and comfortable in the space. The apartment is well furnished and every amenity that travelers might need has been carefully curated for you. For example we greatly appreciated the large, new washer and dryer and liquid laundry detergent in the unit. Traveling with kids we always have so much dirty laundry and it was so nice to have fresh clothes when we repacked our suitcase at the end of our stay. We also greatly appreciated that the cottage was spotlessly clean. We have stayed in another property owned by George and even that property was spotless. There is a lovely coffee station with tea selection & hot water which is a nice touch. George was very helpful in accommodating us - he was available by phone right away whenever we needed anything and checked in on us frequently throughout our stay. We felt like we had a well-connected friend in the city who could help us if we had any trouble. The property has a lovely lemon tree which added sunshine to an already lovely vacation in California. Nothing like making freshly squeezed lemonade with the kids. It is one of my favourite memories from our vacation! The beds are very comfortable & Netflix was nice to use for kids programs. There is no stove but there is a small kitchen sink, utensils & pots and pans. There might have been a hot plate we could have used to cook something but we didnt check or need it for our purposes. We were only staying for one night anyway and we ordered pizza. The shower was nice. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and wifi had good connection which is essential for any traveler. Overall the unit is well-stocked, well maintained and we had a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The property is close to the airport on a quiet residential street. We ended up staying the next night at an inn as George's place was fully booked up and we had not reserved it ahead of time. Otherwise we would have loved to stay an extra night! The inn that we stayed at was closer to downtown activities however our car got broken into and we had things stolen. We especially appreciated George's home when that happened because when we were on his property our luggage was safe and we had no issues. Safety and cleanliness are priceless! Thank you George for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This is a great place to stay for work or if you are just visiting. George's place is really nice with all of the amenities of a very nice hotel. Also it is a short walk to some really nice restaurants and cafes.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything was as promised, and George was very responsive. The location was great: a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Everything we needed was provided, right down to toothbrushes, mouthwash, hairdryer, etc. The bed was comfortable, and we had lots of privacy. We would definitely rent this property again. George was an amazing host and his property is simply lovely. The suite itself was bright with lots of sunlight, spacious and clean. Lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home (spare toothbrush and toothpaste, sunscreen, etc). George was easy to get a hold of and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Check in was very simple and he made sure we could drop off our bags early so we didn't have to haul them around town with us. We didn't rent a car and did public transportation/Uber most places. Next time we might get a car for simplicity sake. And certainly if we had wanted to go into San Francisco, but for our purposes (wedding in the area) the location was close enough to our destinations and public transportation easy (we did bus, Uber, and walking). Bonus: there were wonderful hiking opportunities up Sign Hill and beyond right from the door! Area to hike had such great views we did 7-8 miles two days in a row! Would definitely recommend George and his property!!!

Comfortable , clean, lot of space and full of small attentions. (Toothbrushes, paste, soap, candy bars...) and a nice patio with a lemon tree. Very close to Frisco’s attractions. George was very attentive to our needs and was answering very quickly. We recommend 200%

Wow! This experience surpassed our expectations and past home rental experiences. If you are comparing places and looking for the best, go no further and book now! It was better than a hotel in every way: more affordable, beautiful, quiet, personal, and with all the perks of a luxury hotel with coffee, tea, toiletries, umbrella. Beds and linens were great. Lovely private patio and grill surrounded by bushes with purple flowers and a lemon tree with ripe fruit! George thought of every detail to make the place comfortable and practical. So many mirrors, outlets and chargers for every device, an ironing board, safe, etc. George was quick and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and stay. He even called the day we were coming to be sure the place was set up the way we wanted for beds. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, then efficiently provided us with our requests. We chose this lovely home to stay in for a business trip and walked about a half hour each day to the conference center. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with adorable houses and pretty plants to admire. Grand Ave is not far and has many independent businesses and restaurants. We would defined stay here again!

George provides every amenity you can think of - and then some. A very convenient location if you have a car and don't want to pay $$$ to park overnight at a hotel in or near town. Parking was easy and convenient. No airport noise. BART isn't far (2.3 miles) and you could park there and travel on good public transit to get around. Would definitely choose this again when I visit SF.

What a cute pad convenient to downtown San Francisco! The unit comes with complimentary amenities so if you forgot your too brush or want coffee it's there. George was very accommodating and responded immediately to all our requests! Highly recommend staying here.

I travel to the area frequently and got tired of airport hotels. This was only 5 mins from my client so it was perfect. If I’d wanted to walk to places or do any other activities, I don’t think this location would be my choice. It’s so perfectly outfitted with every little thing you could need that I was happy to stay in each night after a long day.

George's place was wonderful. We were in San Francisco for a week and had everything we needed here, including the huge bonus of a washer and dryer!

George's place is AMAZING! The place was super clean and stylish. Loved the spaciousness of the place and the private patio. This place has lots of windows with beautiful sunlight coming in. George had paid attentions to many details, for example there were chargers (USB c, apple etc) at every spot in the room, so it was super convenient to not have to move. This suite is located in a safe area and there are many cute restaurants within walking distance. It is only 10-15 min drive from the city. George was a great host and very good at communicating. I will book this place again when I'm back in the city.

It has been amazing 3 days in SF, the suite was perfect with everything you need for a short break. Very modern and clean! Definitely recommend this place for a short stay.
