The villa was well equipt with a lovely pool are. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, close to the supermarket and restaurants, with eady access onto the I4. Bruce wad an excellent host who sent detailed notes beforehand and checked in during our trip to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend the villa and will return again when we return to Florida.

The villa is just as shown in the listing. Lovely and spacious property. We loved the private pool and the pool table. Decent distance from Universal and Disney. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Communication with Bruce was prompt and friendly. Would stay again!

We had a great vacation and loved this house. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our extended family gathering. All on one floor helped the older ones. Pool and spa were nice and clean. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed for cooking. Nice neighborhood and not too far from theme parks. Highly recommend, owner was easy to work with as well.

Perfect villa for mixed groups or families (we were a 4 + 2 with plenty of room to spare), in a lovely gated street with everything you'd need for a lengthy stay.
The location was ideal for us, with everywhere we wanted to go seeming to take 30mins or less when there weren't traffic incidents along the route. A good variety of options for sit-in or takeout food is available in the more immediate area, should you not wish to use the well equipped kitchen.
Having the pool and surrounding area for a rare quiet day was much needed, and exceeded expectations for all ages. The local wildlife added some entertainment as well!
The games room was probably a bit too warm to use for any real length of time, but the washing facilities within were a welcome addition.
Bruce was responsive to all manner of queries during the holiday, and couldn't have been more helpful.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks with my brother, sister-in-law and 2 nephews (ages 12 & 15). The location was good for all theme parks with a supermarket nearby.
The communication with Bruce was perfect and he responded promptly.
On arrival we found the property easily and got through the gate system and door lock/alarm as per the instructions no problem.
The property was perfect for us; 2 beds with en-suites, 3 other beds & 2 baths ensured each of the nephews their own space.
The pool was great to come back to after a long day. We paid for heating & found the spa area heated up if you put the jets on for about 15mins before use.
In terms of essentials it was as described. There were enough bin bags, some dishwasher & washing machine tablets (we brought some extra of our own), plus hand soap & 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom. As expected we did have to buy washing up liquid and shower gel/shampoo.
For the kitchen we did buy oil for cooking and salt & pepper (it would have been nice if this was provided).
Unfortunately the previous guests (or the cleaner?) had left the domestic garbage bin out for collection on the driveway on Saturday (collection was Mon/Tues) and overnight it had been raided by animals so we had to clean it up.
We made good use of the BBQ, it would be easier if there was a brighter light as at night we had to cook by torch from our phones!
A very comfortable & clean property which we would highly recommend. Thank you Bruce!

Location very quiet gated community.
Teens loved the pool table and games room.
Owner was very helpful and accessible for any questions.

This house was wonderful!!!. The property manager/owner was amazing to deal it. The house was large and very clean. The pool was great and the heated option was a must. When we return to the area for a large family vacation we will absolutely be renting again!!

We had everything you would/could need. Plenty of space for the 9 of us that stayed. Great location, property manager is quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Truly had a great time with family, playing in the pool, watching movies, and playing billiards, when we weren’t out enjoying the attractions.

The house was perfect for our family! The pool and hot tub where great to relax after long Disney and Universal days! Short distance to Disney Parks. The house was clean with very comfortable beds. We loved the open floor plan of the house with lots of amenities!

We had a wonderful time in Florida with the family! The weather was great, and the Parks were amazing. It took us about 20 to 30 minutes to get to the parks from our VRBO house and this was depending on the traffic. There was a lot of construction, but Bruce was kind enough to let us know in advance of that.
Our house was large enough for all 8 of us. The rooms were neat and organized. Everyone was happy to have their own space. The outside was amazing; the pool was clean, and it was kept up well. We did end up heating the pool which was not an issue. We emailed Bruce and he immediately put the pool heat on. :) There was also a sauna that we enjoyed. It was really nice to chill in the backyard. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, we often took walks just to get out with the kids.
It was really great to be able to do laundry there as well. Having 8 people and 3 young kids it definitely came in handy.
The house definitely suited our needs and would not hesitate to rent from Bruce again. It was a very pleasant experience to stay at this house.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. All was as expected. Communications with owner were very good. One small thing is that it wasn't very clean. A lot of dust on surfaces and the bed spreads had hair on (which weren't ours!). The garage was teeming with flies, which later in the week all died. I guess rubbish was stored there as there also was a horrible smell. Needless to say, we stayed out of the garage!!

We had a great time staying at this villa. The property was in a good location, spacious, very clean and had a good sized pool.
We didn’t have any significant issues at all during our stay, but Bruce was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
We would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality villa which is close to shops, restaurants and all the parks.

This villa is the most amazing place in which to stay during a Florida/Orlando visit. We stayed for 14 nights and were extremely happy and comfortable. All the facilities you need are available in the villa and the location is very close to a Publix supermarket and several restaurants. The pool and sun deck are superb and there is a games room with pool table in the garage.
We had a minor issue with a broken toilet seat which we reported to Bruce and it was replaced the next day. Communication with Bruce (the host) is very easy and he kept us fully informed during the build up to our family holiday. All the major Disney/Universal attractions are within a fairly short drive and a drive to the Kennedy Space Centre takes about 75-90 minutes. We would strongly recommend this villa to anyone who is considering renting the property for a holiday. We were not disappointed. It is just brilliant. Thank you so much Bruce

We could not have chosen a more well suited rental home for our stay while in Florida. The house was SPOTLESS, equipped with beautiful, sturdy furniture and the layout of the home was perfect for our needs with all four corners of the home providing super comfortable beds with large bathrooms (2 of them, ensuites) stocked full of lush towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for the nights we stayed in to BBQ and blend up a few frozen “bevies!” For the nights we ate out, there was an Olive Garden, a steak house and a Cracker Barrel super close by. We toured Universal Studios and enjoyed an Air Boat ride to see the gators all within 30 minutes from the house. Shopping was fabulous with a Hobby Lobby and a Walmart, multiple grocery stores and fast food places nearby. The pool and pool spa were put to good use and were ever so refreshing. The layout of the property itself was private so we overlooked the neatly manicured lawn and trees while swimming. The temperature of the home was cool and the ceiling fans in every room were lovely. Bruce was quick to respond to any questions we had and we cannot wait to return! If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, quiet, luxurious home to relax in while vacationing in Florida, do not hesitate to book this one!! We had 6 adults and 1 child and the house was more than large enough to accommodate us. The games room was an added bonus! Such thought and effort was put into this home to ensure it exceeded our every wish! Thank you Bruce!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is big and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was a convent location for ESPN Wide World of Sports and the Orange Co. Convention Center. This property is in great condition, clean and well stocked with essentials. Bruce was very nice, informative and responsive. This house was perfect for our needs. Would stay again

Two families(4 adults and 5 kids) stayed for 8 nights. This house and property were perfect for us. We completely enjoyed our time here. Our only complaint was that we didn’t spend enough time at the house enjoying the pool area. Communication with the owner was prompt. All questions were answered and we were pleased. The location was great and within about 30 minutes from most of the area’s attractions depending on traffic. There is a grocery store and fast food about 5 minutes away. This was our first vacation home rental in the Florida area and would definitely book it again.

This house was perfect for our group (6 adults, 3 kids) and the location was great. We enjoyed the pool the first evening but unfortunately even with paying to heat it, given the cold front that came through it was far too cold to use. Loved that this house had 2 full master bedroom suites. The neighborhood was nice but unfortunately neighbors did not follow the quiet hours which made it difficult to get to sleep a few of the nights. Overall though I would recommend this house.

We were 6 adults and 3 children. The house was very nice, plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. All bedrooms and bathrooms were in great condition. We ordered heating of the pool and it was so nice also with the jacuzzi spa. It is approx 20 min convenient drive to Disney Magic Kingdom and Epcot. We do eeally recommend this house and Bruce was great to communicate with. Will recommend it to anyone upto 10 people.

We stayed here to celebrate an annual family vacation and my daughter’s 5th birthday at Disney. Our stay could not have been better. The instructions were crystal clear, given to us well in advance of our time. Bruce and Lori were easy to reach and happy to help. The home was conveniently located near Disney, restaurants, and shopping. For the two days we went to Disney, we did not stay in traffic long at all. The home was clean, well stocked with essentials, and perfect for our 2 pool days. There were plenty of towels, the pool was heated, and it felt like bath water. The furniture was nice, sturdy, and comfortable. Essentially, this felt like a home away from home. Thank you Bruce and Lori for making our stay magical✨💫.

This property was great for our family. And the location worked for us too. My only complaint, there was only one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and only one wash cloth in each bathroom! I feel like there should of been at least ten wash cloths since the house slept ten and an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Other than that everything else was fantastic. Thank you Bruce!

The house was perfect for our much needed family vacation!!!! We take the kids on a big family vacation to Florida with grandparents, aunts and uncles every 4-5 years and this was the perfect house with an amazing pool, hot tub and game room in the garage. We will be booking this house again for sure!!

We really enjoyed our one-week stay at the villa. It had everything we needed for a real home-from-home feel, and was in a convenient location for shops, restaurants and travel into the theme parks. Bruce was very helpful throughout the process, and little things like being able to set our own entry code for the keyless front door made everything as easy as possible. There is obviously a lot of choice for holiday villas in the Orlando area, but this was truly one of the best that we've stayed at and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing house!
We had a wonderful week and absolutely fell in love with this house! So much room, comfortable beds, spotless house and fast communication! The pool was so awesome and the location was perfect. Close to activities but quiet for a relaxing night in the pool. We are already planning our next trip!

4 night visit to Orlando
We are a group of 6 adults who stayed in this beautiful house for 4 nights. It is extremely comfortable with plenty of bathrooms and living space. It was great to have a pool for day time and a pool table
For nighttime! Bruce who I dealt with, was organised and easy to get hold of. As long as you have a car this is a Very nice neighbourhood with an approximate 30 minute trip to Universal and Disney and an hour and a half to the Kennedy Space centre. I would recommend this house.

Clean, comfortable house just as advertised. Tons of amenities close by….paid for the pool and spa heat that was key especially on cool nights. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
