Boulderview Lodge è un nuovissimo nel 2017 e ha la vista panoramica senza ostacoli più spettacolare che si affaccia a sud a Big Boulder Ski Area e Boulder Lake ea pochi passi dal lago Harmony. All'orizzonte a est si ha una vista della Pocono Raceway e a sud e ovest nient'altro che bellezza naturale e tramonti incredibili.
Boulderview Lodge è uno chalet del capo con oltre 4500 piedi quadrati di spazio interno e più di 2000 piedi quadrati di patio e spazio di vita all'aperto sul ponte. La nostra casa dispone di un totale di 8 camere da letto, 5 bagni e di cui 2 camere matrimoniali e un soppalco. La nostra casa è stata progettata per un comfort spazioso per gruppi piccoli come una coppia che cercano di essere appartati con una vista straordinaria, ma possono anche ospitare gruppi familiari più grandi fino a 25. La nostra casa ha una grande sala espansiva molto grande che comprende una grande cucina, un cocktail bar, un bar per la colazione, una sala da pranzo e una zona soggiorno con la vista panoramica più spettacolare sul Lago Harmony. Abbiamo anche un sistema Wi-Fi a 6 canali con 10 smart tv ad alta definizione nella nostra casa che consiste di Smart Samsung da 32 "in tutte le nostre camere da letto, Smart Samsung da 75" nel nostro gioco e fantastiche camere. Abbiamo anche una vasca idromassaggio per 6-8 persone nel patio esterno con una vista spettacolare sul comprensorio sciistico di Big Boulder. Owners communicate well, property was good for our large friend group. They will tell you why they provide and what they don’t, just pay attention to what they don’t and you’ll be fine! They will provide recommendations on stores and activities for you as well.

Our large family planned a family reunion at this wonderful home over the Memorial Day weekend, and our stay there was fabulous. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the large outdoor deck easily accommodated all of us. The house was clean and well-furnished. Communication with the hosts was timely and efficient. I was the only senior at the house but my 3 children & their families, along with my niece & her husband filled up all the rooms. This beautiful house was neat & comfortable. There were a few small problems that occurred but the owner responded to my calls or texts. A list of recommended items that would enhance a renters stay was given to the owner upon departure. All in all, we enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub, & the lard

Everything that a big family needs is in this house to have a good relaxing weekend. The view this house has is great for photos. As soon as you step in the house you can tell its very clean. My sister was so happy with the mattress. The host Jim was always available to answer any questions from the day I booked. My family left this house wanting to come back.

My husband and I had a reservation for a large family reunion with another house in Lake Harmony, which unfortunately had some mechanical problems and they had to cancel. We were able to book Boulderview lodge at the last minute, due to a cancellation that they had, and we were able to bring our group of 18 people to spend the weekend with us for a long overdue 30 year college reunion. The home was exceptionally clean. We also used the concierge service that Jim recommended they had our groceries in the fridge when we arrived & our beds made. We also ordered a couple s’more’s packages that was a home run for our group from the concierge company. The kitchen was well appointed the Internet and TV services were impeccable, and the sleeping accommodations were more than wonderful and very comfortable, we couldn't have asked to fall into a better situation than this one our host Jim was very accommodating with all of our questions due to our last-minute reservation I would highly recommend Boulderview lodge to any, and all that are looking to get away to a great place with a very incredible view

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake Harmony house it was very spacious and the location was perfect it was very close to the ski park. Our overall experience was great if I had any thing to gripe about it would be the hot tub it wasn’t clean and the cover was moldy. We had no plans of using it, the house was great. I did meet the home owner because he came when I was on a store run but my mom said he was a very nice guy! Thanks for having us I’ve given the info to several friends.

The layout and location and the property was perfect for our group of 20 as the three floors allowed families to spread out across different groupings of bedrooms. The kitchen and main room areas were very nice for large group gatherings and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving items and a separate wine cooler. The photos make the home appear to be newer than it is; the carpet in the basement is musty, some bathrooms could use updating and the many of the baseboard heaters had detached covers. Several mattresses also need replacing as they sag in the middle so were uncomfortable for two people to share. Hot tub was a very nice amenity that we used a lot. A few issues with the check in process as the parking area was not plowed when we arrived and none of the tvs worked properly. A cable technician came the next day and worked on the issues for several hours to get the tvs all operational but it was surprising that this had not been taken care of before our arrival. It would also be ideal if at least one of the master suites had multiple beds so that parents sharing a room with small children would have the option of a private bathroom. Overall I would recommend this property to a large group interested in skiing at the local resorts or enjoying the lake in the summer. Views of the lake and the ski hill were very nice.

There was no packet with information about the house. It took us a long time to figure things out. The mattress need to be replaced, they were very soft.

we were a group of 15 adults and had a great time at this place for a college reunion weekend, plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and plenty of living area space as well.

everything was excellent- no major issues at all.
couple of minor issues
1- lost the internet/ wireless on the second day - never got fixed for the next 4 days - pls look into that
2- Garbage disposal- we locked properly every night.- inspite of that, two nights - the garbage bags they were thrown out on the street- possibly vandalism ( doesn't look like animal's work)- also there is a hole in the back of the box and we did see a racoon twice in a locked box.
except these two small issues we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
