Il soggiorno arioso aperto dispone di arredi confortevoli e pavimenti fantastici. È una stanza luminosa e soleggiata con HDTV via cavo e internet, un lettore DVD e una vasta selezione di DVD.
Il tavolo da pranzo è situato davanti alle porte scorrevoli che si aprono completamente (è una porta tascabile) alla piscina, offrendo una vista tranquilla dell'acqua e delle piante tropicali.
L'area della piscina dispone di un ampio spazio esterno coperto con tavoli da pranzo aggiuntivi e ventilatori a soffitto e luci, sedie a sdraio e grill a gas. Sedersi all'ombra o al sole con vista su una splendida piscina, circondata da piante colorate sia all'interno che all'esterno della gabbia della piscina. La piscina è riscaldata dal sole e circondata da un paesaggio lussureggiante.
La cucina completamente attrezzata e la zona pranzo sono aperte sulla zona giorno. C'è un bar tra la cucina e la zona pranzo con sgabelli per posti a sedere supplementari.
La lavanderia con grande capacità lavatrice / asciugatrice è fuori dalla sala che conduce alla camera da letto principale.

Nelle vicinanze Shamrock Park and Nature Center offre una riserva di 80 acri, campi da tennis ed è il punto di partenza per chilometri di bicicletta e passeggiate lungo il corso d'acqua intercostale.

The home is in a wonderful neighborhood and the neighbors are so friendly. The pool was amazing for my family. The home is very close to many beaches. The few problems that came up the own was very responsive and helpful. My family will stay again next year. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home for the week.

Been vacationing in venice for 40+ years. This a great centralized location to take in everything
. All of the beaches are within 8-14 minutes, even gasparilla island is just a short drive. The home suited all of our needs and the kids loved the screened in pool area! Awesome host, helpful, polite and easy to het a hold of. Will definotely go back

This is the second time that we used this house and it was very nice. The master bathroom in front was a little uneven so you had to be careful getting in and out. Pool was very clean and fun to swim in

Good all around. Property has a nice pool and enclosed cage with lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of DVD's when a little TV was needed to wind down the day. Good location, nice neighborhood. Appliances and kitchen utensils looked new. Everything that was needed was there, owner really didn't miss much in having this property ready to rent.

We have stayed here before and loved the property so we came back this year for an extended stay.
The house was very clean when we arrived and the pool area wonderful.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay and had a very relaxing time spending time outside in any weather with the covered patio or poolside getting some sun and time spent in the pool.
We will definitely keep this property on top of our list when staying in Venice.

We chose this home for its proximity to the beach as well as it having a swimming pool. Neither disappointed. The house itself had everything you’d need to enjoy a relaxing trip. Kathleen, the owner, was lovely and responsive the entire trip. We will be staying again ❤️

Entry into the home was quick & easy. Ac was not working properly the first two days of our stay so it was quite hot but Kathleen went above and beyond to rectify/resolve the situation and did get the AC fixed. The family really enjoyed playing the life & farkle games provided. We hoped to play taboo also but unfortunately it smelled like urine 😬 The separate AC unit in the master was fabulous and kept the temp great in there. Master bed is like sleeping in a ditch & really needs to be replaced. The house itself(broken lamp/closet door) & kitchen pots/pans could use some updating/care/sprucing up. The couch was super comfy! The close access to several beaches was very convenient! We found lots of cool sharks teeth & enjoyed the shopping & pastries. The kids enjoyed the pool. Kathleen is incredibly sweet & you can tell she really cares. For the price it did the trick.

Property was exactly as listing described and close to everything. As a first time renter I was nervous, but Kathleen was quick to answer my many questions and offered helpful tips about exploring the area. We met the neighbors who are very nice. Highly recommend this property!

Overall this is a nice home in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Close to all of the essentials and short drive to all the beaches! Kathleen is a wonderful and understanding host that assisted with our issues quickly!

This was our first time to spend a week in Florida ( to get away from cold Pennsylvania winters). We just loved the house. We are thinking about relocating maybe some day in the future. I told my husband if this was our house I would be packing tomorrow to move south. It was very well stocked with anything we needed. The pool was area was delightful. We have friends that do the winter in Florida. They came over one afternoon and enjoyed our lovely pool with us. The neighborhood is very quiet. I took walks every morning. But we were close to many restaurants and places to shop. A+++ place to stay! I’m sad that it is already booked for next year.

Our stay in Venice was great. Most of the local beaches are about 10 minute drive from the house. The pool area was perfect to relax after the beach and hang out during the evening rainstorms. We would come back again, thank you for your hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. House was well stocked with anything you would need on vacation. Easily accessible to foods, stores, grocery and most of all THE BEACH. The ferry is a must, beach was not crowded.
We found an abundance of shark teeth and sand dollars between 3 beaches close to the house.
Kathleen is a great host and very quick to respond with any and all questions. We arrived one day earlier than expected and we were able to go ahead and check in.

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay in Venice. The house was everything it was advertised to be and it was especially nice to arrive to a house stocked with all the necessities. The pool area is just great with both shady and sunny areas to enjoy. The location is excellent - close to everything yet is in a nice residential setting perfect for evening walks. Having access to the South Venice Ferry is a real plus for beach days.
We cannot say enough positive things about our dealings with Kathleen. She was very responsive to any queries and a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Wonderful, quiet vacation
The home is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Hwy 41 and was very clean inside and out. The pool area is a great size and will seat at least a dozen around the pool. The kitchen is well stock with just about anything you need.
This one is on our repeat visit list. We will definitely look at this one first when staying in the Venice area!!
The owner was extremely responsive whenever we had a question, with responses in usually 10 minutes. Fantastic all around!

This house was perfect for our stay in Venice. We loved the private pool and patio and spent most of our time out there enjoying the beautiful Florida sun. The location can't be beat. You are literally 5minutes from all that Venice has to offer. The South Venice Beach Ferry pass is an absolute treat! Not only does this house come with a private pool it comes with access (for up to 6 people) to a basically private beach! Overall I cannot thank Kathleen enough for opening up her home to us and providing such a fantastic little piece of paradise!
