Un magnifico appartamento per vacanze a 2 camere da letto con sensazionale vista sull'oceano a 180 gradi e chilometri e chilometri di spiaggia a due passi da casa, a pochi passi dai più famosi pub, caffetterie e ristoranti sulla spiaggia di Perth.
Arredato con gusto e completamente attrezzato per garantire un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole sulla Sunset Coast di Perth - surf, nuoto, kitesurf, pesca, canottaggio, golf, ecc. - è tutto qui, con un tramonto ogni sera!
Ampia vista sull'oceano disponibile da entrambe le camere da letto e il soggiorno e la cucina a pianta aperta. Garage incluso con porta telecomando.
Fermata dell'autobus proprio fuori dall'hotel.

arrived at 3pm could not open keybox due the new code had noe yet being entered due to the cleaners had not yet cleaned the unit by 3.30 we were starting to panic as we had no way of contacting anyone thyere are no phone numbers on any of the paperwork we had received cleaners arrived at 3.30pm to clean unit and put in new code we had to wait till 4.30pm while they cleaned the unit suggest a contact number be supplied

This property has the most wonderful view, it’s clean and located close to cafes and restaurants in the Swanbourne and Cottosloe area. The sunsets were stunning and the apartment contained everything, and I appreciated Lesley’s communication and organisation around the high chair, check in etc
The only down side for us was our check in being moved back 1.5hrs due to shortage of cleaning staff over the new years period but Lesley did her best to have the cleaners work as quick as possible and arranged a later check out which was helpful.
Apart from flat pillows to sleep on, I really cannot fault the place! Thank you for having us Lesley, we will certainly be rebooking with you!

We enjoyed our stay but did get confused about the lock boxes. Ours didn’t work that well. We had to really try many times to get the door to open also. The lock was stubborn. The place itself was nice but we didn’t know that the property didn’t supply toilet paper. There was a shortage of that until we bought some. We did appreciate having ready access to a cup of coffee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better location to relax in. Access to public transport, shops, the city and of course the beach was fantastic.
The hosts were really friendly and helpful.
We'd highly recommend 'The Mariner on the Beachfront' for anyone wanting a great location to rest or explore.

Our stay was fabulous with amazing daily views of the ocean. The condo was spacious and comfortable, and the parking space was handy. We had a relaxing, enjoyable time here.

My family of 4 stayed here for one week and enjoyed every single moment. The apartment is clean and comfy and the location can't be beat, with the beach steps away and restaurants and shops within walking distance. The view is totally AMAZING! Leslie was easy to communicate with, very helpful, and very patient with our jetlagged selves. An absolute treat to stay here.

Lovely apartment with the most breathtaking view. Perfect for a morning ocean swim (straight across the road), a short walk for a coffee, and just gazing out at the ocean, the many ships coming and going and the Rottnest lighthouse. Our family loved it, and highly recommend it.

The apartment was lovely with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for the two of us. The location was excellent - close to beach and amenities and we loved watching the sunset whilst sitting at the dining table. It was very useful to have the garage and parking space. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linen provided and decent beach towels. The bus stop was handy too. The manual provided was very helpful, along with the blue folder in the cupboards. Lesley was very easy to deal with and responded very quickly to comments and queries. We are already planning to return.

The apartment was in a wonderful location, fantastic sunsets, light and bright with plenty of storage space, located in a quiet block with a garage available if required. We would be very happy to return.

Nice, quiet, solid flat in a small block in a great position opposite the beach. Fantastic flow through breezes from all points of the compass. Better than usual kitchen utensils and cooking ware. Bus out the front and a pleasant walk to the train station. Parking not a problem and I could easily accommodate a visiting friend's car by parking on the street overnight. Very responsive and caring host.

Easy booking and check-in. Opposite the beach, tick.
Heating/aircon necessary due to winter months then sun shining through the full windows. Worked a treat - both ways. Great spot for walking/fitness.
Would love a coffee machine, rather than plunger, but not the end of the world.
Needed to buy extra containers for leftovers cos we were there for 2 weeks.
Shops handy and a decadent Delicatessen nearby! Yum.
Will be back.

We are grateful that we were able to do our required quarantine as NQ residents returning to live in WA in this property and stay for 8-9 weeks.
Lesley is a lovely responsive host and the unit is furnished in a comfortable manner with sublime sunsets and way access to both north and south side of river.

Neat & tidy property with direct access to the beach & within walking distance of resturants, but clear of the "busier & noiser" section of Cottesloe.

Everything about The Mariner on the Beachfront is excellent starting with the easy communication with the owner, Lesley.
The location both of the building & the unit couldn’t be better. We loved all the windows overlooking the water & especially enjoyed sitting at the table watching the sunset.
The entire unit is spacious & well furnished. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare & serve meals with good quality dishes & cutlery. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linen provided.
We were delighted when cleaners arrived to change the beds & clean the unit!
Unfortunately our wonderful holiday came to an abrupt end due to Covid-19. We had to leave for home halfway through our visit.
We hope to return sometime when we are all allowed to travel again.

Beach side apartment paradise on Perth's doorstep
Another returning guest, and I can only advocate a high recommendation for this perfectly equipped, and incredibly located property. It really does not get much better than this and I look forward to returning again to enjoy the perfect hosting from the owner Lesley.
