Absolutely nothing

Arrived, no rooms, overbooked. Requested refund of $108.29. Have not received the refund as of today 😕

The room and bathroom was nice and clean.

Nice and clean and had a laundry room on site.

The location of the property was great!

This property needs to be revamped, updated and cleaned from top to bottom! I know they are trying to keep overhead low however they must invest in the property.

Rooms are filthy roches everywhere and the plugs don't work and fridge and ac/heat unit leak no maintenance man on site

The room is not clean and the bed is infected with bedbugs

I reserved a double room and got a single bed Roaches (tons of them)

Desk Clerk was not helpful at all not customer service friendly did not try to help me

Great price and great location for the reason for my trip.

Bathroom light was only half working, towels need to be replaced(felt like sandpaper when drying off), needs another mirror somewhere in the room, and toilet paper holder was broken.

Stayed just one night after long driving hours. Had room booked to 4 people. They said they are not working with 2 beds bedroom and I had to open a new room and pay double. Between the 2 rooms we killed 9 roaches on just the hour ee enterrd. Probably had not been cleaned prior to us entering. Just terrible. Could not get any rest before a new day of driving.
