Location and staff

I would like to emphasize that the staff was wonderful and understanding. There was very little they could do politely with this group of guests. These guests( parents & many children) were Very Noisy! The parents let their children run wild. They were messy. They took over the lobby. When a child would drop food on the floor they wouldn’t pick it up.. They Left foods, paper on elevator floor. Played on & Pushed all the buttons in the elevator. Parents/children not respectful to other guests.

Location was good

Air conditioner did not work. Made sleeping very uncomfortable. Probably only had 3 hrs of sleep

Great location and facilities. The room was spacious with a very nice and practical design.

Bathtub was slippery. The botrle for handsoap was empty at the time of arrival. Trash was no pick up after the first night.

There were bed bugs myself daughter and her friend all have bites!!!

Everyone was nice and professional. If we had a need the staff made sure to take care of that need as soon as possible.

The bathtub was very slippery. Would recommend some kind of sticker for traction.

Hotel is new so everything looked new and nice. Not all things were functioning. Tried to call the hotel to verify reservation the morning of. Called 7 times and no one ever answered. Called booking.com to verify with them and they could not get an answer either. So I called the reservations dept of IGH hotels, talked to 3 different people, the final person was able to verify my reservation. The second person wanted me to make another reservation and pay again.

Water pressure was horrible. Stain on the floor by the bed, gross. Ice machine not working. We were on the fourth floor and had to go the 1st floor all the way at the other end of the hotel to get ice. Non smoking property, people still smoking by door. Bed was not comfortable for me, my husband slept fine.
