1. Breakfast was clean and balanced. I like individual wraps. There are couple things that could be better. 2. The hotel overall was very clean. Bed, desk, floor, window, restroom, everything was very clean and I am very satisfied. For this I can definitely stay there again. 3. Reception desk people were all (I experienced three) very kind and helpful. 4. The lounge was "just right." :)

1. Breakfast: should be until 10am not 9:30am (people with holidays don't wake up early but want to sleep in). Need more variety with eggs and meat. Coffee was too bland and thin. Coffee machine said "Rince needed" for three days but was not cleaned till the day I left. 2. Water: the water fountain water did not taste good at all. 3. Inside hotel was quite chilly. Weirdly the stairs were really warm like spa. 4. The bed mattress was too much used at the center - I got backache since the mattress didn't have enough support. 5. The A/C was way too loud. Not sure how this can be fixed since room was quite small (the smallest King bedroom among more than 50 hotels I've been so far, except one in Japan) 6. The gym should have sunshade.

How quickly the staff responded to our concerns! The staff is always great anytime we go!

Normally when we stay at Avid, the rooms are always super clean. Unfortunately, this time the room seemed flash cleaned.

Clean property, no odor in the room, clean rooms. A good variety for grab and go breakfast.

Our room was next to a group of people that were in and out of their room all night. It was hard to relax with constant people slamming the doors trying to open our door.

I have stayed at the Oklahoma City Avid location before my experience was great. I had to change my reservation for these dates to Avid in Tulsa on S Mingo. I would’ve preferred boiled eggs. The elevator was a shaking a little . The pillows were a little uncomfortable. The fire alarm continued to flash in my room which disrupted my sleep.
