The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was spotlessly clean. The bike hire and boat trip were a great way to get around and see different beaches. We had a puncture on the bike and the hotel staff came to the rescue super quick. Thank you! The boat trip was particularly enjoyable - again the staff were extremely kind and friendly.

breakfast was served by the staff from behind a rope barrier due to Covid, I thought this was pointless as all guests were sat in the same room without masks, it also restricted access to choosing my preference

I am very disappointed. First thing, I booked a room for my business partners and for request I asked two single beds (first time requested - during the I booking; second time requested - directly when contacting the manager on WhatsApp). As a very inconvenient and unprofessional result - two business partners had to share one bed and there was no other alternative suggested as they arrived late night. Other thing, the business partners were well informed about the pandemic situation and complied the super green pass requirements in Italy and the documentation was ready to be provided at the check in. But on the arrival day at 5pm in the evening the manager started contacting me with request to send them all Covid-19 (Green pass) certification on WhatsApp. The business partners where already in the flight and this really created a trouble to provide the requested information through their family members. There is no excuse for unprofessional communication.

There is NO parkingspace - so you have to park your car far away from the hotel Bad WIFI connection Verry small shower In front of the hotel is a shop and they start to deliver gods at night wit trucks - So a lot of noise

A little noisy from the street mopeds and shop deliveries but its to be expected in an Italian town ps the shop across the road is fabulous!
