This property is fantastic! The house has a ton of storage and the kitchen is very well equipped. The owner is very responsive to questions either through vrbo app or text. Traveling with little ones can be challenging, but this house made it a breeze! It had everything we needed and much more. The pictures are great in the listing, but don't do it justice. The back yard is big with lots of room to play. The house is very well stocked with supplies. Way more than expected. The neighborhood is quiet with great sidewalks and parks to play in. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Thank you for a great vacation!

Our family of four stayed at this property for a week just after Christmas. The home and yard were spotless and comfortable. I normally do not sleep well when I am on holidays but this house felt like home. Kitchen was very well stocked and set up. Scott and his wife were excellent hosts and they are local to the area which made them quick to respond to any questions or small issues we had. We hope to stay here again next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

Couldn't ask for more
We usually sacrifice top-end amenities in favor of more vacation time throughout the year. After a long year and a few cancelled trips due to the pandemic we looked for and found our perfect place! Fully equipped - didn't need a single thing. Located near everything we needed from food and leisure to many golf courses to pick from. And only 30 minutes from the in-laws. Like I said, our perfect place! The welcome basket was the perfect touch after a long day and late arrival! Scott communicated perfectly and made everything easy. The backyard makes this beautiful house a private resort, and one we'd love to book each time we visit the Phoenix area. Did I already write that it was "perfect?" Thank you Scott and Lori for raising our VRBO expectations with such a wonderful place! Can't wait to return!!

I reached out to Scott (as we have family and friends in Arizona) and he was graciously able to accommodate us with short notice for our 8 night vacation!We were really pleased and AMAZED at just how stunning this house was. The home was impeccable! From the cleanliness to the decor and the amenities- it felt truly like a home away from home. Gorgeous Home
From the moment you walk into the home, it’s amazing. It was clean and completely updated . The decor is beautiful and you can tell the owners take pride in this house. Scott and Lori were great to deal with and answered all our questions promptly before we had arrived and we didn’t have any issues at the home itself. The beds are comfortable as well as the furniture itself around the home, including the outdoor furniture. We had our older kids who live in the area over for dinner and I was able to make a great meal with all the appliances that are supplied. The back yard is a relaxing oasis and my favorite part. The pool and grounds are so beautiful. Upon arrival Scott and Lori had a welcome basket of snacks and fruit... that was a nice touch that we’ve never encountered before with any rental we’ve ever had. My husband, son and I all agree, this is the best house we’ve ever stayed at! Thanks for giving us the opportunity to rent your home!

Fantastic Work Retreat for an Entire Month!
My wife and I are from San Francisco, CA and wanted to spend a month away from our city condo. We enjoy the November weather in the PHX area, and decided to spend a month working remotely. We choose this location as it was close to many amenities without being too close to the downtown area. We were very happy upon our arrival to discover this lovely home with heated pool, backyard grill, fruit trees, and manicured landscaping! The indoors was just the right size with a master bedroom secluded on one side of the house, and the other two bedrooms in their own wing! The modern kitchen was very large and connected to a dining room and living area! The home had all the amenities you would require for a month of living, including all kitchen, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet, and near shopping, golf courses, and a great Mexican Restaurant! We cooked on the grill often, and ate on the back patio with our bottle of wine! Diana is a wonderful host, and was always a phone call away if we had a quick question or two once we arrived, and throughout our stay! I highly recommend the home for both the home itself, and the owner's dedication to keep up a fantastic property!

Stayed for a month. Had family and friends coming and going over the month. All of them raved about the house. Especially the back yard--paradise with great pool; three different sitting areas; fire-pit; orange/grapefruit trees; two BBQs. We lived outside.

This is a fabulous rental property. The home is furnished beautifully and comfortably. It is spacious and well planned. The backyard patio area and pool are beautiful. There are several seating areas that allow shade or sun choices. There is plenty of yard space for other activities
The amenities in the home were wonderful. This included kitchen supplies, towels, bedding etc. computer access and printer. The entire property was immaculate
The separation of the master suite /bathroom. And the guest bedrooms is very nice. We really appreciated having tv's in each bedroom.
This is a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. There are many restaurants, golf clubs, shopping areas, theatres, and churches within easy access

We spent 10 days in Gilbert at Diana's property in December 2016. We loved the location and the house itself. Diana was very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. We refilled the propane tank and she insisted on reimbursing us for it even though we told her it wasn't necessary. She also gave us a rebate because the temperature of the pool wasn't quite as warm as we had hoped. I highly recommend this property and hope to return to it soon.

This is our 3rd time vacationing at Michael and Diana's lovely home. If you read my previous reviews from 2014 and 2015 there is not much more that I can say. We again had a wonderful stay. We came two weeks earlier this year so were able to enjoy the grapefruit from the yard (awesome) and some spring training games. Do not hesitate to stay here if you want a nice relaxing vacation away from home. Truly enjoyed.
Note: Liquid soap is provided in glass dispensers on both bathroom counters but you may want to bring your own bar soap for the showers.

We stayed in this beautiful well appointed house for one week in December. The house was well equipped with all the comforts of home. The house was clean, nicely decorated, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary dishes and appliances. The open concept kitchen and family room was perfect for entertaining. The backyard and pool were beautiful and the yard is very spacious with plenty of outdoor sitting. In addition, we enjoyed the fresh oranges, grapefruits, and lemons growing in the backyard.

Luxury and comfort in AZ
This is the 3rd time we have stayed in rental 320526 and we will be back again. The house, while too big for only two people, is fabulous and we can't imagine considering another place to stay. The landscaping, pool and patio are wonderful. Comfortable bed and everything you could ask for.

Lovely Vacation Home
My husband and I spent 6 weeks at this lovely home and had a wonderful time. This is the 2nd time we have rented from Michael and Diana and they are readily available to answer any questions are concerns that you may have. The house itself was very inviting and the master suite is on the opposite side of the home for privacy from other guests you may have. The beds are very comfortable; the general living space was wide open and the views looking out toward the back patio and pool are incredible. The patio offered comfort, peaceful spots to relax, vibrant colors of flowering plants and trees, hummingbirds buzzing around and a shimmering pool. We did heat the pool while there and it was wonderful for a morning or afternoon dip. You don't have to travel far for groceries, gas, dining, or expressways for those excursions you just can't miss. If you are there during the right season be sure to catch a Diamondback baseball game, a Coyote hockey game, a concert at Encanterra Country Club, or a Dolly Steamboat cruise on Canyon Lake (grab a burger after in Tortilla Flats) . Eat at Rock Lobster Restaurant in Chandler (would definitely rate 5 star) and San Tan Flats for a night of music and fun. We are already looking forward to our time in Arizona next year. We would definitely recommend this home for your vacation get away.

Luxury Oasis
We were fortunate to find this gem on VRBO and when we arrived it was everything we had hoped for. With all the comforts of home, Diana and Mike have filled the house with beautiful and comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we could ask for. We especially enjoyed the backyard paradise with the lovely seating areas and firepit and even the ping pong table. The homeowners were so pleasant and made accommodations on any requests.
